Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisa mengenai sistem informasi management cuti karyawan pada PT. Persipu Harapan Pemuda yang sedang berjalan saat ini. Sistem pengajuan cuti yang berjalan saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, dimana karyawan harus mengisi form lembar pengajuan cuti, lalu mengecek sisa cuti kepada bagian Manajer SDM kemudian diserahkan kepada direksi untuk meminta persetujuan lalu jika disetujui oleh atasan langsung, manajer SDM akan menginput permohonan cuti yang sudah di tanda tangan, sehingga karyawan tidak bisa melakukan pengajuan cuti dengan baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan solusi dalam menyelesaikan masalah pengajuan cuti karyawan. Sistem tersebut diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ditemui dalam pengelolaan cuti secara manual. Dan hasil dari penelitian ini adanya rancangan sistem informasi cuti karyawan berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Manfaat dari sistem informasi ini yaitu memperoleh data pengajuan cuti yang lebih tepat, cepat dan akurat. Keamanan data juga menjadi hal yang sangat berguna. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pengajuan cuti ini risiko kehilangan data pengajuan cuti akan berkurang karena sudah tersimpan rapi didalam database dengan aman

Abstract

Pelanggan merupakan aset yang sangat penting untuk keberlanjutan jalannya Perusahaan. Keluhan yang disampaikan oleh pelanggan harus disegera di layani sehingga pelanggan akan terus setia menggunakan jasa Peusahaan. Guna menangani keluhan pelanggan perlu adanya penjadwalan penanganan keluhan pelanggan. Perlu adanya pengalokasian penjadwalan penanganan keluhan pelanggan secara optimal. Bagi Perusahaan skala menengah yang menaungi banyak cabang akan mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan alokasi pembagian tugas karyawan. Karyawan diminta untuk menangani keluhan dari pelanggan dan melakukan perbaikan pada cabang-cabang yang mengalami masalah pada alat-alat kecantikan. Padatnya jadwal permintaan perbaikan membutuhkan sistem informasi guna memudahkan penjadwalan trainer agar semua keluhan kantor cabang dapat diselesaikan. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini mempermudah kerja administrasi dalam mengatur jadwal trainer dalam memperbaiki alat kosmetik diseluruh cabang.

Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya teknologi, kini banyak kegiatan yang mulai menggunakan sistem otomatis untuk dapat mempermudah pekerjaan. Salah satunya sistem aplikasi recruitment yang dibuat dengan tujuan mempermudah pekerjaan. Kemudian masalah yang muncul adalah apakah sistem yang telah dibuat sudah cukup aman sehingga tidak memiliki dampak kerugian. Analisis keamanan Sistem Informasi menggunakan metode FMEA (Failure Mode And Effect Analysis). Dari hasil analisis didapat bahwa system recruitment masih memiliki celah yang sangat besar hingga dapat mengganggu layanan sampai pada kebocoran data yang dapat merugikan perusahan.

Registration of outpatient BPJS at Rumah Sakit IslamJakarta Pondok Kopi in its operational condition is obstacles thatis a long time in the registration process due to the large volumeof patient visit each day. So it takes a cient server basedinformation system that can support so as to produce betterservice. The purpose of this study was to provide an alternativemodel of outpatient administration of BPJS patients. The methodused in this study waterfall with stages analyze the needs ofsoftware, design, code generation, testing and support. Thediscussion by designing the system in the form of usecasediagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and ERD. Abstract

The problem is that there is no method used to determine the best employee in the company based on the criteria set by the company. The purpose of this research is to propose simple additive weighting as a method for finding the best employees according to the weighting carried out. To make decisions, there are several criteria and criteria weights that are needed as a measuring tool to assess employees who will be promoted, attendance, QSM, Quiz, leading. Period of work and team work. The weight value of each criterion is attendance 0.20, QSM 0.25, Quiz 0.15, leading 0.20, tenure 0.10 and team work 0.10. Quality service management (QSM) if sub criteria < 200 QSM value 1, sub criteria 201 - 300 QSM value 2, sub criteria 301 - 400 QSM value 3, sub criteria 401 - 500 QSM value 4, sub criteria 501 - 600 QSM value 5. The results of the analysis with the saw method obtained two employees who got the highest score who had the right to be promoted for promotion with a value of 84.25 and 82.25. the conclusion is that the SAW method is influential in supporting and facilitating decision making to determine promoted employees.

Abstract

The computerized role of an Employee Cooperative in managing data into useful information is needed. One that needs to be considered in an Employee Cooperative for the welfare of its employees is management in the payroll sector. With the salary earned, employees can fulfill their daily needs. Employee payroll system processes carried out at Employee Cooperatives still use a manual system, starting from recording and calculating salaries to receiving salaries for employees, thus allowing errors in the employee payroll process. In addition, there is a buildup of data processing that must be recorded or processed repeatedly to get the data of each employee in an effort to compile reports on the results of employee payroll each month. A program can be an alternative problem solving in processing employee payroll data. With the existence of a well-computerized payroll system, it can avoid the occurrence of errors in the calculation of salary so that the payment of employee salaries can be paid on time. Therefore, with the design of this cooperative employee payroll program, it is made so that the payroll system is better than before.

Abstract

Customer credit assessment is still carried out using traditional methods that are time-consuming and less accurate. This is evidenced by the fact that there are still customers with problematic credit who pass the loan application process. To address this issue, this research aims to develop a method using the C4.5 algorithm. The purpose of this research is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s debt collection process. This research uses customer data from PT Menara Indonesia, which has credit loans. The data includes seven independent variables: net income, loan amount, credit score, number of arrears, tenure, assets, and loan age, as well as one dependent variable, namely credit risk. The C4.5 algorithm is applied to build a customer credit repayment prediction model. This model is tested using the k-fold cross-validation method with k = 10. The test results show that the C4.5 model has excellent performance, with an accuracy of 99.70%, precision of 99.25%, recall of 98.52%, and an F1-score of 98.88%. The advantage of this method is its ability to provide highly accurate predictions, thereby helping the company identify high-risk customers and improve the overall debt collection process

Abstract

Reward is a form of appreciation given by the company to its employees for the achievements given in a certain period, this gift is a form of motivation to all employees to show their performance at the company. The problem is that there is no system for conducting an assessment because it is still manual, a decision support system is needed to determine employee performance appraisals based on criteria set by the company. Simple additive weighting is the best method to perform weighted summation of the performance rating of each alternative on the attribute. The purpose of this study was to determine the assessment of the criteria for the best employees to receive rewards using simple additive weighting. In the discussion, it is explained that the criteria for evaluating employee performance consist of competence, responsibility, behavior, cooperation and discipline. The conclusion is that the best employees are Brother Fredy's after adding the preference values of each leader, namely 1.46, 1.53 and 1.58 with a total value of 4.57, this assessment follows the criteria set by the company for all its employees.

Abstract

Pemanasan global yang mengacu pada eskalasi suhu rata-rata permukaan bumi di darat, laut, dan udara yang menyebabkan perubahan kondisi lingkungan termasuk naiknya permukaan air laut dan fenomena cuaca ekstrem. Menurut BMKG, beberapa wilayah di Indonesia telah mengalami heat waves di akhir-akhir ini. Diperkirakan terjadi dari bulan Juni hingga Agustus. Kondisi ini meningkatkan suhu udara di beberapa tempat. Namun, di daerah DKI Jakarta suhu tertinggi diperkirakan mencapai 35 derajat celcius. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi pola kenaikan suhu selama satu tahun ke masa depan di Wilayah Jakarta Pusat berdasarkan data historis iklim harian dari website resmi BMKG dengan memanfaatkan algoritma LSTM. Penelitian ini menggunakan data iklim dari tanggal 1 Januari 2013 hingga 02 Februari 2024 yang terdiri dari 4049 data. Model LSTM pada penelitian ini dibuat dengan menggunakan 90% data pelatihan, learning rate 0,0098, 96 unit LSTM, ukuran batch 32, dan 75 epoch dengan da terendah sebesar 0,0080, model ini memberikan skor MAPE sebesar 1.98% dan skor RMSE sebesar 0.8765. Hasil prediksi menunjukkan adanya pola kenaikkan suhu dengan anomali sebesar 1.02 derajat celcius yang akan berdampak buruk bagi masyarakat. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memberikan kontribusi terhadap kajian perubahan iklim di Jakarta Pusat.
