Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to determine the quality of planning, organizing, directing, and superviisng the personnel at MI NU Miftahul Falah Cendono Dawe Kudus and to determine factors that influence planning, organizing, and supervising at MI NU Miftahul Falah Cendono Dawe Kudus. This research uses qualitative descriptive research which was carried out at MI NU Miftahul Falah Cendono Dawe Kudus. Data is collected by observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis is by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Based on the result of this research found that: 1) Planning of personnel is carried out by determining number of employee in work unit. 2) Organization including recruitment, selection and proper compensation. 3) Directing is done by providing development and coaching programs. 4) Supervising is done by supervising and performance evaluation. Furthermore, there are 2 factors that influence personnel management, namely the management process itself and external factors in the form of technological, economic, customer, competitor, legal, and political.   Keywords: Personnel Management; Teacher; Educational Staff

Abstract

Abstract Purpose of this research is to know planning, implementation, evaluation, and factors which influence peer supervision in improving teacher’s performance on MA NU Banat Kudus. This research is field research by using qualitative approach. The techniques of data collection are observation, interview, and documentation. Then data is analyzed through three steps, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion or verification. Results of this research are: 1) Planning of peer supervision program held systematically by involving all of school parts. 2) Implementation of peer supervision includes before instructional stage, instructional stage, and evaluation stage. 3) Evaluation of peer supervision includes component of learning evaluation which is summative evaluation, formative evaluation, reporting result of analysis, and remedial program. 4) There are five factors which influence peer supervision in improving teacher performance at MA NU Banat Kudus which are harmonic relation, analysis of needs, strategy and media, evaluation, and revision.Keywords: Teacher Performance; management;  peer supervision

Abstract

AbstractThis research is aimed to find out how big the influence of learning quality toward Qur’an Hadits learning output, to find out how big the influence of reading intensity toward Qur’an Hadits learning output, and to find out how big the influence of learning quality and reading intensity toward Qur’an Hadits learning output of MI students in Donorojo Sub-district Jepara Regency. This research is quantitative research with the kind of field research. Data obtained by interview, documentation, and questionnaire. Data analyzed by using quantitative analysis. The obtained data then analyzed using three analysis techniques, which are preliminary analysis, hypothesis analysis, and advanced analysis. Based on the result of research, it is known that: 1) Learning quality affects the Qur’an Hadits learning output. Shown by the correlation coefficient of 0.57 while the simultaneous contribution is 0.325 and the remaining 0.675 is determined by other variables. (2) Reading intensity affects the learning outcomes of the Al-Qur'an Hadith. Shown by the correlation coefficient is 0.582 while the contribution simultaneously is 0.339 and the remaining 0.661 is determined by other variables. (3) Learning quality and reading intensity affect the learning outcomes of the Qur'an. The correlation coefficient is shown to be 0.662 while the simultaneous contribution is 0.438 or the remaining 0.562 is determined by other variables.Keywords: Reading Intensity; Learning Quality; Learning Outcomes

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan program, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut peningkatan mutu madrasah melalui Total Quality Management dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penghambat dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MTs. Darul Falah Sirahan Kecamatan Cluwak Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dan studi kasus dengan teknik pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik análisis data yang meliputi, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Uji kredibilitas data meliputi: perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Program, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut peningkatan mutu madrasah melalui Total Quality Management di MTs. Darul Falah Sirahan Kecamatan Cluwak Kabupaten Pati dilaksanakan melalui: fokus pada kepuasan pelanggan, obsesi yang tinggi terhadap kualitas, kerjasama tim (Team Work), perbaikan sistem secara terus-menerus, pelatihan dan pendidikan, adanya keterlibatan dan pemberdayaan guru dan staff sehingga 8 (delapan) Standar Nasional Pendidikan dapat ditingkatkan. 2) Faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MTs. Darul Falah Sirahan Kecamatan Cluwak Kabupaten Pati adalah kebersamaan sikap terhadap kualitas belum sepenuhnya ada dalam diri dan dijalankan oleh guru, perbedaan status sosial guru, dan masih adanya image masyarakat yang menganggap madrasah sebagai lembaga pendidikan second class.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is aimed to: 1) know how the learning management of takhasus in MA Tarbiyatul Banin Pekalongan Winong Pati. 2) know the supporting factors and inhibiting factors that influence takhasus learning process in MA Tarbiyatul Banin Pekalongan Winong Pati. This research is qualitative. So the obtained data is presented in words and not numerical. Data sources used are premier data sources which gotten exclusively from observation and interview and also secondary data sources which gotten by documents about takhasus learning. Then the data validity is tested by using triangulation. Obtained data is analyzed using 3 steps which are data reduction, data presentation, and verification. From the result of data analysis is obtained that: 1) learning management takhasus consist of planning of learning, organizing of learning, learning implementation, and learning evaluation. 2) takhasus learning process in MA Tarbiyatul Banin Pekalongan Winong Pati is supported by competent teacher, good curriculum, supportable facilities, and good learning management. 3) inhibiting factor of takhasus learning is the variety of students’ background.Keywords: Yellow Book; Learning Management; Takhasus

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out the academic supervision of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Head Madrasah Madoli in Kelep Jepara, teacher’s performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Matholi'ul Huda Keling teachers in Jepara Regency, and the effectiveness of Madrasah Head supervision in improving Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Madrasah teachers' performance ul Huda Keling, Jepara Regency. This research is a type of field research using a qualitative approach with ethnographic research designs. The data collection using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Before conducting the analysis, the data obtained was tested for validity by testing the validity and reliability through tests of credibility, transferability, depenability and confirmability. This research concludes: 1) Supervision of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Matholi'ul Huda Keling Head of Jepara Regency is carried out in the form of a) giving guidance to teachers at madrasa meetings, b) enforcing discipline, and c) utilizing free time to discuss learning problems faced. . 2) Madrasa Ibtidaiyah Matholi'ul Huda Keling teacher performance in Jepara Regency has not shown good quality. In the aspect of preparing the Lesson Plan only as an administrative completeness. Teachers still using traditional method and most teachers do not use learning media. While in the aspect of the assessment system, they have shown seriousness in paying attention to the development of students in mastering the basic competencies taught. 3) Supervision conducted by the Head of MI Matholi'ul Huda Keling has not shown significant results in improving teacher performance because there is no planning, implementation, and evaluation specifically carried out for that purpose.Keywords: Teacher’s performance; Madrasa Ibtidaiyah; Academical Supervision

Abstract

Tujuan berumah tangga adalah untuk membangun kehidupan keluarga yang sakinah, damai, tenang, dan tenteram. Namun dalam realitanya tidak sedikit problematika yang dihadapi dalam kehidupan keluarga di era globalisasi ini. Dampak globalisasi sangat cepat dan luas dalam berbagai bidang diantaranya bidang perdagangan, tekonologi informasi dan komunikasi, sosial, budaya, agama, hukum, politik, dan bidang lainnya. Untuk menghadapi serangan budaya globalisasi ini, diperlukan ketahanan diri yang dibentuk dalam ketahananan keluarga dan kekuatan iman yang diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang tujuan, ciri-ciri keluarga sakinah dan berbagai problematikanya, globalisasi dan pengaruhnya terhadap kehidupan keluarga, pentingnya membangunan keluarga sakinah, juga memberikan sumbangan pemikiran urgensi maqagid syarl’ah dalam membangun keluarga sakinah.

Abstract

This study describes the application of the direct instruction learning model in improving learning motivation, learning activities and student achievement in the moral subjects of the eighth grade MTs YAPIN Kertasemaya Indramayu. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) or Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this study were the eighth grade students of MTs YAPIN Kertasemaya Indramayu, totaling 30 students. The instrument used to obtain preliminary data was the daily scores of students, data on student achievement was carried out objective tests carried out at the end of each cycle, and questionnaires to obtain data on learning motivation and observation to obtain data on student learning activities. The results of this study indicate there is a significant increase in each cycle. To increase student motivation, the average cycle I was 49.6%, the second cycle was 77.8% and the average cycle III was 81.3%. To increase learning activities in the first cycle by 68.9%, while the average cycle II was 77.75% and the average cycle III was 86.6%. As for the increase in learning outcomes that can be seen from the results of the classical learning completeness percentage in the first cycle by 40%, in the second cycle by 60% and in the third cycle by 80%.

Abstract

A wave of vanity of modernity and global industrialization has sneaked into the joints of human life. So in turn, contemporary Islamic thought with all its tools, including the methodology of uṣūl al-fiqh and qawā'id al-fiqhiyyah which has been one of the references and the cornerstone of Islamic banking practice, should mimamorphose with the passage of time and relitas. In other words, it is necessary to incorporate revelation into scientific research in order to free Muslim scholars from the coercion of Western epistemology or to adopt the conventional economic and financial parktics without considering all the risks. This is a great work to be done in order to build Islamic self-image (self image of Islam) in the midst of modern life that is always changing and developing. In this regard, Maqāṣid Syar''ah is a relevant corridor as the basis for system development, practice, and even Islamic banking products in the multidimensional era. In relation to the above issues, this study will describe the values ​​of Maqāṣid Syarī'ah as the corridors of the management of today's Islamic banking institutions. These values ​​can provide protection to customers to be preserved in various aspects of life, including: his religion, his mind, his soul, his descendants and his possessions. This paper is expected to contribute theoretically in the field of Islamic economics and can be used as a reference management of sharia financial institutions and especially for Islamic banking institutions.

Abstract

Abstract Productive waqf is a waqf management scheme by producing waqf, so it is able to make benefit or sustainable income. But, development waqf in Indonesia is commonly doesn’t make any changes. Waqf is limited on religious activities such as mosque, musholla, school or graveyard establishment, so waqf in Indonesia doesn’t give any advantages economically. It is different with Walisongo Pecangaan Jepara Foundation which managing its waqf property productively. This study is aimed to describe the model of productive Islamic endowment fund in education institution and increasing people's economic empowerment. This study uses qualitative method with phenomenology approach. This study is supported by 2 data, premier data and secondary data. The obtained data then analyzed using data collection, data reduction, data display, drawing conclusion, and verification. The result of this study shows that waqf property in Walisongo Pecangaan Jepara Foundation has role in developing education institution, such as providing scholarship, providing welfare to educators and education staff, as establishment funding and maintenance of education facilities and infrastructure, as well as learning equipment funding. Beside, productive waqf of this foundation has role in community’s economic development, especially for rice field tenants and shop tenants in managing their business that can be used to fulfill their family needs.
