Abstract

This study examines the strategies employed by Muslim minority families in Tana Toraja to foster harmony and gender-balanced relationships within multireligious household settings. Using a qualitative phenomenological design, the research draws on extended interviews and close observations of five families formed through religious conversion. The analysis shows that everyday family life is shaped less by rigid patriarchal expectations than by negotiated understandings of roles and responsibilities, allowing men and women to construct a shared moral framework that remains sensitive to their differing religious commitments. Women, in particular, often act as stabilizing figures who sustain kinship networks through social participation, educational involvement, and economic activities, while simultaneously upholding clear boundaries in matters of worship and creed. Interpreted through Maqāsid al-Sharīʿah and contemporary approaches to Islamic pedagogy (Tarbiyah), these patterns reveal an egalitarian ethos that reinforces the protection of faith and lineage by fostering an atmosphere that is both tolerant of pluralism and grounded in religious integrity. The study contributes to current debates in Islamic family law and the sociology of religion by demonstrating how negotiated gender equality becomes a practical strategy for preserving familial cohesion in multireligious contexts.

Abstract

Hospital physical development plays a crucial role in improving the quality of healthcare services and directly impacts revenue growth. Factors influencing physical development include infrastructure, technology, medical personnel, and facility management. Technological innovation and improvements in physical facilities contribute to service effectiveness, increased patient satisfaction, and increased patient interest. External factors such as government policies and demographic dynamics also contribute. This study involved 30 inpatients at St. Madyang Hospital, Palopo, using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire. The objective was to analyze the factors influencing hospital physical and non-physical development in increasing revenue

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mediating role of digital financial inclusion in the relationship between mobile payment adoption and increased household consumption in Indonesia. The method used is a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, involving 400 respondents spread across various regions of Indonesia and selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected through online and offline questionnaires, then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with bootstrapping techniques. The results show that mobile payment adoption has a positive and significant effect on digital financial inclusion (β = 0.582; t = 12.516; p < 0.001), digital financial inclusion has a positive and significant effect on household consumption (β = 0.561; t = 9.461; p < 0.001), and mobile payment adoption has a direct effect on household consumption (β = 0.249; t = 4.816; p < 0.001). Furthermore, digital financial inclusion was shown to partially mediate the relationship between mobile payment adoption and household consumption, with an indirect effect coefficient of 0.326 (VAF = 56.7%). This finding implies that a strategy to expand digital financial inclusion based on mobile payments is an effective policy instrument for driving increased domestic consumption and national economic growth.

Abstract

Tiga temuan utama dihasilkan. Pertama, perbankan syariah digital memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap partisipasi wakaf tunai (β = 0,532, p < 0,001). Kedua, perbankan syariah digital meningkatkan literasi digital pelajar (β = 0,487, p < 0,001).
