Abstract

 The rapid development of information technology is the impact of globalization. The development of information technology requires that every organization needs information, not only business or government, but also the world of financial institutions. In accordance with this, the information technology has very important position in banking.  The purpose of this research is to analyze and to test empirically the influence of social factors, affect on intentions and its impact on financial behavior in utilizing internet banking technology as communication media. The method used in data collection is survey method by spreading the questionnaires. The research data obtained is based on the perception of students of Economics Faculty, University of Semarang on the use of internet banking technology implemented by Assistant Branch Bank of BNI Bank in University of Semarang environment as medium of communication between students and University of Semarang, with 96 respondents. The research method used validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression models with SPSS 23. Result of testing and analysis found that social factor and affects directly and indirectly did not affect the financial behavior of internet banking technology utilization implemented by Assistant Branch Bank of BNI Bank in University of Semarang environment as communication media of students with university, through the intention of internet banking technology usage by showing insignificant results.

Abstract

    Usaha Kecil Telur Asin di Kelurahan Genuksari Kecamatan Genuk berjumlah 29 pelaku usaha. Pelaku usaha kecil telur asin selama ini dalam menjalankan usahanya masih menghadapi masalah yaitu belum melakukan pembuatan pembukuan kas. Tujuan Tim melakukan PKM adalah untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada pada pelaku usaha telur asin yaitu dengan melakukan edukasi pembukuan kas. Metode PKM yang dilaksanakan berupa penyuluhan pembukuan kas kepada pelaku usaha kecil telur asin di Kelurahan Genuksari Kecamatan Genuk. Disamping penyuluhan juga dilakukan kegiatan contoh kasus untuk memotivasi para pelaku usaha kecil telur asin lebih paham tentang pembukuan kas. Capaian kegiatan PKM atas pelaksanaan edukasi pembukan kas adalah tersusunnya pembukuan kas yang dapat menghasilkan informasi keuangan berupa laporan arus kas yang bermanfaat untuk pendukung kinerja Usaha Kecil Telur Asin di Kelurahan Genuksari Kecamatan Genuk Kota Semarang.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pemasaran online saat ini sangat dibutuhkan mengingat pengguna internet semakin meningkat setiap waktu ditambah adanya situasi pandemi Covid-19 yang mengakibatkan diberlakukannya pembatasan pertemuan fisik. Tujuan  kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan pemasaran online agar omset pemasaran pihak mitra pengabdian yaitu anggota PKK Kelurahan Panggung Lor Kecamatan Semarang Utara, Kota Semarang Jawa Tengah meningkat dibandingkan dengan pemasaran secara konvensional yang selama ini dijalani. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan yaitu menyampaian teori seputar pemasaran online, demonstrasi pelaksanaan pemasaran online serta pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan berupa meningkatnya pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan anggota PKK Kelurahan Panggung Lor dalam melakukan pemasaran online. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan fakta bahwa peserta anggota PKK Kelurahan Panggung Lor, yang tidak mengerti pemasaran online justru semangat untuk bertanya dan mereka semangat mengikuti kegiatan demontrasi pelaksanaan pemasaran online. Abstract: Online marketing is currently very much needed considering that internet users are increasing all the time plus the Covid-19 pandemic situation which has resulted in the imposition of restrictions on physical encounters. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide online marketing counseling so that the marketing turnover of service partners, namely members of the PKK Panggung Lor Village, North Semarang District, Semarang City, Central Java, increases compared to conventional marketing that has been carried out so far. The method of implementation is carried out by providing counseling, namely conveying theories about online marketing, demonstrations of online marketing implementation and assistance. The results of the activity are in the form of increased knowledge, understanding and skills of PKK members of Panggung Lor Village in doing online marketing. This is evidenced by the fact that the participants who are members of the Panggung Lor Village PKK, who do not understand online marketing, are actually excited to ask questions and they are enthusiastic about participating in the demonstration activities of the implementation of online marketing.

Abstract

Traditional markets are markets that are built and managed by local governments. Relocation of a transfer of supporting facilities and infrastructure activities from one place to another in order to enhance the security, comfort and legality factors.Mranggen traditional market is one of the markets located in the village of Mranggen which is increasingly experiencing an increasing number of traders. For this reason, the Demak Regency Government decided to relocate the market, one of them is the traditional Mranggen market, the government's purpose of relocating Mranggen's traditional market to tidy up the former market which had not been neatly arranged. Mranggen's market relocation had an impact or pros and cons for traders and the surrounding community. The problem in this study is the impact of market relocation of Mranggen's traditional market relocation to traders in the surrounding community. The aim of the study was to determine the impact of Mranggen's traditional market relocation to both traders and the surrounding community with market relocation.The research design used in this study is a holistic single case study. This study uses a qualitative approach. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The object of the research was conducted at the temporary shelter of Mranggen village. Informants are traders and communities around the shelter. Data collection techniques with triangulation.As for eclectic data analysis techniques. In this study, the validity of the research data was tested by credibility, transferability, dependability test, and confirmability test.The results of our research on the impact of relocation on product quantity is the reduction in product quantity ranging from 30% to 50%. With regard to operating hours the impact of this relocation is a reduction in operating hours of only 6-8 hours per day. For the position of the stall The inconvenience of the stall position, the stinging smell of garbage, and when the rainy season often floods and lacks security. In terms of ease of reaching the location, the traders complained about the location of the remote relocation and the narrow road to relocation which affected the consumers' desire to buy. With this relocation, sales turnover has decreased from 75,000-250,000/day.

Abstract

The Community Service activities that we carry out at the Joint Jaya Lestari UMKM Business Group in Meteseh Subdistrict, Tembalang District, Semarang City, where business actors or members of Jaya Lestasi UMKM have not been able to market and sell their products widely using social media. So far, it has only been marketed to nearby areas and close friends or relatives. With the existing problems, this community service activity provides training on using social media to market and introduce products online, so that it can increase sales and income for Jaya Lestari MSME members. product marketing and also provides practice on how to make product photos so they are attractive to consumers.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang kami laksanakan  pada UKM Dinar Mas Kelurahan Meteseh Kota Semarang dengan khalayak sasaran pelaku usaha yang ada di Dinar Mas Semarang. Adapun permasalahan utama adalah selama ini belum memahami tentang kewirusahaan dan belum memahami tentang pengembangan usaha kreatif. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan tentang kewirausahaan dan usaha kreatif sehingga UKM di Dinar Mas semakin berkembang usahanya dan produk yang dihasilkan lebih dikenal serta mampu bersaing dengan produk sejenis lainnya. Dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini anggota UKM Dinar Mas sangat antusias untuk semakin mengembangkan usahanya dan lebih bersemangat untuk melaksanakan usaha

Abstract

The aim of this study is to empirically analyze the effect of market orientation on marketing performance with product innovation as a mediating variable for women small entrepreneurs in creative industries in Pedurungan District, Semarang City. The research sample used was 117 people obtained by the census method. The relationship model between variables will be analyzed using path analysis (SPSS'26). Based on the test results, it was found that market orientation and product innovation had a significant and positive effect on marketing performance for women small entrepreneurs in creative industries in Pedurungan District, Semarang City. and Product innovation as a mediating variable was able to mediate the effect of market orientation on marketing performance for women entrepreneurs in small creative industries in Pedurungan District, Semarang City.

Abstract

Secara umum kajian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang Pelaksanaan Verifikasi Dan Validasi Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) Di Kota Semarang.Maksud dilakukannya kajian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan masukan yang komprehensif dari berbagai instansi formal terkait, stakeholder, lembaga kemasyarakatan maupun masyarakat luas disamping dilakukan penelitian dokumen yuridis terkait agar terjadi harmonisasi dan sinkronisasi. Secara khusus tujuan kajian tentang Pelaksanaan Verifikasi Dan Validasi Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) Di Kota Semarang, adalah : 1.Melaksanakan identifikasi pelaksanaan Verifikasi Dan Validasi Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) Di Kota Semarang.2.Melaksanakan identifikasi permasalahan yang timbul dan solusi permasalahan pada pelaksanaan Verifikasi Dan Validasi Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) Di Kota Semarang.3.         Merumuskan rencana strategis optimalisasi dan rekomendasi tentang pelaksanaan Verifikasi Dan Validasi Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) Di Kota Semarang.. Metode yuridis normatif dilakukan melalui studi pustaka yang menelaah (terutama) data sekunder yang berupa peraturan perundang-undangan, putusan pengadilan, perjanjian, kontrak, atau dokumen hukum lainnya, serta hasil penelitian, hasil pengkajian, dan referensi lainnya. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penyusunan kajian ini adalah normative legal research, yaitu meliputi bahan-bahan hukum sekunder dan dikembangkan dengan bahan hukum primer yang tidak lepas dari instrumen teoritis akademis. Studi ini kemudian dilengkapi dengan kajian teoritis yang dipadukan dengan pendekatan analisis kebijakan untuk menyusun kajian ini. Selain pengumpulan data sekunder melalui dokumen-dokumen dan kebijakan eksisting. Berdasarkan hasil Kajian dan pembahasan yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) Dalam pelaksanaan verifikasi dan validasi data terpadu kesejahteraan sosial berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 12 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penanggulangan Kemiskinan Di Kota Semarang masih perlu dioptimalkan dan perlu untuk ditingkatkan lagi dalam proses verifikasi dan validasi data kemiskinan di kota Semarang, banyak hal yang perlu diperbaiki atau dievaluasi dalam pelaksanaannya, seperti fasilitator dalam mendata masyarakat yang kurang administrasi kependudukannya, masyarakat yang pindah, yang sudah meninggal dan lain-lain. Pelayanan terhadap masyarakat fakir miskin dan orang tidak mampu yang belum maksimal, serta pelaksanaan dan penerapan verifikasi dan validasi data yang belum 100%. 2) Dalam pelaksanaan verifikasi dan validasi data terpadu kesejahteraan sosial berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 12 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penanggulangan Kemiskinan Di Kota Semarang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu penentukan tingkat kemiskinan, waktu dalam pelaksanaan verifikasi dan validasi data, administrasi kependudukan, koordinasi yang belum maksimal, pergantian petugas verifikasi dan validasi data, kesadaran aparat terkait.

Abstract

Business Management and Photography Techniques Training for the Lumintu Berkah Forest Farmers Group in Segorogunung Village, Ngargoyoso District, Karanganyar Regency, aims to improve members' skills in managing their eco-tourism campsites and agricultural businesses, as well as increasing their understanding of photography techniques for digital promotional purposes. This program is part of the implementation of cooperation between LPPM USM and DLHK Central Java Province. The training focused on managing eco tourism businesses, natural photography techniques, and the use of social media, especially Instagram, as a marketing tool. With 20 participants, this training not only provided new insights into business management and marketing strategies, but also trained them to produce attractive visual content for promotions. The results of the evaluation showed that the participants' business management skills and photography techniques had improved significantly. This program is expected to help forest farmer groups to more optimally manage their businesses, as well as introduce their products and services to the wider community through digital platforms.

Abstract

The research aims to measure the interest in buying football tickets of PSISFC+ mobile application users based on the perception of usefulness and convenience in Semarang City. The method used in the study is quantitative. Sampling using the purposive sampling method so that the number of samples in this study was 85 respondents obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents via Google forms. Data analysis used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach assisted by SmartPLS software version 3.29. IBM SPSS 26 software. The number of research samples was 85 PSIS football supporters. The results of the research show that partially there is a positive and significant influence between the perception of usefulness and the perception of convenience on the interest in buying football tickets of PSISFC+ mobile application users in Semarang City. Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the perception of usefulness and the perception of convenience on the interest in buying football tickets of PSISFC+ mobile application users in Semarang City.Kata Kunci: benefits, convenience, interest, PSIS
