Abstract

Repurchase Intention is part of consumer behaviour that aspires for repeat purchases on the products or services of an organization. Consumers begin with a consideration on the necessities to purchase. Continuing this, consumers then decided on how many products will be purchases. The aim of this paper is to investigate and examine the role of functional and emotional value creation in the relationship between customer ethical perceptions and social support sharing economy platform with repurchase intention. This paper selects 402 consumers using sharing economy platforms in Indonesia and tests the regression relationships of the five constructs using Structural Equation Model with the AMOS 24.00 tool. This finding indicates that social support and consumer ethical perception showed an important antecedent towards Functional Value Co-Creation and Emotional Value Co-Creation and that the two has a positive impact of Repurchase Intention. This suggests that Functional Value Co-Creation and Emotional Value Co-Creation possess an important role as a mediator between social support and consumer ethics perception with Repurchase Intention. With a literature review related to consumer behaviour, consumer ethics, value co-creation, and sharing economy platforms, this paper proposes a unique analysis on the relationship roadmap for customer participation and consumer ethics with Repurchase Intention

Abstract

This research aims to explore the strategies of BMM and BSI Maslahat in optimizing accountability and transparency in digital waqf instruments. This research uses a qualitative approach with two case studies, where the data collected is then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana modeling technique with the help of the NVivo 12 application. Using the Theory of sharia governance as a grand Theory, this research produces findings on the strategies carried out by both institutions in optimizing accountability and transparency, namely: conducting regular independent audits, forming an independent oversight committee, implementing the Waqf Core Principles (WCP), providing an online platform, involving all stakeholders, providing open financial reports on the website, and implementing a blockchain-based reporting system. By exploring and analyzing institutional strategies for accountability and transparency in waqf management through digital waqf instruments, this research can provide new insights into understanding the growing phenomenon of waqf fund management. In addition, the results of this study can be utilized by the general public as information that can be utilized by the general public as information that can increase public trust and participation in giving cash waqf. Therefore, this research argues that strengthening accountability and transparency will optimize digital waqf fundraising instruments to encourage the growth of waqf in Indonesia

Abstract

This study investigates the liminal experiences of street vendors on Malioboro Street, Yogyakarta, and the street itself as dynamic entities shaped by governmental regulations and social realities. It explores the interplay between power, state governance, small and medium-sized economies, and socio-cultural phenomena, focusing on community empowerment. Employing ethnographic methods, the research provides an in-depth, qualitative understanding of the street vendors' lived experiences and the socio-economic environment of Malioboro. The findings reveal despite the government's pro-SME stance, restrictive urban policies frequently undermine the vendors' stability and economic security. This discord creates a persistent state of liminality for the street vendors, who are continuously displaced and rendered powerless to shape their lives. The study underscores the importance of inclusive and humane urban governance that balances regulatory objectives with the socio-economic realities of street vendors. It calls for involving vendors in policy development, creating flexible regulatory frameworks, and investing in supportive infrastructure. By fostering inclusive, participatory, and culturally rich urban environments, it is possible to create economically vibrant and socially equitable spaces, benefiting all city residents.

Abstract

This study examines the role of student organization participation in developing leadership skills and soft skills in higher education. Recognizing that universities must foster not only academic achievement but also competencies relevant to professional needs, the research employs a quantitative survey method using a Likert scale questionnaire distributed to 120 active students from three universities in Bogor, Tuban, and Jakarta. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to assess the influence of organizational participation levels. The results indicate that involvement in student organizations has a positive and significant impact on leadership and soft skills, particularly in communication, teamwork, and decision-making. These findings highlight the vital role of student organizations as complementary non-formal learning spaces that provide contextual and practical experiences. The study contributes both theoretically to higher education research and practically by offering insights for universities in designing strategies to enhance leadership and soft skills through student organization empowerment.

Abstract

The rapid pace of technological change in the digital era has transformed the skills required for employees to remain competitive and productive. Organizations are increasingly recognizing that continuous learning and structured upskilling initiatives are not only critical for maintaining workforce relevance but also for enhancing overall performance and innovation capacity. This article explores the evolving relationship between continuous learning, upskilling strategies, and employee performance in digitally driven workplaces. Drawing on recent studies, the review highlights that effective upskilling programs—integrating digital literacy, data-driven decision-making, and adaptable problem-solving—empower employees to respond to dynamic market demands and technological disruptions. Moreover, fostering a culture of continuous learning, supported by accessible training platforms, mentoring, and organizational incentives, improves employee engagement, adaptability, and job satisfaction, which in turn positively impacts organizational productivity. The findings suggest that companies investing in lifelong learning infrastructures, including blended learning models and AI-assisted training tools, are better positioned to build resilient and innovative workforces capable of sustaining performance in rapidly evolving environments. This study underscores the importance of strategic alignment between learning initiatives and organizational goals, emphasizing the role of leadership support and digital transformation policies in maximizing the impact of upskilling efforts.
