Abstract

The computerized role of an Employee Cooperative in managing data into useful information is needed. One that needs to be considered in an Employee Cooperative for the welfare of its employees is management in the payroll sector. With the salary earned, employees can fulfill their daily needs. Employee payroll system processes carried out at Employee Cooperatives still use a manual system, starting from recording and calculating salaries to receiving salaries for employees, thus allowing errors in the employee payroll process. In addition, there is a buildup of data processing that must be recorded or processed repeatedly to get the data of each employee in an effort to compile reports on the results of employee payroll each month. A program can be an alternative problem solving in processing employee payroll data. With the existence of a well-computerized payroll system, it can avoid the occurrence of errors in the calculation of salary so that the payment of employee salaries can be paid on time. Therefore, with the design of this cooperative employee payroll program, it is made so that the payroll system is better than before.

Abstract

Donatur memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung keberlangsungan lembaga sosial, namun banyak organisasi belum memiliki sistem analisis yang efektif untuk memahami perilaku donasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengelompokkan donatur Pais Foundation menggunakan algoritma K-Means yang dipadukan dengan model RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary). Data primer diperoleh dari website resmi Pais Foundation periode 5 Januari–31 Desember 2024. Tahapan penelitian meliputi pengumpulan, pembersihan, transformasi data ke format RFM, normalisasi dengan metode Z-Score, serta klasterisasi menggunakan perangkat lunak RapidMiner. Jumlah klaster optimal ditentukan dengan metode Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) dan menghasilkan lima kelompok donatur: Pasif, Sekali, Loyal, Rutin, dan Aktif. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi RFM dengan algoritma K-Means yang dioptimalkan melalui DBI dalam konteks lembaga sosial di Indonesia. Pendekatan ini jarang diterapkan pada organisasi nirlaba lokal sehingga memberikan kontribusi praktis berupa model segmentasi donatur yang lebih akurat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan karakteristik tiap kelompok dalam hal frekuensi, waktu terakhir donasi, dan jumlah kontribusi. Temuan ini dapat digunakan Pais Foundation untuk merancang strategi penggalangan dana yang lebih efektif dan personal.

Abstract

Reward is a form of appreciation given by the company to its employees for the achievements given in a certain period, this gift is a form of motivation to all employees to show their performance at the company. The problem is that there is no system for conducting an assessment because it is still manual, a decision support system is needed to determine employee performance appraisals based on criteria set by the company. Simple additive weighting is the best method to perform weighted summation of the performance rating of each alternative on the attribute. The purpose of this study was to determine the assessment of the criteria for the best employees to receive rewards using simple additive weighting. In the discussion, it is explained that the criteria for evaluating employee performance consist of competence, responsibility, behavior, cooperation and discipline. The conclusion is that the best employees are Brother Fredy's after adding the preference values of each leader, namely 1.46, 1.53 and 1.58 with a total value of 4.57, this assessment follows the criteria set by the company for all its employees.
