Abstract

Loyalitas merupakan hal penting, sebab strategi pemasaran yang sukses di dukung oleh pelanggan yang setia, menghasilkan konsumen – konsumen yang loyal. Salah satu cara yang di lakukan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan adalah dengan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dengan merek produk yang ditawarkan pada konsumen. Begitu pentingnya loyalitas bagi perusahaan maka perawatan wajah (skin care) wardah gentle face wash telah menjadikan loyalitas sebagai hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam strategi pemasaran.Dalam penelitian ini terdapat beberapa variabel yang mempengaruhi loyalitas  merek (Brand Loyalty) di antaranya yaitu Switcher, Habbital Buyer, Satified Buyer, Likes the Brand, dan Commited Buyer. Metode penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode angket (kuesioner) melalui google form. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa produk Skin Care Wardah Gentle Face Wash mempunyai konsumen paling banyak pada tingkat Likeing the brand, selanjutnya tingkat Satisfied buyer, kemudian tingkat Comitted buyer dan yang terakhir adalah tingkat Habitual buyer.

Abstract

 Creative economic growth as the basis for national economic growth must be supported by various parties. Intellectual property as a result of creative economic actors needs to be developed through added value in order to provide greater economic benefits. The government has issued regulations on the creative economy and its implementing regulations. The hope is that it will provide a strong foundation for the parties to support the development of the creative economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of financing the creative economy with intellectual property guarantees. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using a normative juridical method by examining several legal rules that support the theme of this research. The results of the study show that intellectual property as a source of income for creative economy actors, in its implementation is still not optimal to be used as collateral for bank and non-bank financial institutions, in order to help finance the creative economy. The main obstacle is related to the issue of valuation of intellectual property rights, where it is still necessary to have several parties who have the competence to carry out the valuation. The community does not yet have an adequate understanding of intellectual property as collateral for credit/financing, therefore a continuous education program is needed in the future..

Abstract

Sumber Daya manusia memegang peranan yang penting dalam kemajuan organisasi, tentunya dengan sumber daya manusia yang baik akan membantu dalam  mencapai tujuan organisasi. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas sumber daya manusia antara lain disiplin dan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan  disiplin dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan di PT Puspita Yogyakarta.  Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan quisioner/angket.  Sampel berjumlah 60 responden karyawan PT Puspita, Teknik analisis data menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  uji  T secara parsial variabel X1 (Disiplin)   t hitung (5,118) > lebih besar dari t tabel (2,002) dengan nilai signifikan 0,00 < lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sedangkan untuk variabel X2 (Lingkungan Kerja)   t hitung (3,753) > lebih besar dari t table (2,002) dengan  nilai signifikan 0,00 < lebih kecil dari 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan baik disiplin kerja maupun lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Sedangkan hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai f hitung 80,684 > lebih besar dari f tabel 3,16 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,00 < kurang dari 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan  bahwa variabel X1 (Disiplin) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2) secara bersama sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Human resources play an important role in the progress of the organization, of course good human resources will help in achieving organizational goals. Many factors influence the quality of human resources, including discipline and work environment. This research aims to determine the role of discipline and work environment on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at PT Puspita Yogyakarta. This quantitative research uses data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The sample consisted of 60 respondents. Data analysis techniques use the SPSS program. The results of the research show that the partial T test for the variable Meanwhile, for the variable So it can be partially concluded that there is a significant influence of both work discipline and work environment on employee performance. Meanwhile, the F test results show the calculated f value of 80.684 > greater than f table 3.16 with a significance level of 0.00 < less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that variables X1 (Discipline) and Work Environment (X2) together or simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are an important part of a company. This is because HR is an asset for the company, which contributes to the progress of a company. Employees are required to continue to improve their performance, which in turn can significantly improve company performance. The company has made various efforts to encourage employees to continue to improve their performance. Work discipline is one of the factors that can influence employee performance. Disciplinary attitudes arise from employees and also need to be supported by the company, for example with regulations. Another factor that encourages employee performance is the provision of incentives. The company policy provides incentives to encourage employees to work harder. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of work discipline and incentives on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was quantitative with a sample of 50 respondents. Data collection was carried out through observation, questionnaires and documentation. Work discipline (X1) and incentives (X2) are the independent variables and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). By using the SPSS 26 application for multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that partially, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance and providing incentives has a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, work discipline and providing incentives simultaneously influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of human resource development (HRD) and organizational roles on employee performance, with employee engagement as a mediating variable in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. HR development and organizational roles are crucial factors in increasing employee productivity and competitiveness. The research method used is a quantitative approach with regression analysis techniques and mediation tests to understand the relationship between variables. Data were collected through a survey of 125 MSME employees in various industrial sectors in Indonesia. The results showed that HR development and organizational roles have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, employee engagement is shown to play a mediating role that strengthens the relationship between HR development and organizational roles with employee performance. The implications of this study highlight the importance of HR development strategies and improved organizational roles in creating a work environment that supports employee engagement to improve their performance

Abstract

Several companies including metal and mineral mining subsector state-owned companies have carried out various strategies to ensure performance goes well. This research is useful for knowing the calculation of financial performance through financial statement analysis. This research uses non-statistical quantitative methods. Secondary data sources of financial statements using EVA and MVA methods that can be accessed through the official IDX and company websites. Sampling using purposive sampling method which uses several criteria. The results of the calculation of EVA three companies in 2020 - 2023 in a row are positive, which means that adding value to the company's capital costs results in an income figure above zero (>0) in other words there is no minus. While the results of the calculation of one company in 2022 are negative, which means that they do not add value to the company's capital costs, resulting in income below zero (>0) in other words there is no minus.

Abstract

Bagi seorang investor membuat keputusan investasi yang tepat merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Pengukuran kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan dapat dijadikan seorang investor sebagai bahan untuk berinvestasi atau tidak menjual sahamnya yang telah ada dalam perusahaan tersebut. Pengukuran kinerja menggunakan rasio memiliki kelemahan yaitu tidak memperhatikan biaya modal dalam perhitungannya, tidak dapat mengukur kinerja perusahaan dari sisi nilai perusahaan, rasio keuangan hanya mengukur tingkat profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan solvabilitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja keuangan PT. Federal Internasional Finance (FIF) Jakarta Barat dengan menggunakan metode Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Market Value Added (MVA). Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dokumentasi yang terdapat pada situs resmi PT Federal International Finance (FIF) dan berupa laporan keuangan publik di Jakarta Barat, serta berbagai literatur terkait yang relevan dengan penelitianAnalisis dilakukan menggunakan studi kasus deskriptif kuantitatif. Laporan keuangan PT. Federal Internasional Finance (FIF) Jakarta Barat selama lima tahun, dari 2019 hingga 2023, adalah subjek penelitian ini. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah perhitungan Economic Value Added (EVA), yang terdiri dari tiga komponen: NOPAT, WACC, dan Investasi Modal. Nilai perusahaan dan modal yang diinvestasikan adalah dua komponen yang membentuk Market Value Added (MVA). Nilai EVA dan MVA yang positif dalam hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kinerja keuangan PT. Federal Internasional Finance (FIF) Jakarta Barat yang kuat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Ikame Group Bekasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Ikame Group Bekasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu beerjumlah 68 sampel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif dan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode probability sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program aplikasi IBM SPSS 25. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) Variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja, (2) Variabel kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja, (3) Variabel disiplin kerja dan kompensasi secara bersama – sama memiliki pengaruh yang parsial dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.
