Abstract

Pelatihan desain web programming yang rensponsive screen pada multi platform adalah suatu nilai tambah pagi peserta didik yang akan segera menyelesaikan pendidikan. Ketika peserta didik selesai pada suatu jenjang pendidikan maka tidak hanya membawa ijazah ketika tamat, tetapi juga membawa keahlian yang nantinya akan membantu sebagai penunjang di dalam mencari sebuah pekerjaan atau sebagai pembuktian modal pekerjaan. Salah satu keahlian yang saat ini dibutuhkan adalah web depeloper. Melihat pentingnya dan begitu bermanfaatnya pelatihan web depeloper ini, maka perlu kiranya diadakan pelatihan tentang kompetensi tersebut dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang akan di laksanakan kepada murid SMK. Dimana murid tersebut tidak beberapa lama lagi akan melulusan peserta didik dan akan melakukan sertifikasi junior web depeloper oleh Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP), Oleh karena itu perlu di adakan pelatihan untuk membantu peserta didik dalam memaksimalkan persiapan ketika akan melakukan uji sertifikasi tersebut.

Abstract

RT 39 Jelutung Village, Jambi City is currently facing challenges in terms of disseminating information to its citizens. Conventional methods that have been used, such as announcements on information boards, regular meetings, and distributing leaflets, are often ineffective in reaching all residents. This research seeks to create a website for sharing information for disseminating information in RT. 39, Jelutung Village, Jambi City, using the Waterfall method and UML modeling to describe the system flow. This website is designed to facilitate effective communication between RT administrators and residents and provide fast and accurate access to information regarding activities, announcements and public services. The Waterfall methodology includes the phases of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. UML modeling is used to visually describe the structure and flow of a system, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The finding is a website with main features such as Information Portal, Website Dashboard, Manage Mail. Evaluation was carried out through a survey of RT residents. 39 to assess the effectiveness and satisfaction with the use of this website. The evaluation results show that this website has succeeded in increasing information accessibility and citizen participation in RT activities. 39. Thus, it is hoped that the development of this website can become a model that can be applied in other RTs To enhance the caliber of communication and informational offerings.

Abstract

Mengetahui pola pembelian barang dari konsumen adalah penting untuk strategi bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pola pembelian konsumen melalui transaksi mereka. Pembelian item barang yang sering dibeli secara bersamaan dapat diteliti sehingga pihak minimarket mengatur tata letak dan pengadaan stok barang. Pada penelitian ini penulis telah mengumpulkan data transaksi kemudian mengambil data secara acak, membuat tabulasi data, memilah data dengan menentukan nilai minimum support dan confidence kemudian diuji kebenarannya menggunakan aplikasi data mining dengan metode algoritma apriori. Setelah proses pengujian, ditemukan hasil tertinggi nilai support 12,24% dan nilai confidence 92,31% adalah Jajanan snack, Mancis, Rokok. Penerapan algoritma apriori pada data transaksi penjualan sangat berguna dan efesien dalam proses pembentukan kombinasi antar item. Dengan penerapan metode ini tata letak barang lebih selektif dan pengadaan barang diperbaharui setelah mengetahui hasil dari pengujian sistem.

Abstract

Exciting learning is the first step toward achieving quality learning outcomes. One of the alternatives to get a fun learning for students is by using multimedia-based learning media using Adobe Flash Cs4 Applications. Based on interviews with teachers as a leader in SMP Negeri 8 Kota Jambi it is known that there are some problems encountered related to the practice of motion on the red cross, the observation material hard to find, due to lack of interactive media in the school. Difficulty observing, students who tend to be passive and less actively thinking. Based on these problems, the researcher made the Application of Learning Media First Aid Based Multimedia Cases which is the integration between images, video, material and simulation on motion competence in high level plants. By designing this application is expected to help increase interest in learning from the students, then able to receive the lessons well.

Abstract

The As-Sunnah Foundation Jambi is a legal entity with social, religious and humanitarian purposes and objectives, established on May 15, 2012 and located at Jl. Country Taruma No.66 RT.012 Ex. Tanjung Pinang Kec. East Jambi. The As-Sunnah Foundation of Jambi conducts many social, religious and humanitarian activities such as holding Islamic boarding schools, madrassas, and study places, providing assistance to disaster victims, receiving and distributing infaq or sodaqoh as well as performing religious ceremonies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing system, in order to solve the problems faced by the As-Sunnah Foundation Jambi by designing the application of Islamic information system based on android. The stages to be done in solving the problems discussed are, identifying, searching the theories of data collection with observation and interview methods, analyzing to find solutions to the problems faced by As-Sunnah Foundation Jambi, developing system using Data model Flow Diagram (DFD) and create reports. The purpose of this study is to create an Islamic information system that can assist in the delivery of Islamic information conducted As-Sunnah Foundation Jambi.

Abstract

Data warehouse processing is a storage medium in a company that collects data from various systems and can be used for various purposes such as reporting and analysis. In PT Telkom, access to warehouse data processing is still done in a conventional way, namely by recording data to the main book. Because it still uses the conventional method, in the data collection process there are often some shortcomings of errors that occur in the accumulation of data on the archive table, loss and damage to physical data, the data recording process cannot be on time, the data recording is not timely because I have to. In this research, it aims to help PT Telkom Access in designing a data warehouse application prototype using web-based technology. With the use of a website, the data warehouse can be processed and analyzed quickly and is not limited to physical space.

Abstract

Sistem informasi rekam medis merupakan sistem untuk mengelola data pasien dan dokumen. Adapun sistem rekam medis dan pembuatan laporan pada Puskesmas tersebut pengolahannya masih manual dan masih menggunakan media pembukuan dan memakan banyak tempat. Oleh karena itu pelayanan pasien di Puskesmas menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien. Dengan adanya aplikasi rekam medis sebagai alat bantu dalam pengolahan data dapat mempermudah pengolahan data rekam medis dan membuat laporan. Data yang di maksudkan adalah data pasien, data petugas, data pendaftaran, data pembayaran, data pemeriksaan, data dokter, data resep, data obat, database yang digunakan adalah MySql dan menggunakan alat bantu Visual Basic.Net untuk membangun sistem aplikasinya , sistem yang dibuat bersifat Desktop dan pemodelan yng digunakan adalah Data Flow Diagram (DFD).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create a web-based motorcycle workshop management application that can improve operational efficiency and quality of service provided by workshops. Many motorcycle workshops still use manual systems. This causes many problems, such as errors in recording service history, inaccuracy in managing spare part stock, and difficulty in setting customer service schedules. To solve these problems, this application is designed using the rapid application development (RAD) method, this method allows application development to be carried out quickly and involves users in every stage. The Black Box Testing method is used to test the functionality of the application without examining the internal structure of the code. The test results show that all the main features of the application login, spare part management, service transaction recording, product search, out of stock notification, receipt printing, and logout run well. In addition, performance testing shows that the application can handle a large user load without crashing and has a response time of less than 3 seconds. It is expected that this application will help workshops record motorcycle maintenance history, monitor stock in real-time, and increase customer satisfaction by providing faster, more precise, and more organized services.Keywords: Web Application, Black Box Testing, Operational Efficiency, Motorcycle Workshop Management, Rapid Application Development

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan warga yang berjalan dengan baik  merupakan cita-cita besar bagi masyarakat Indonesia agar hasilnya bisa menjadi wadah untuk mengedepankan kejujuran dan Integrasi masyarakatnya. Politeknik Jambi sebagai institusi Pendidikan vokasi keteknikan memiliki kualifikasi dalam melakukan pengajaran ataupun pelatihan pada hal yang berkaitan dengan sistem akuntansi maupun perilaku akuntansi. Karena Politeknik Jambi memiliki tiga dari empat jurusan yang berkaitan dengan kualifikasi khusus yang diperlukan oleh warga dan masyarakat sekitar yakni Akuntansi. pembahasan ini dalam hal lain yang berkaitan dengan Perilaku Akuntansi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PkM ini adalah metode kepustakaan dan pelatihan dengan tatap muka. Tanggapan dari Masyarakat terhadap kegiatan ini sangat apresiatif mengingat kegiatan-kegiatan seperti ini sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat untuk terciptanya kemajuan pola fikir dan integriras warga terhadap perilaku akuntansi. Khususnya bagi warga yang memiliki usaha UMKM dan warga yang mengemban jabatan bendahara.

Abstract

Cats are one type of animal that is widely kept and popular as a favorite pet among the public. Cat health is very important, this is inseparable from the role of veterinary hospital clinics which are needed to perform medical actions on pets. The purpose of the study is to build an Expert System for Diagnosing Disease in Cats with the Forward Chaining Method at Mitra Satwa Jambi Clinic which is a system that can replace the temporary role of experts in identifying diseases in cats quickly and accurately, and Provide solutions to cat lovers to provide first treatment to cats. The results of the analysis and evaluation show that the expert system uses Forward Chaining in this approach using reasoning in the expert system which starts based on the information that provided to users in the form of existing facts.
