Students who completed as many as 7 students with a percentage of 43.8% and students who did not complete as many as 9 students with a percentage of 56.3%. Then student learning motivation in cycle I student scores have begun to increase with an average student score of 64.4. Students who completed as many as 8 students with a percentage of 50% and students who did not complete as many as 8 students with a percentage of 50%. Then student learning motivation in cycle II, student scores have increased with an average student score of 81.9. Students who completed as many as 14 students with a percentage of 87.5% and students who did not complete as many as 2 students with a percentage of 12.5%. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used are observation and tests. The sample in this study was 30 students, or the total population consisting of 10 men and 20 women with information evaluation strategies the use of normality checks, homogeneity tests, and speculation assessments. based totally at the effects of studies executed by researchers, it can be concluded that (1) The learning outcomes of students IV at SD Negeri 0104 Sibuhuan during the pre-test were obtained on average at 57.7 and after being treated with the children learning in science learning model (CLIS) obtained an average post-test score of 84.1. From these results, a significant increase can be seen. (2) The outcomes of hypothesis trying out the use of the t check show that the T price is 2.17 while compared with T desk at a significance degree of 5% or 0.05 with stages of freedom (dk) = 28 that's 1.70. primarily based on those facts, Tcount is extra than Ttable or (2.17 > 1.70), so Ha is everyday and Ho is rejected. So it may be concluded that there is a sizable have an impact on between the children learning in science (CLIS) learning model on the thematic learning outcomes of class IV students at SD Negeri 0104 Sibuhuan.

Abstract

Education is a fundamental component of national development, shaping a generation that is skilled and competent. The objective of this research was to evaluate the impact of reinforcement strategies on the academic outcomes of fourth graders at MIS Ujung Batu. It adopted a quantitative methodology, implementing a pre-experimental model that included both pre-test and post-test for a single group. The participants were 30 fourth-grade students from MIS Ujung Batu in Sosa District, Padang Lawas Regency, comprising 13 males and 17 females. Data were gathered through observation, surveys, and documentation. Descriptive statistical analysis revealed that the average pre-test score was 57.5, which increased to an average post-test score of 81.3. The hypothesis testing yielded a T-value of 5.22. At a 5% significance level (0.05), with degrees of freedom (df) = N-2 = 28, the critical T-value is 1.70. Since the calculated T-value exceeds the critical value (5.22 > 1.70), the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Research on hypothesis testing indicates that the application of verbal and tactile activities as forms of reinforcement positively influences student learning outcomes. These results underscore the significance of reinforcement in enhancing student engagement and academic performance. Consequently, educators are advised to employ consistent reinforcement techniques to elevate the standard of instruction within the classroom.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) determine the effect of the planted question learning model on the activity of class IV students at SD Negeri 0104 Sibuhuan. The type of research used is quantitative research. This research was carried out in class IV of SD Negeri 0104 Sibuhuan. Subjects in class IV research at SD Negeri 0104 Sibuhuan. Data collection techniques in this research were obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this research are validity and reliability testing, normality and homogeneity testing and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the planted question learning model on the learning activity of class IV students at SD Negeri 0104 Sibuhuan, this can be seen in the students' pretest and posttest results. The average student score on the pretest was 29.82 and the average student score on the posttest was 32.68. The results of the hypothesis test obtained tcount = 1.664 while ttable = 1.008 (at the significance level a = 0.05). This means tcount > ttable = 1.664>1.008. In accordance with the basis for decision making, Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, in the sense that there is an influence of the planted question learning model on students' active learning.
