Abstract

A Detection or identification of student learning styles has a significant role in improving the teaching and learning process. Teachers who are aware of the diverse learning styles of their students can make learning adaptations or prepare learning instructions appropriately, while students who are aware of their learning styles can adapt their learning methods so as to produce better learning process outcomes. However, detecting student learning styles is complex and challenging and there are various factors that can affect the accuracy of detection. Various literature studies on detecting student learning styles note that there are various problems that occur in Virtual Based Learning Education (VBLE), namely the lack of investigations regarding the suitability of teaching and learning styles making it difficult to increase student learning motivation, the traditional instructions of some teachers which are still in conflict with the student learning style system so that it is difficult to adapt to the learning environment and most students do not know effective learning and do not pay the necessary attention to their learning style. This study aims at two (2) things, the first is to detect the learning styles of private high school students (SMAS) in VBLE with the Decision Tree (DT) C4.5 and Naive Bayes (NB) algorithms and the second is to compare the performance of DT and NB algorithms for the context of style detection. private high school students study on VBLE. Data collection was carried out using a google form questionnaire on 252 respondonce consist of alumni and students through 30 questions about learning styles. Student learning styles are identified as visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. For data analysis, the Google Colab tool is used with Python programming. While the process of evaluating the performance of the algorithm is measured using the parameters accuracy, precision, recall/sensitivity, f-measure and time consumption. The results showed that the DT and NB algorithms were good at predicting SMAS learning styles, but the NB algorithm (98%) was slightly better than the DT algorithm (96%) in terms of accuracy, precision, memory/sensitivity, f-measure, while for time consumption DT (0,00505 seconds) much faster than NB(3,2895 seconds). This research contributes in two (2) ways, first scientifically by testing the DT and NB algorithms for detecting learning styles of SMAS students in the VBLE context and practically providing recommendations to education stakeholders namely teachers, students, student guardians and education policymakers to further pay attention to the detection of student learning styles

Abstract

Electrical energy is an important requirement, used in various devices. The need for electrical energy continues to increase, and the government is responsible for fulfilling it. PT PLN, a state-owned enterprise, is tasked with providing electricity. PLN Pamekasan is a Customer Service Unit in Pamekasan Regency, which aims to provide stable and adequate electricity supply. PLN ULP Pamekasan also provides new KWH installation services. The customer must submit an application and fulfill the required document requirements. The registration process is time consuming and costly. Therefore, to facilitate customer access in carrying out the registration process, the authors plan to design a WEB-based Registration System for New KWH Installation at PLN ULP Pamekasan. This system allows customers to register independently through the website, without having to come to the PLN office. This will save time and transportation costs. Customers can also monitor the installation process in real-time. This system has been tested using black box testing and the PIECES method questionnaire with valid results and an average satisfaction value of 4.560 using the Kaplan and Norton models. It is hoped that this system will improve PLN's service to customers and advance the electricity sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

Digital village transformation in Indonesia is crucial for improving government services, regional economies, and quality of life. The Indonesian government promotes this through policies like Village Regulation No. 8 on the Village Information System (SID). Mapping salt potential is also essential for effective resource management, environmental conservation, and reducing poverty. These initiatives aim to empower communities, enhance services, and foster economic growth. However, The implementation of Village Information Systems (SID) faces challenges due to lack of ICT infrastructure, low digital literacy among village officials, limited network connectivity, absence of electricity, and heavy workloads. Addressing these issues, enhancing digital literacy, and ensuring consistent network availability are crucial for efficient rural service delivery. This community service activity aims to (1)create a web-based Smart Village information system, (2)create a digital map of salt potential, (3)improve the skills of village officials in digital-based archive management and administration, (4)improve management and development of village potential by building an intelligent village information system (SIDESA) and a salt potential map. The output of this activity produces (1) a web-based intelligent village information system (SIDESA), (2) the official Lembung Village website, (3) a digital map of salt potential, and (4) a monograph book: GIS-based intelligent village information system. The Lembung Village, digital village transformation, has been successful, with the Smart Village Information System (SIDESA) and digital maps of salt potential being developed and used by village officials and the community. The average knowledge of SIDESA increased from 30% to 85% after training, and satisfaction with the system reached 90%. The digital map had a 95% accuracy rate, and the training and mentoring increased understanding to 82%. A monograph book was published, achieving 80% reader satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) for selecting candidates for Archipelago Sea Rangers Volunteers (RAPALA) using the profile matching method. Bakamla RI, as an institution responsible for maritime security in Indonesian territorial waters, requires prospective RAPALA volunteers who are qualified and have the appropriate competence to protect the archipelago's seas, which are increasingly threatened. In this study, a decision support system was developed that can compare the profiles of prospective volunteers with predetermined criteria. This system aims to improve efficiency and accuracy in the selection process for volunteer candidates, as well as strengthen selection criteria and methods based on appropriate profiles. To create a decision support system, the profile matching method is used. Profiles of prospective volunteers are assessed based on factors such as intelligence, work attitude, behavior, and domicile. This study shows that the RAPALA-1 candidate is ranked first with a score of 4.76, the RAPALA-2 candidate is ranked second with a score of 4.49, and the RAPALA-3 candidate is ranked third with a score of 4.26. It is hoped that with this decision-support system, the selection process for RAPALA volunteer candidates can be carried out more efficiently and objectively. The selected volunteer candidates are expected to have the right skills and motivation to maintain the security and preservation of the archipelago's seas. This will contribute to increasing the security and sustainability of marine resources in Indonesia.

Abstract

Introduction The problem faced by 'Nyi Leha Batik' MSMEs is that product branding is still low. With its main product batik, MSME 'Nyi Leha Batik' is trying hard to compete with almost similar products on the market. Including marketing access too, is one of the problems faced by 'Nyi Leha Batik' MSMEs. Purpose In order to be able to compete with other products, 'Nyi Leha Batik' MSMEs must move up in class. Abstract

Abstract—— Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk merancang bangun sistem monitoring Pemakaian Arus Dengan Aplikasi Blynk (Studi Kasus: Pengguna Jalan Umum). Metode yang digunakan adalah riset. Perangkat ini memanfaatkan modul PZEM-004T untuk mengukur tegangan dengan arus, dan menggunakan Blynk untuk platform Internet of Things (IoT). dampak pengetesan menyatakan bahwa perangkat ini mampu mengukur tegangan, arus, dan daya listrik dengan akurat. Selain itu, perangkat ini dapat memantau penggunaan listrik pada Penerangan Jalan Umum (PJU) dan dilengkapi dengan fitur notifikasi untuk mendeteksi kebocoran arus. Penelitian ini dapat membantu PLN dalam mendeteksi terjadinya kebocoran arus atau gangguan pada PJU sehingga pemborosan energy listrik dapat dicegah. Abstract

Abstract— Percetakan Bintang Printama Pamekasan setiap bulannya melayani order percetakan. Dalam proses pelaksanaannya mengalami permasalahan terutama dalam proses pelayanan kepada pelanggan yang akan melakukan order jasa percetakan dimana tidak dapat terlayani dengan cepat hal ini karena banyaknya pelanggan serta ruang yang tersedia tidak terlalu luas dan juga pelanggan harus mendatangi Percetakan Bintang Printama Pamekasan untuk melakukan order pencetakan [6]. Permasalahan ini dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi pemesanan Bintang Printama Pamekasan berbasis web.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Layanan Jasa Cetak Di Bintang Printama Pamekasan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah waterfall. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik, karywan dan konsumen Bintang Printama Pamekasan. Perancangan sistem menggunakan waterfall. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dapat membantu Bintang Printama Pamekasan dalam mengelola data bahan produk, produk, pemesanan dari customer dan pembayarannya. Bintang Printama Pamekasan dapat membuat laporan yang diperlukan secara otomatis dengan rentang waktu yang diperlukan. Customer mudah melakukan pemesanan secara online. Hasil testing diketahui bahwa fungsionalitas aplikasi berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Abstract— Pencemaran air sungai merupakan masalah yang diperlukan penanganan serius. 59% sungai di indonesia tercemar berat dan tersebar di 564 titik. 3,4 jiwa meninggal dunia setiap harinya disebabkan penyakit yang berhubungan dengan pencemaran air. Pemantauan kualitas air perlu dilakukan guna dijadikan tolak ukur dalam upaya pengendalian pencemaran air. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, kami mengembangkan sistem pemantauan pencemaran air sungai secara real-time menggunakan logika fuzzy Mamdani berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Sistem ini menggunakan parameter pH dan TDS sebagai masukan untuk menentukan kualitas air, dan keluarannya berupa tingkat pencemaran air. Data dari sensor ditransmisikan secara real-time melalui platform IoT, memungkinkan pemantauan yang berkelanjutan dan akurat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sensor pH memiliki MAPE sebesar 3,51% dan sensor TDS memiliki MAPE sebesar 3,46%. Pengujianfuzzy pada 50 data nyata dan prediksi menghasilkan MAPE sebesar 239%. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat memberikan respon yang cepat dan akurasi yang tinggi dalam pemantauan kualitas air sungai serta mempermudah proses pengendalian pencemaran air melalui pemantauan secara real-time.

Abstract

Badan Keamanan Laut Republik Indonesia (BAKAMLA RI) memiliki tanggung jawab untuk memastikan keamanan di perairan wilayah Indonesia. Salah satu alat komunikasi yang digunakan BAKAMLA adalah Bakamla Messenger. Bakamla Messenger dirancang khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan komunikasi BAKAMLA dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Bakamla Messenger baru dikembangkan, oleh karena itu membutuhkan analisis untuk mengukur kinerja aplikasi melalui tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kuantatif melalui survei dan dirancangan dengan menggunakan metode End User Computing Satisfaction atau yang lebih dikenal dengan singkatan EUCS dengan menerapkan kelima standar variabel dimensinya yaitu (Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of use, Timeliness). Proses pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini melalui penyebaran survei yang telah dirancang sebelumnya menggunakan metode EUCS dan disebarkan melalui google form. Responden yang dipilih untuk mengisi survei yaitu pengguna Bakamla Messenger. Dengan total 50 responden, adapun hasil perhitungan rata-rata persentase variabel Content 86%, Accuracy 88%, Format 86%, Ease of use 88%, dan Timeliness 87% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pengguna tergolong tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata persentase melebihi 75% hal ini mendapatkan kesimpulan untuk mayoritas responden menjawab sangat puas. Karena pengukuran tingkat kepuasaan pengguna pada Bakamla Messenger membuahkan hasil pengukuran yang positif, maka dapat dianggap akan berdampak positif pada kinerja operasional BAKAMLA dalam menggunakan Bakamla Messenger.

Abstract

Badan Keamanan Laut Republik Indonesia (BAKAMLA) adalah lembaga yang didirikan pada tahun 2014 melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2014 untuk mengatur dan mengawasi keamanan laut di wilayah perairan Indonesia. Salah satu misi BAKAMLA adalah mensinergikan patroli yang dilakukan oleh 12 instansi yang memiliki kewenangan di laut Indonesia dengan bantuan Relawan Penjaga Laut Nusantara (RAPALA), yang membantu melaksanakan pengawasan, keselamatan laut, dan perlindungan lingkungan laut. Namun, saat ini belum terdapat sistem informasi pendaftaran RAPALA yang memadai, sehingga dibutuhkan sistem informasi pendaftaran calon RAPALA yang sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan oleh BAKAMLA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi pendaftaran calon relawan penjaga laut nusantara (RAPALA) dengan pendekatan metode Waterfall dan pengujian sistem dengan black box testing. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan disusun sebagai berikut: (1) Analisis kebutuhan, (2) Desain sistem, (3) Implementasi atau penulisan Kode, (4) Pengujian, (5) Evaluasi dan pemeliharaan. Hasil perancangan sistem informasi pendaftaran RAPALA telah berhasil dibangun dengan 6 modul utama, yaitu: (a) menu utama, (b) pembuatan form pendaftaran, (c) menu rekapitulasi, (d) menu evaluasi dokumen, (e) menu cetak. (f) menu pencarian. Selanjutnya hasil pengujian sistem dengan menggunakan metode black box testing seluruh modul berhasil 100% dengan valid tanpa eror. Kontribusi penelitian ini akan membantu Bakamla memeprmudah masyarakat ambil bagian untuk mendaftar menjadi anggota RAPALA serta menambah sebaran RAPALA di 38 Provinsi di Indonesia.Kata kunci: BAKAMLA, Pendaftaran, RAPALA, Waterfall, Black box Testing
