The need for land is increasing as the population increases. To fulfill the settlement land and other needs, various efforts are carried out including the transfer of land functions. Improper land conversion will cause a run-off increase in a watershed. The runoff will experience peak discharge at any time and will cause flooding if the volume cannot be accommodated by drenase. This study aims to compare changes in land use to predict the peak flood discharge in the Air Betung sub-watershed in the 10-year re-preode. The research method uses DEM map analysis to obtain the area of the watershed and the length of the main river. For rainfall distribution using two frequency analyzes in 2004-2013 and 2008-2017 and the chosen method is normal distribution. The peak discharge was calculated by the nakayasu synthetic unit hydrograph. Changes in peak discharge caused by land use changes in 2013 and 2017 experienced a change, where for 2013 the Cverages value was 0.36 and peak discharge was 151.37 m3 / sec and for 2017 the Cverages value was 0.33 and peak discharge was 138.95 m3/ sec.

Development and control of water resources sometimes there are problems regarding hydrological data on watersheds that are incomplete or even nonexistent. The purpose of this study is to optimize the parameters of the Mock model on the Lematang - Lebak Budi river. The mock model is a common method that is often used in Indonesia because this model is quite simple, easy to use, relatively little data used, and gives results that are close to the data in the field. The results of the analysis show that the parameter optimization of the Mock model on th Lematang - Lebak Budi river has a Correlation Coefficient (R) of 0.98 and Volume Error (VE) of 2.52% and the results of the validation values are R = 0.75 and VE = 2.03 %. Based on the results of the optimization and validation of the parameters of the Mock model in the Lematang – Lebak Budi river, this high level of reliability can be seen from the value of R approaching the number 1 and VE ranging from 0 - 5%.

Internal runoff is caused conversion of green land into be constructed where if there is rain with high rainfall intensity then rainfall runoff will become large and trigger water puddle (overflow) because of reduced area to absorb water. Zero runoff rainwater needs to be applied to the building and land use where the runoff volume (input) can be withstand up to 100% and runoff flow volume (outflow) of 0% or maximum of 3% so that it can reduce the impact of decreasing peak floods (water puddle) the purpose is to analyze the runoff of rain water from the roof of building so it can be useful for processing and utilization of rain water and analyze the needs of absorption wells, reservoir and maximum discharge to retention pond. Roof of parcel area of 13.438,24 m2 is 0,88336 m3/s the need of absorption wells in building is as much as 8 units of recharge wells with Ø 100 cm.reservoir that is needed in the building is 45 units of reservoir with size 30m3. The volume of retention ponds to accommodate runoff discharge from the land use area of 273.339,4 m2 and the roof ot the building area of 13.438,24 m2 is equal to 12.259,4 m3/year at Gunung Gare office complex of Pagar Alam city.

Soil erosion is an environmental problem that occurs in many parts of the world because it involves ecological, social and economic aspects. Kikim sub-watershed is part of the Musi river area, most of the topographic conditions are flat slopes (54.64%), steep slopes with a total percentage of 12.81%. Meanwhile, hydrological conditions have a maximum daily rainfall with a high category so that the potential for erosion and flooding is very high. The purpose of this study was to identify soil erosion vulnerability based on morphometric parameters. The research data used DEM-SRTM 30 meters and then extracted into a map of the sub-watershed and river networks to calculate morphometric parameters. The method used was the weighted sum analysis (WSA) with a GIS application approach. The DEM data excavation found 11 (eleven) sub-watersheds with an area ranging from 81.26 km2 to 220.50 km2, and the total length of the river was 2221.24 km. Based on the weighted results of the WSA method, two sub-watersheds (SB3 and SB7) had very high soil erosion vulnerability, moderate soil erosion vulnerability in SB1, SB2, SB4, SB8, SB10, and SB11. Furthermore, the low soil erosion vulnerability (SB9), and very low soil erosion vulnerability were at SB5 and SB6. The results of this study could be used for conservation zone planning to control soil erosion.

: Landslides are mass transfer processes. Landslides are occured because there are differences in the equilibrium of forces acting on the slope, namely the restraining force and launch force. The method used in analyzing the potential for landslides in the Lematang watershed of Pagar Alam was the GIS (Geographic Information System) method. Within the parameters was given weight and score respectively in the class of Slopes, Land Use, Soil Type, Topography. Based on the results of the overlay to the four parameters, obtained based on the analysis of the potential distribution of landslide-prone blood by 19%, Low 20%, Medium 11%, High 27%, Very High 23%.

The purpose of this research is to produce a prototype of measuring the flow and height of river water that can help to find out in monitoring the flow and height of river water remotely by using SMS (Short Message Service) on the cellphone. So that it can anticipate before the occurrence of catastrophic floods caused by the height and flow of the river that exceeds the limit. The device used to build a flow meter and river water level with an arduino-based SMS Gateway is a GSM module, Ultrasonic sensor, Water Flow sensor, arduino uno and an arduino IDE application that functions to include programs on arduino The system development method in this research is the RAD method (Rapid) Application Development) and the stages are requirements planning, design workshops and implementation. The way it works on this system is that if the user sends an SMS to the device, the tool will provide information on the strength of the flow and height of the river water using the SMS Gateway facility and the user can find out the information about the current strength and height of the river water via SMS contained on the handphone.

Inovasi pembelajaran abad 21 merupakan unsur yang harus dimiliki dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi dan informasi terutama pada penguasaan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan pada dunia pendidikan peran dosen menjadi unsur utama dalam memberikan fasilitas serta motivasi kepada mahasiswa untuk dapat memiliki pola pikir yang kritis dalam pemecahan suatu permasalahan, melalui proses pembelajaran yang baik akan membawa perubahan dalam peningkatkan kemampuan hardskill maupun softskill mahasiswa. Peserta dalam kegiatan pengabdian terdiri dari Dosen Teknik Sipil dan Teknik Informatika. proses pembelajaran selama ini terlihat masih saja berfokus kepada mahsiswa sehingga memberikan tantangan yang sangat besar kepada dosen untuk dapat melakukan transformasi agar proses pembelajaran terpusat kepada mahasiswa terutama dalam penyelesaian permasalahan. Melalui inovasi pembelajaran abad 21 dengan menggunakan model-model pembelajaran diharapkan dapat melakukan transformasi pembelajaran dengan baik seperti pada beberapa model pembelajaran yang dapat dilakukan seperti model project-based Learning, Problem based Learning dan Discovery Learning. Pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah terlakasana akan membawa suasana pembelajaran yang baru bagi dosen dan mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan keterampilan melalui inovasi pembelajaran abad 21 dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran sebagai langkah transformasi pembelajaran yang terpusat kepada mahasiswa.

Sarana dan prasarana infrastruktur yang telah dibangun diharapkan memberikan dampak yang luas untuk mendukung kegiatan sosial-ekonomi sehingga perekonomian ditengah-tengah masyarakat menjadi meningkat. Namun, dari kondisi di lapangan sebagian besar bangunan-bangunan yang ada belum dapat memberikan dampak langsung kepada masyarakat. Khususnya KPP wilayah Kecamatan Dempo Tengah dan Selatan, bangunan-bangunan infrastruktur hasil kegiatan program KOTAKU belum sepenuhnya berdampak langsung dan berkelanjutan kepada masyarakat dikarenakan belum terpeliharanya bangunan-bangunan yang ada dan masih rendahnya kualitas bangunan tersebut sehingga menjadi tidak berfungsi sesuai dengan umur yang direncanakan. Jadi, tujuan PkM adalah peningkatan kapasitas KPP dalam pengelolaan OP bidang infrastruktur dalam wilayah kecamatan Dempo Tengah dan Selatan. Metode PkM menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi dengan melibatkan para LKM dan unsur pemerintah setempat. Dalam pelaksanaan PkM para peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti serangkaian acara yang telah direncanakan. Hasil dari kegiatan pembelajaran pertama, dengan melakukan diskusi perwakilan peserta dapat menjawab seluruh pertanyaan yang ada. Kegiatan ini tergolong berhasil dikarenakan sebagian peserta menjadi mampu memahami pentingnya pengelolaan KPP. Selanjutnya, kegiatan pembelajaran kedua luaran yang dihasilkan berupah dokumen rencana program pengelolaan OP bidang infrastruktur terutama bangunan jalan beton dan drainase dalam wilayahnya masing-masing. Secara keseluruhan kegiatan ini berlangsung sesuai rencana dan hasil yang diharapkan dapat langsung diimplementasikan.

Background: Library is one of the supporting elements in the learning process in the institutions. The circulation of borrowing and returning books is an activity that runs in the library. The process of improving library services can be carried out by officers through various aspects started from the development of collection materials to the dissemination of information. However, in current conditions, there are still many circulation service processes carried out by libraries using conventional media by recording in the library ledger for every user who borrows books. Contribution: The purpose of the activity is to provide knowledge to library managers to be able to take advantage of the Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) in improving library services. Method: The methodology used is through training and counseling to a librarian. Results: The results of community service activities that have been carried out are the transformation of library processing using digital media in the form of the SLiMS application. Improved services to library users are becoming more optimal. This can be seen in the list of visits increasing to 30% every month and regulations on borrowing books reaching 25%, while delays in returning books have decreased to 2%. This has an impact because the process of tracking book collections is very easy so that the identities of the users are stored and can be monitored by librarian. Conclusion: Services to library members are getting better and the knowledge of library managers is getting optimal in carrying out library processing with the help of SLiMS

Basically, rain water harvesting is defined as a collection of rainwater flows that can be used for domestic household needs, agricultural needs, and environmental management. Rainwater that falls to the earth has two impacts, namely a negative impact and a positive impact. The negative impact of excessive rain can cause disasters such as floods or puddles. The positive impact of rain is that it can be used by humans, be it agriculture, as well as domestic and other needs. Rejo Sari Village Rt 12 is one of the many villages that have difficulty distributing water for domestic needs. This generally occurs in the dry season, while in the rainy season the water is very abundant. then in order to overcome these problems One of them is to analyze the Roof Top Rain Water Harvesting technique or often referred to as rainwater harvesting for domestic needs, the Q obtained at RT 12 Rejosari Village, Pagar Alam City in each house can be seen in table 4.21 above. if the sum of the 62 houses is 542,604 m3/day. with a total catchment area of 0.2415 Ha. Based on the results of the calculation and analysis of the potential for rainwater harvesting in the area of Rt 12, Rejo Sari Village, Pagar Alam City, it can be seen in table 5 above that the potential for water that can be harvested from the entire roof of the house is 288,234 liters/day. It can be concluded that this rainwater harvesting technique is not only for the control of runoff but this technique can also be used to harvest rainwater within the scope of domestic needs
