Abstract

ABSTRAKPengembangan pasar bagi suatu usaha bisnis kecil, sedang maupun besar tetap membutuhkan suatu Analisa khusus dibidang pemasaran agar usaha atau bisnis dijalan dapt bertahan dalam jangka lama atau Panjang. Hal ini juga berlaku untuk usaha jasa laser cutting ZigZag Semarang untuk melakukan evaluasi menilai terhadap kegiatan bisnisnya sehingga dapat mengambil keputusan strategi pasar apa yang sebaiknya dilakukan. Analisa yang dipakai dengan menggunakan analisa metode SWOT untuk dapat menentukan alternatif strategi mana yang harus dilakukan perusahaan dari hasil perhitungan faktor internal dan pengaruh faktor eksternal perusahaan, agar dapat meningkatkan pelayanan jasa grafir laser cutting. Penilaian Analisa SWOT dengan cara mendeskripsikan Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) dan Eksternal Factor Evaluation (EFE) sehingga perusahaan dapat mempertahankan kualitas pelayanan produk untuk menarik konsumen, menjalin kerjasama, mempercepat pelayanan pengiriman bahan baku dan meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen. Hasil nilai perhitungan IFE adalah nilai tertinggi nilai Kekuatan (Strength) 0,394 adalah suasana ruangan nyaman, Kelemahan utama Hubungan baik dan loyalitas pelanggan belum terbina secara baik dengan hasil nilai 0,269 Hasil perhitungan EFE dipeluang (opportunity) memperluas pangsa pasar sangat besar dengan nilai 0,471sedangkan ancaman yang mempunyai nilai 0,123 Pengiriman bahan baku lama, maka harus mencari lagi jasa kurir pengiriman tepat waktu.Kata Kunci: Analisis SWOT IFE&EFE, Stategi Pengembangan PasarABSTRACTMarket development for a small, medium or large business still requires a special analysis in the field of marketing so that the business or business can survive in the long or long term. This also applies to the ZigZag Semarang laser cutting service business to evaluate its business activities so that it can make decisions on what market strategy should be implemented. The analysis used is using the SWOT analysis method to be able to determine which alternative strategies the company should carry out from the results of calculating internal factors and the influence of external factors of the company, in order to improve laser cutting engraving services. SWOT Analysis Assessment by describing Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) so that companies can maintain product service quality to attract consumers, establish cooperation, accelerate raw material delivery services and improve management capabilities. The result of the IFE calculation value is the highest value of Strength (Strength) 0.394 is the comfortable atmosphere of the room. The main weakness is that good relations and customer loyalty have not been well developed with a value of 0.269. which has a value of 0.123 Delivery of old raw materials, then you have to look for a courier service for delivery on time.Keywords: IFE&EFE SWOT Analysis, Market Development Strategy

Abstract

ABSTRAKFashion baju muslim wanita sekarang ini sedang mengalami perkembangan  sangat baik karena wanita Indonesia mayoritas beragama Islam. Banyak peluang  melakukan usaha bisnis dibidang busana muslim. Karenanya banyak berdiri bisnis atau usaha dibidang pakaian muslim, salah satunya  PT. Shafco Multi Trading yang mendirikan usaha waralaba produk busana muslim dengan nama Zoya. Riset ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian pada bisnis busana muslim zoya di Rawamangun Jakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah para pengunjung Outlet Zoya bisnis busana muslim di Rawamangun dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden. Data-data dikumpulkan pada penelitian menggunakan kuesioner  dibagikan kepada para responden menggunakan teknik insidental sampling. Hasil penelitian dari data menunjukan bahwa tingkat brand awareness merek Zoya berada pada tingkat kedua top of mind dan termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi dan keputusan pembelian bisnis busana muslim di Outlet Zoya berada pada posisi tinggi. Berdasarkan data hasil pengujian regresi sederhana menunjukan brand awareness mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian busana muslim di Outlet Zoya sebesar 75,9%. Berdasarkan perhitungan statistic dari koefisien determinasi variabel brand awareness mampu mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian terhadap  bisnis penjualan busana muslim merek Zoya sebesar 57,4 %. Kata kunci : Brand Awareness, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang Implementasi Multiplier Pajak Terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto Di Indonesia Tahun 2010 s/d 2022. Metode yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis untuk melakukan Analisa apakah Multiplier Pajak berlaku di Indonesia. Kebijakan fiskal sebagai sarana untuk mendorong pembangunan ekonomi memiliki beberapa tujuan untuk dicapai. Beberapa tujuan tersebut antara lain meningkatkan investasi, mengarahkan investasi ke bidang sosial, menambah kesempatan kerja, menjaga stabilitas ekonomi dalam menghadapi ketidakstabilan internasional, mencegah inflasi, dan meningkatkan jumlah pendapatan nasional.Variabel yang dianalisa adalah Realisasi Penerimaan Pajak sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan Produk Domestik Bruto sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh bahwa nilai t hitung sebesar 12,242 dimana nilai tersebut lebih besar dari t tabel, yaitu 2,20099 sehingga dapt dikatakan bahwa Realisasi Penerimaan Pajak berpengaruh positif terhadap PDB. Sedangkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,932 yang berarti bahwa Variabel bebas Realisasi Penerimaan Pajak berpengaruh sebesar 0,932 atau 93,2% terhadap Variabel tergantung PDB, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0,68% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diantaranya adalah konsumsi rumah tangga (C), investasi (I), pengeluaran pemerintah (G), dan net ekspor (X-M).

Abstract

An organization can achieve its goals if it is supported by competent human resources and experts in their fields. To get these competent human resources, good performance is needed from all employees. Various factors are needed so that employees can provide maximum results at work, one of which is leadership. This study aims to determine how much leadership influences employee performance at PT Cipta Manunggal Sukses Bogor. The research method used was descriptive quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents and analyzing the data using SPSS 25. From the results of this study, leadership has a fairly good influence on employee performance which can be seen from the correlation test of 0.799, which states that the correlation between leadership and employee performance is quite high. The results of the determination test showed the number 0.638, or it can be interpreted that leadership affects 63.8% of employee performance. The results of the regression equation test obtained a significant value of 0.00<0.005 with the equation Y = 12.904 + 0.602x, which means that the leadership brought is good in its role so that employee performance increases.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain a deeper description and understanding of the role of Freight Forwarding in supporting export activities at PT Citra Trans Buana Kargotama Jakarta. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method, which is a problem formulation that guides research to explore and describe what will be studied thoroughly, broadly, and deeply. and The data used in this study is primary data obtained through direct interviews with PT Citra Trans Buana Kargotama Jakarta. Based on the results of research on export activity procedures at PT Citra Trans Buana Kargotama Jakarta, namely from exporters sending Shipping Instructions to PT Citra Trans Buana Kargotama Jakarta and then to DHL Express (couriers). While the parties and agencies directly related to PT. Citra Trans Buana Kargotama Jakarta is an exporter, importer, agent of freight forwarder, customs, shipping company, trucking company, and container depot. And in terms of export procedures at PT. Citra Trans Buana Kargotama Jakarta, the documents that must be fulfilled in the procedure for shipping goods are a packing list, invoice, shipping instruction, bill of loading, certificate of origin, notification of export of goods, and certificate of fumigation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi maraknya investasi bodong atau ilegal di Indonesia.  Merebaknya kasus penipuan investasi bodong di era transformasi digital telah merugikan banyak orang. Terdapat berbagai jenis modus operandi investasi bodong diantaranya  menggunakan Skema Ponzi dengan modus cryptocurrency, menggunakan media sosial dan influencer, dan mengaku sebagai perusahaan investasi yang telah berizin OJK. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi kepustakaan dan dianalisis menggunakan Teori Keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebab orang menjadi korban penipuan investasi ilegal selain tergiur dengan keuntungan besar yang ditawarkan, kurangnya  pengetahuan para korban mengenai mekanisme dan cara bekerja produk investasi. Apabila berinvestasi hendaklah ditempat yang legalitasnya sudah jelas. Investor  berinvestasi di platform yang telah berijin dan diawasi oleh regulator di sektor jasa keuangan. Oleh karenanya sangat penting untuk melakukan verifikasi, dan memeriksa legalitas platform investasi. Satgas Waspada Investasi selain melakukan sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat terkait investasi ilegal, juga turut  berperan melakukan pencegahan kegiatan usaha tanpa ijin yang berpotensi merugikan masyarakat. Masyarakat diminta untuk berhati-hati terhadap penawaran investasi yang ilegal. Para investor harus memahami literasi keuangan dan digital sebelum berinvestasi karena penting untuk mencegah penipuan investasi. Peningkatan literasi keuangan akan menambah pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap produk keuangan legal. Peningkatan kemampuan digital diperlukan karena potensi ekonomi digital yang besar harus dibarengi dengan peningkatan kemampuan dan ketrampilan sumber daya manusia terhadap teknologi digital.Kata Kunci: penipuan investasi, literasi keuangan, literasi digital

Abstract

Intense market competition requires businesses to be creative and innovative in developing production and marketing strategy. One idea management activities the company's strategy is to apply a blue ocean strategy in a creative and innovative efforts to develop the productivity of services and goods. Viewing conditions were increasingly crowded market by producing the same type of production, the business competition is getting tougher. At present this is not just a marketing strategy standards are needed businesses to win the market competition, but businesses are required to be more creative in producing and venture out of the comfort zone to create a new breakthrough product models that have never been thought of before by competitors . Abstract

The aim of the research is to develop a marketing strategy that can be implemented for Queen Laundry Bogor MSMEs. By using the Business Model Canvas approach as an analytical tool and then from the results of the analysis findings, it is continued with internal and external analysis of the company to obtain more comprehensive results, namely SWOT matrix analysis, Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), this research is descriptive research that describes and analyzing data obtained during research with a qualitative approach. The results of the analysis show that the business model used by UMKM Queen Laundry Bogor has not fully utilized technological advances for marketing. After being given direction in the marketing strategy, a decision was obtained from the business owner with the target of consumers serving the market share of all segments using alternative strategies obtained to improve laundry facilities, improve product quality and service to attract consumers, improve management capabilities and cooperation for company goals. providing special packages or services, and maintaining good relationships with suppliers or areas around the laundry. The recommended priority marketing strategy is to maintain the company's image, providing services to promote pick-up and drop-off services.

Abstract

The quality of financial reports is essential information for producing high-quality financial statements, which are valuable to both companies and business practitioners. This study aims to examine the effects of accounting comprehension and capital adequacy on the quality of financial reports, both individually and simultaneously, for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Pancoran Mas District, Depok City. This quantitative research used a random sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to respondents, resulting in a sample of 76 participants. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS Version 26. The partial analysis results indicated a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 for accounting comprehension, showing its influence on financial report quality, while the capital adequacy variable had a significance value of 0.037 < 0.05, indicating its impact as well. The F-test yielded a significance level of 0.000 with an F-calculated value of 24.642, compared to an F-table value of 3.12, where sig < 0.05 and F-calculated > F-table. Thus, it can be concluded that accounting comprehension and capital adequacy have a simultaneous effect on the quality of financial reports. Therefore, it can be said that SMEs with strong accounting understanding and sufficient capital are likely to produce high-quality financial reports.

Abstract

This research examines the success of Sales Information System Management at Zigzag Lasser Work Service, Semarang, Indonesia. The proposed system is a computerized information system where data can be managed and integrated properly and built with Java programming (Netbeans 7.3) based on localhost. With the proposed Sales Information System, it is able to produce fast, accurate and timely information to facilitate processing of product data, order data, payment data, delivery data or delivery of goods. Sales reports and income reports are generated automatically with integrated processing so as to produce reports that are accurate, fast and can be justified. The speed of data processing and minimizing the occurrence of human error can help management reduce costs in order to apply economic principles to achieve maximum profit.
