Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the work environment and employee performance at the Mental Hospital of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data were analyzed using an interactive model according to Miles, Huberman & SaldaƱa (2014) in (Elwan et al., 2022). The results of the study show that the implementation of the work environment for employees of the Mental Hospital in Southeast Sulawesi Province, both physical and non-physical work environment, has made a positive contribution to achieving success in carrying out a job for all employees. Likewise with the condition of the non-physical work environment supports a harmonious working relationship through good communication between employees in the Mental Hospital of the Province of Southeast Sulawesi. Employee performance at the Mental Hospital of the Province of Southeast Sulawesi can already be stated as good according to employee performance indicators, namely timeliness of work, compliance with work rules and systems, satisfactory quantity and quality of work, completion of work, and good morale, effective relations and communication, able to contribute and added value as well as responsibility for organizational assets.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing the e-sinar application in managing correspondence management at the Representative Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency for Southeast Sulawesi Province using qualitative descriptive methods. Informants were selected purposively. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that the application of the E-Sinar Application in managing correspondence at the Representative Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of Southeast Sulawesi Province as a whole was not fully effective as seen from the fact that there are still factors that hinder the effective application of e-sinar to manage correspondence using the system, but with the application of e-sinar to manage correspondence it becomes easier for employees in terms of performance in the form of the amount of work produced by employees and the time it takes to manage correspondence using e-sinar is much faster, accurate and relevant. Then with the application of e-sinar employees can more easily find archived letters when needed again, this makes employee performance and organizational performance more measurable. The inhibiting factors in running the e-sinar application are work culture factors that are still accustomed to the conventional mail management process and internet facilities and networks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan tata kelola desa wisata berbasis politik lokal di Desa Gumanano, Kecamatan Mawasangka, Kabupaten Buton Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan format penelitian deskriptif dan kualitatif dengan informan sebanyak 11 orang yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara, pengamatan dan studi dokumentasi serta penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tata kelola desa wisata berbasis politik lokal di Desa Gumanano, Kecamatan Mawasangka, Kabupaten Buton Tengah sepenuhnya Diambil alih Pemerintah Daerah yang pengelolaannya oleh Dinas Pariwisata Buton Tengah dengan memanfaatkan tenaga dari masyarakat lokal sebagai petugas di dalamnya, tanpa melibatkan pemerintah desa. Dalam pengeloaannya pun masih kurang efektif atau tidak akuntabel terhadap hal-hal yang telah disediakan. Pemerintah Daerah dianggap tidak transparan dan tidak menindaklanjuti kesepakatan bersama mengenai retribusi daerah ke desa atas permintaan pemerintah desa pada pengelolaan destinasi wisata Pantai Mutiara yang ada di Desa Gumanano, Kecamatan Mawasangka, Kabupaten Buton Tengah.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to determine the effectiveness of employee work in basic education data services at the Southeast Sulawesi Province Education and Culture Service. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method with data collection using interviews, observations and document studies. Using interactive data analysis techniques according to Milles Huberman and Saldana. The research results show that basic education data entry in Southeast Sulawesi Province is carried out by the DAPODIK admin via the official link, with data validation in the DAPODIK room of the Ministry of Education and Culture. Data sorting is managed by the Education and Culture Bureau system and DAPODIK staff. Data services are carried out manually and online according to SOP, even though they are hampered by network problems and power outages. The DAPODIK program has helped speed up the resolution of school, teacher and student data problems, provided convenience for schools and teachers, and reduced community accumulation and paper usage, showing real changes in the education administration process.
