Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 belum juga bisa dikatakan berakhir, namun kehidupan harus terus berjalan. Dengan diberlakukannya new normal, kita mulai melakukan aktifitas di luar rumah dengan tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang telah diatur oleh pemerintah, sejak mewabahnya Covid-19, guna menghindari terjadinya penularan, sebagian besar aktivitas dilakukan melalui daring (online). Salah satu cara mencegah penyebaran Covid-19 ini adalah dengan adanya pembatasan-pembatasan dalam melakukan kegiatan. Pembatasan yang ada tentunya memiliki dampak yang cukup besar, salah satunya yaitu pendidikan. Permasalahan itu muncul dan memaksa semua masyarakat untuk dapat berinovasi dan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada terutama teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). TIK menjadi gaya hidup dan juga kebutuhan utama dalam mempermudah pelaksanaan kegiatan. Melalui pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pelatihan dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Canva dalam pembuatan desain grafis kegiatan.. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar generasi muda dilokasi mitra dapat memahami dan mampu menggunakan aplikasi canva dengan baik dan benar.

Abstract

Information technology is developing fast, almost every organization and company has used technology in its operational implementation so that information technology is an integral part of supporting the success of an organization and company. Meadow Terrace Sports Club is a fitness center that has various facilities for visitors such as a standard athletic swimming pool, SPA & Sauna, basketball courts, tennis courts and quality fitness equipment. Meadow Terrace Sports Club, which is located in Housing The Green BSD City, Serpong, already has more than 400 active members. In addition to serving visitors who are already registered as members, Meadow Terrace Sports Club also serves visit transactions for the public who are not yet members with more than one visit. than 50 people per day. Data management at Meadow Terrace Sports Club is still carried out using manual and conventional methods using spreadsheet or excel applications so that it takes a long time to do each job to support business processes. In order to realize good information technology governance in order to create productivity and quality as well as good financial conditions and to avoid failures or errors, as well as to help Meadow Terrace Sports Club management more easily manage member data and be more efficient in preparing reports, it is necessary to have one system that can accommodate these needs.

Abstract

High school alumni of the same level often experience difficulties in determining universities to continue their studies. The selection of tertiary institutions for equivalent high school alumni is constrained only by listening to talk, even often because of following friends. This is because there are so many types of criteria from universities that eventually make prospective students confused and choose without consideration. The selection of higher education institutions should be adjusted between the criteria of higher education and the needs and abilities of prospective students. This study uses an experimental model regarding the selection system of higher education selection decisions using the TOPSIS method. The purpose of this study is to help prospective students in the selection of universities to continue their studies. 7 criteria were obtained including Cost (BY) obtained from tuition fees, Accreditation Value (NA) obtained from the value of college accreditation, Achievement (PS) obtained from academic and non academic achievements, Lecturer Education (PD) obtained from education lecturers, facilities (FS) obtained from available facilities, scholarships (BS) obtained from scholarships at tertiary institutions and UKM (UK) obtained from student activity units available at the college. The results of this study can meet the objectives because the results of calculations can be faster in producing information that can help prospective students in choosing a college.

Abstract

The abundance of IT consulting firms in this digital era necessitates continuous improvement for these companies. From services to products, everything must be constantly updated. Websites have become a crucial platform for reaching customers connected to the internet. Customer satisfaction is equally important in building trust with IT consulting firms. This makes companies more aware of the need for customer satisfaction. The Webqual 4.0 method can be a solution to help IT consulting firms understand satisfaction from the end user's perspective by measuring website quality in terms of usability, information quality, and service interaction. The use of the Webqual 4.0 method also requires IT consulting firms to pose a series of questions to existing customers to gauge how attractive, informative, useful, and secure a website is when accessed. This makes the method highly effective if the questions asked are accurate and align with the views of the customers or end users. From the research conducted on PT Diksta Cipta Solusi, it was found that the dominant characteristics of the website users are males aged 35-39 years, with a usage frequency of about twice a month. User evaluations of the website fall into the good category, with the majority of users feeling satisfied or very satisfied, as evidenced by the high validity and reliability of the assessments. The most significant factor influencing user satisfaction is usability, particularly in terms of the ease of operating the website. It was discovered that the three independent variables—usability, information quality, and service interaction—collectively influence user satisfaction. This study makes an important contribution by demonstrating the effectiveness of the Webqual 4.0 method in measuring website quality and providing insights for IT consulting firms to focus on improving usability, information quality, and service interaction to enhance user satisfaction.

Abstract

– Customer churn is a detrimental phenomenon in the banking sector because it can reduce revenue and increase the cost of acquiring new customers. This research aims to compare the performance of two models, Logistic Regression and Random Forest, to predict customer churn using datasets from Kaggle. The research process involves data preprocessing such as z-score normalization and dividing the dataset into training data (70%) and testing data (30%). The model was evaluated using a confusion matrix with Accuracy, precision, recall and F1-Score values. Logistic Regression achieved 76.85% Accuracy, 79% precision, 94% recall, and 86% F1-Score, showing quite good performance but susceptible to false positives. In contrast, Random Forest shows superior performance with 83.12% Accuracy, 84% precision, 96% recall, and 90% F1-Score. Random Forest is suitable for problems with high recall requirements because it is more reliable in detecting potential customer churn. To further improve model performance, it is recommended to perform hyperparameter optimization and feature importance analysis. This churn prediction model is expected to help banks reduce churn and increase customer retention.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini mencakup seluruh aspek aktivitas masyarakat, termasuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Kelurahan Gudang, Kota Bogor. Diperlukan pelatihan yang memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kinerja para kader, khususnya dalam penggunaan Microsoft Word. Microsoft Word merupakan aplikasi pengolah kata yang paling mudah dan populer untuk membuat laporan dan berbagai dokumen lainnya. Kelurahan Gudang, yang terletak di Kecamatan Bogor Tengah, Kota Bogor, Jawa Barat, memiliki banyak aktivitas yang memerlukan pelaporan. Namun, kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai teknologi dan minimnya pelatihan untuk mendukung keterampilan tersebut menyebabkan kesulitan dalam menyusun laporan kegiatan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut melalui kegiatan pelatihan bagi masyarakat Kelurahan Gudang dalam penggunaan Microsoft Word. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan motivasi kepada para kader untuk meningkatkan keahlian mereka di bidang teknologi, khususnya dalam penyusunan laporan kegiatan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas laporan aktivitas di kelurahan tersebut.Respon positif dan partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat sangat penting untuk keberhasilan program ini. Melalui pendekatan yang sistematis dan terstruktur, pelatihan ini akan memberikan manfaat jangka panjang dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas para kader di Kelurahan Gudang, Kota Bogor. Dengan peningkatan kompetensi di bidang teknologi, para kader dapat lebih efektif dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas administratif dan melaporkan aktivitas mereka, sehingga mendukung perkembangan dan kemajuan kelurahan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Begitu banyaknya spesifikasi dan fitur-fitur yang ditawarkan berbagai macam merk smartphone, sering kali membuat pembeli kebingungan didalam memilih smartphone yang dibutuhkan. Untuk itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk membantu pembeli dalam menentukan keputusan memilih smartphone yang akan dibeli. Penulis menggunakan metode Technique for Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk membantu pembeli dalam menentukan smartphone yang akan dibeli berdasarkan spesifikasi yang ditawarkan. Penulis menggunakan jenis data data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi secara langsung pada pembeli dan sumber terkait lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi smartphone kepada pembeli. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara tersebut, maka diperoleh 8 kriteria yaitu Kamera Depan (C1), Kamera Belakang (C2), Harga (C3), RAM (C4), ROM (C5), Prosesor (C6), Baterai (C7), dan Garansi (C8). Sedangkan, data sekunder diperoleh melalui tulisan ilmiah dan studi literatur yang berhubungan dengan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) rekomendasi pembelian smartphone dan metode Topsis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan output yang memenuhi tujuan yaitu dapat membantu memberikan rekomendasi kepada pembeli didalam menentukan smartphone yang akan dibeli dan dapat mempermudah proses pengambilan keputusan sehingga menjadi lebih akurat, efektif dan efisien dalam menghasilkan informasi.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology, especially in the digital field, has had a huge influence on the development of laptop features and specifications today. With the development of increasingly diverse features and specifications, it often makes users confused in choosing a laptop that suits user needs. Based on this, the authors are interested in creating a decision support system to assist users in choosing a laptop that fits the desired criteria using the Topsis method. The type of data used by the author is primary data obtained through interviews and direct observation of laptop users. The purpose of this study is to assist laptop users in choosing a laptop that suits their needs. There are 10 criteria obtained based on observations and interviews, namely price (C1), RAM (C2), Hard drive (C3), processor (C4), screen size (C5), VGA (C6), battery (C7), Laptop Weight (C8), and Warranty (C9). Secondary data were obtained through literature study and scientific writing related to laptop selection and the TOPSIS method. This research produces output that meets the objectives, which can assist users in choosing the laptop that best suits their needs and can facilitate users in the decision-making process so as to produce accurate, effective and efficient information.

Abstract

The Covid -19 pandemic has disrupted the conventional learning process. So a solution is needed to answer these problems, one of which is using information technology. The use of information technology media in the teaching and learning process is expected to arouse students' desire and interest in learning, generate motivation and stimulation of learning activities, and even bring psychological effects on students. E-learning is an electronic teaching and learning method that allows the delivery of teaching materials using the internet, intranet, or other media. Therefore, the author makes a information system design e-learning website base dusing the waterfall method in which there are stages of system requirements analysis, design, code generation, and testing. Later, after application -e-learning this website based through testing, black box there will be several features such as sharing materials, assignments and exam work online that is carried out directly in this application, so that learning with the method is e-learning expected to be one of the best solutions for solve the problems that existed during the pandemic covid-19 that disrupted the teaching and learning process at SMPN 1 Rasau Jaya, this is because learning with the method e-learning can allow teachers and students to interact insubjects online which can be accessed from their respective homes. so that the spread of thevirus Covid-19 can be further suppressed and prevented.
