The results showed that of the 91 people who were sampled, 14 people (15.4%) had abnormal flour albus and 77 people (84.6%) had normal flour albus. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between vulva hygiene care in women of childbearing age and the incidence of flour albus in Mattirowalie Village, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency.

Kata Kunci: Skrining, Diabetes Melitus, Gula Darah  ABSTRACT Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a disease in which the level of glucose in the blood exceeds normal limits, which is caused by the condition of the body being unable to release or use insulin adequately. The trigger factor for Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is strongly influenced by the habits and lifestyle of the individual. So, it is important to carry out screening to detect diabetes mellitus early. After counseling, it is hoped that the community will be aware and can prevent diabetes mellitus from an early age. This activity begins with checking blood sugar, and measuring body weight and height by filling out a screening sheet. After getting the results, it is followed by health education related to early detection and treatment of DM. The number of participants who participated in the screening was 42 people, 3 of whom had a GDS value of > 200 mg/dl.  Keywords: Screening, Diabetes Mellitus, Blood Sugar

Abstract

Background: Self-concept is one way of looking at patterns of behavior towards oneself in the environment and society. Self-concept is very important because it influences how a person behaves, especially in adolescents because adolescence is a transition stage from childhood to adulthood. A good or positive self-concept means having better behavioral well-being, and vice versa, a bad or negative self-concept means having less good behavior. Self-concept plays an important role in the dynamics of bullying because bullying behavior occurs because there is a poor self-concept, so that those who feel better will bully those who feel less, this often happens in schools because in reality in schools bullying behavior often occurs and develops So there are many trends on social media about bullying behavior in teenagers. Method: The type of research used is quantitative using analytical descriptive methods, the number of samples in this research was 41 respondents with a sampling technique using total sampling, the tools used were questionnaire sheets and data analysis using Univariate and Bivariate Analysis. Result: The results of the research show that the self-concept possessed by the students of UPT SMP Negeri 6 Pangsid is a good self-concept as many as 32 respondents with a percentage (78.0%) and bullying behavior is in the low category as many as 38 respondents with a percentage (92.7% ). There is a significant relationship between self-concept and bullying behavior in adolescents with a p value of 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

Introduction: Electronic Medical Record (EMR) implementation is a key component of digital transformation in healthcare. This study evaluated the perceived effectiveness of EMR implementation in a regional Indonesian hospital by examining three empirically measured determinants, namely efficiency, accuracy, and system quality. The objective was narrowed to provide evidence on how these factors predict perceived EMR effectiveness within a single-site, low-resource setting without extending to unmeasured constructs such as health literacy or health promotion. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 100 healthcare professionals using a structured, validated questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, chi-square tests with effect sizes, and logistic regression with odds ratios and confidence intervals. Analyses examined how perceptions of efficiency, accuracy, and system quality predicted perceived EMR implementation effectiveness. Results: Respondents reported high perceptions of efficiency (96%), accuracy (94%), and system quality (95%). All three determinants were significantly associated with perceived EMR effectiveness (p < 0.001), with effect sizes indicating strong relationships. Logistic regression showed that system quality had the largest effect size (OR=7.02; 95% CI 2.04–24.10), followed by efficiency (OR=5.83; 95% CI 1.85–18.41) and accuracy (OR=4.26; 95% CI 1.24–14.68). These results indicate that usability and reliability are central predictors of perceived implementation effectiveness in this context. Conclusion: This single-site study provides empirical evidence on the determinants of perceived EMR implementation effectiveness in a regional Indonesian hospital. System quality emerged as the strongest predictor, emphasizing the need for user-friendly, reliable systems supported by training and governance. Because the study did not directly measure health literacy or health promotion outcomes, such impacts are identified as areas for future research rather than conclusions. The results offer practical guidance for improving EMR adoption and inform ongoing work in technology acceptance frameworks.
