Abstract

Latar belakang: Soil Transmitted Helminth merupakan penyakit infeksi oleh nematode usus masih menjadi neglected diseases yang dapat menyebabkan kekurangan gizi, anemia, hambatan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kognitif khususnya pada anak-anak. Penularan STH terjadi melalui kontak dengan telur parasit atau larva yang berkembang di tanah yang hangat dan lembab sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan telur dan larva cacing usus yang ada di dalam tanah di Desa Juku Eja yang merupakan penyebab  dari tingginya prevalensi kecacingan di SDN Juku Eja.Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel tanah dilakukan di 5 titik di SDN Juku Eja dan 17 titik di sekitar area pemukiman warga Desa Juku Eja. Pemeriksaan sampel tanah menggunakan metode pengapungan dan preparat kemudian diperiksa di bawah mikroskop.  Hasil: Ditemukan 2 sampel positif larva cacing tambang (hookworm) di SDN Juku Eja dan satu titik positif telur cacing Trichuris trichiura di area pemukiman. Kondisi tanah pada kedua lokasi yaitu berpasir dipinggir pantai. Kontaminasi tanah oleh telur dan larva cacing STH disebabkan oleh kebiasaan BAB di tepi pantai oleh masyarakat, ketidaktersediaan jamban keluarga dan kebiasaan tidak menggunakan alas kaki di tanah.Simpulan: Kontaminasi tanah oleh telur dan larva cacing dapat menjadi sumber risiko penularan infeksi STH jika terjadi kontak manusia dengan tanah tanpa perlindungan diri dan kebiasaan hidup bersih dan sehat. ABSTRACT Title: Contamination Of Worm Egg And Larvae In Soil At Juku Eja Village Tanah Bumbu RegencyBackground: Soil Transmitted Helminth (STH) is an infectious disease by intestinal nematode. This neglected disease  can cause nutritional deficiencies, anemia, growth barriers and cognitive development, especially in children. STH transmission occurs through contact with parasitic eggs or larvae that develop in warm and moist soils, so this study aims was determine the presence of intestinal helminth eggs and larvae in the soil of Juku Eja Village, which is the cause of the high prevalence of helminthiasis in SDN Juku Eja.Method: Research using cross sectional design. Soil sampling was carried out at 5 points at SDN Juku Eja and 17 points around the residential area of Juku Eja Village. Soil samples examination was using the flotation method and then the preparations are examined under a microscope.Result: Result was found 2 positive samples of hookworm larvae (hookworm) at SDN Juku Eja and 1 spot  positive  of Trichuris trichiura egg in the residential area. Soil conditions at both locations are sandy beach. Soil contamination by eggs and STH worm larvae is caused by the habit of defecating on the beach by the community, the unavailability of family latrines and the habit of not using footwear on the ground Conclusion: Contamination of soil by eggs and worm larvae can be a source of risk of transmission of STH infections if there is human contact with the soil without self-protection and clean and healthy living habits.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Filariasis merupakan penyakit menular menahun yang disebabkan oleh cacing filaria jenis Wuchereria bancrofti, Brugia malayi dan Brugia timori melalui nyamuk sebagai vektor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim terhadap peluang hidup di alam nyamuk Mansonia spp. di daerah endemis filariasis di Kelurahan Mandomai, Kabupaten KapuasMetode: . Koleksi nyamuk dengan metode human landing collection  di dalam dan diluar rumah, nyamuk yang tertangkap setelah di identifikasi dilakukan pembedahan. Pembedahan abdomen nyamuk untuk mengetahui paritas. Data iklim dan curah hujan diambil dari data BMKG.Hasil: Hasil penelitian diketahui Aktivitas menghisap darah Ma. uniformis di luar rumah banyak tertangkap pada pukul 21.00-22.00 dan di dalam rumah pada pukul 22.00-23.00. Aktivitas Ma. dives banyak tertangkap pada pagi hari yaitu pukul 04.00-05.00 di luar rumah, sedangkan di dalam rumah paling banyak pukul 23.00-24.00. Aktivitas Ma. annulata di luar rumah paling banyak tertangkap pada pukul 18.00-19.00 dan di dalam rumah paling banyak tertangkap pada pukul 19.00-20.00. Kepadatan tertinggi per hari (MBR) dan perjam (MHD) pada Ma. annulata  di luar rumah, sedangkan yang terendah pada Ma. dives. Berdasarakan data dari BMKG dan pengukuran di lapangan,  suhu di daerah Kelurahan Mandomai dari bulan juli sampai desember berkisar antara 28° C, dimana kelembaban dan curah hujan tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Desember. Peluang hidup di alam nyamuk Ma. uniformis 4,4 hari, Ma. dives 1,3 hari dan Ma. annulata 32,2 hari. Hasil uji statistik diketahui ada pengaruh indeks curah hujan dan kelembaban dengan Peluang hidup di alam Ma. annulataSimpulan: Ditemukannya nyamuk Mansonia yang berperan sebagai vektor dengan peluang hidup di alam lebih dari 14 hari sehingga iklim di Kelurahan Mandomai mendukung perkembangan nyamuk sebagai vektor ABSTRACT Title: Climate Influence on Mansonia spp Mosquito Age Spend in Endemic Filariasis Region in Kapuas DistrictBackground: Filariasis is a chronic infectious disease caused by filarial worms, i.e.  Wuchereria bancrofti, Brugia malayi and Brugia timori species and transmitted by mosquitoes as vectors. Aim this study to determine the effect of climate on the chances of living in the nature of mosquito Mansonia spp. in the filariasis endemic area of Mandomai Village, Kapuas DistrictMethods: Mosquitoes are collected by human landing collection of people in and out the home, abdominal surgery mosquitoes to know parity. Climate dan rainfall index are taken from BMKG.Results: The result showed activity of blood sucking outdoors caught at 21.00-22.00 and indoor 22.00-23.00 for Ma. uniformis. Caught in the morning at 04.00-05.00 outside, while indoor 23.00-24.00 for Ma. dives. Outdoors Activity caught at most at 18.00-19.00 and indoor at 19.00-20.00 for Ma. annulata. The highest density man bitting fate and man hour density in Ma. annulata is outdoors, while the lowest on Ma. dives. Based on data from BMKG and field measurements, the temperatures in the Mandomai Urban Village from July to December ranged from 28 ° C, while humidity and the highest rainfall occurred in December. Longevity of mosquito 4.4 days for Ma. uniformis, 1.3 days for Ma. dives and 32.2 days Ma. annulata. The results of statistical test known to have influence of temperature dan index of rainfall with longevity of Ma. uniformis and Ma. dives.Conclusion: The discovery of Mansonia mosquito that acts as a vector with longevity more than 14 days, so that the climate in Mandomai village supports the development of mosquitoes as vectors

Abstract

Badan Keamanan Laut Republik Indonesia (BAKAMLA) adalah lembaga yang didirikan pada tahun 2014 melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2014 untuk mengatur dan mengawasi keamanan laut di wilayah perairan Indonesia. Salah satu misi BAKAMLA adalah mensinergikan patroli yang dilakukan oleh 12 instansi yang memiliki kewenangan di laut Indonesia dengan bantuan Relawan Penjaga Laut Nusantara (RAPALA), yang membantu melaksanakan pengawasan, keselamatan laut, dan perlindungan lingkungan laut. Namun, saat ini belum terdapat sistem informasi pendaftaran RAPALA yang memadai, sehingga dibutuhkan sistem informasi pendaftaran calon RAPALA yang sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan oleh BAKAMLA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi pendaftaran calon relawan penjaga laut nusantara (RAPALA) dengan pendekatan metode Waterfall dan pengujian sistem dengan black box testing. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan disusun sebagai berikut: (1) Analisis kebutuhan, (2) Desain sistem, (3) Implementasi atau penulisan Kode, (4) Pengujian, (5) Evaluasi dan pemeliharaan. Hasil perancangan sistem informasi pendaftaran RAPALA telah berhasil dibangun dengan 6 modul utama, yaitu: (a) menu utama, (b) pembuatan form pendaftaran, (c) menu rekapitulasi, (d) menu evaluasi dokumen, (e) menu cetak. (f) menu pencarian. Selanjutnya hasil pengujian sistem dengan menggunakan metode black box testing seluruh modul berhasil 100% dengan valid tanpa eror. Kontribusi penelitian ini akan membantu Bakamla memeprmudah masyarakat ambil bagian untuk mendaftar menjadi anggota RAPALA serta menambah sebaran RAPALA di 38 Provinsi di Indonesia.Kata kunci: BAKAMLA, Pendaftaran, RAPALA, Waterfall, Black box Testing

Abstract

Dengue control with community empowerment is the 1 house 1 larva monitor officer/Gerakan 1 Rumah 1 Jumantik (G1R1J). G1R1J is a national movement of community empowerment at the household level in an effort to reduce dengue This research aims to implement G1R1J through participatory action research. This research was conducted in Samarinda City, East Kalimantan, Indonesia with a participatory action research approach. The activities carried out were workshops, socialization, focus group discussions, and mentoring. The research evaluation was in the form of entomological surveys, namely before and after the activity. The important points of this research are that in the community independently Gerakan Emak-Emak Pembasmi Jentik Trisari (GEMATRI) has been formed, and the involvement of the village in the form of socialization and training, murals initiated by cadres, and training initiated by the village. At the policy level there is a decree of delegation of authority and budget for activities including dengue from the health office to the sub-district, but the public health center (Puskesmas) plays a role in providing assistance and counseling in the community. The larva-free index also increased from 50.67 to 66.43. We believe that the participation of the community, health cadres, and policy makers is very important to reduce the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) in the future.

Abstract

Dengue in Balangan Regency has the 2nd highest incidence rate (IR) in South Kalimantan at 126.64 per 100,000 population. This study aimed to determine the distribution pattern and conduct spatial analysis of dengue with population density in Balangan Regency. This quantitative research requires secondary data of dengue cases and Population Density in time series 2017-2021 with spatial analysis methods. The results showed that high dengue cases were in areas that had high density. Based on spatial analysis, dengue cases have a positive spatial relationship in 2017-2019 and a negative spatial relationship in 2020-2021 where dengue cases have a non-clustered distribution pattern (spread). Paringin City, East Paringin, Bungin, Maradap, Panggung, and Awayan villages are categorized as high-highly vulnerable to dengue. The findings of this study indicate that there is an influence of population density on the incidence of dengue. Monitoring of areas with high population density using spatial analysis is necessary for early detection of areas with high potential for dengue incidence.

Abstract

Du'uman is one of the hamlets that has problems, including: many people get sick and die from the corona virus, frequent early marriages that cause teenagers to lose hope to continue their education to a higher level, as well as the decline in religious activities, public activities, and lack of community solidarity values. So this service program is carried out with vaccination counseling and health protocols as well as early marriage counseling. This counseling is carried out offline, namely face to face directly on the target object. In vaccination counseling carried out by the seminar method, early marriage counseling by the lecture method. The implementation of the extension program went well, although there were several obstacles faced. Support from various parties, especially from the community itself is very helpful in the smooth implementation of this outreach program. Counseling has a positive impact on society.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine the role of digital media information technology on student learning motivation through several research focuses 1). Types of Digital Media Technology in Schools to Increase Student Motivation. 2). The Influence of Digital Media Technology Users on Student Motivation Levels. 3). Challenges Faced by Students in Using Digital Media. The method used is literature by analyzing relevant literature. The results of this research confirm that the existence of information technology in the form of digital media can increase students' motivation to learn, students are becoming more active in increasing their knowledge, not only relying on the teacher's explanations in class, but students are active in searching for information themselves, creating work, with digital media it can make access easier. lessons, can encourage students to learn independently so that it can foster widespread student learning motivation. However, the use of digital media requires strict control so that it does not have a negative impact on students' creative development.

Abstract

This study examines prenatal education within the Pelet Petteng tradition from the perspective of traditional birth attendants (dukun kandungan) in Sana Daja Village, Pasean, Pamekasan. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with key informants, direct observations, and literature studies. The findings indicate that traditional birth attendants play a crucial role in pregnancy and childbirth through rituals such as prenatal massage, prayers, and herbal remedies. The community's trust in traditional birth attendants is influenced by cultural factors, limited access to modern healthcare facilities, emotional closeness, and affordability. Despite the availability of modern healthcare services, the villagers tend to prefer traditional birth attendants due to their deep understanding of local traditions and customs. This study highlights the importance of collaboration between traditional birth attendants and medical professionals to improve maternal and child healthcare services in rural communities while preserving local traditions.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to explain the implementation of the Muslimatan tradition and the impact of the Muslimatan tradition on the spirituality of the Sana Daja community. The research method uses a case study approach. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing techniques with reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions or levers. The results showed: the implementation of the Muslim tradition with several activities including: 1) reading the Prophet's prayer, which is a chanting sholawat to praise the Prophet Muhammad SAW as a sign of affection for the Prophet 2) reading Surah Yasin, in order to instill Islamic aqidah and hope that good in the hereafter 3) tahlil, which contains dhikr readings whose rewards are addressed to relatives who have died 4) offering mauidzoh hasanah, which is a spiritual shower that contains religious knowledge and 5) social gathering an activity that is in tradition muslimatan in order to train the people of Sana Daja in saving money so that they live more prosperously. Second, the impact of the Muslim tradition on the spirituality of the community has a positive impact on 1) religion, can increase piety, submission to Allah SWT and can know religious knowledge in detail, and become a society that has high self-awareness 2) social, increasing ukhuwah Islamiyah and 3. The economy makes people more prosperous in their economy.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the quality improvement management strategy for students through the integration of Islamic spiritual values and digital approaches at SDN Bulangan Barat. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through observations, interviews with the principal and teachers, as well as discussions with students. The findings reveal that the school implements a value-based quality management strategy by utilizing interactive digital media that still conveys moral and religious messages. This integration is well-received by students, who tend to favor visual and digital learning. Despite challenges such as limited technological resources and teacher readiness, the school addresses these issues through innovative programs, training, and internal collaboration. The study concludes that effective quality management in education during the digital era can be achieved without compromising spiritual identity; instead, spirituality can serve as a core strength in shaping students’ character.
