Abstract

Penanganan kerusakan komputer membutuhan waktu yang lama membuat pekerjaan menjadi terganggu dan membutuhkan teknisi sebagai IT yang mampu menangani permasaahan sebagai solusi. Tujuan penlitian ini adalah merancang sistem informasi berbasis web untuk menangani kerusakan komputer sehingga dapat membantu pekerjaan pengguna  Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan web, pengkodean dengan menggunakan pemrogaraman PHP dan proses testing sebagai pengujian web. Diagram usecase yang mendeskripsikan kegiatan aktor-aktor yang terlibat pada sistem, pengkodean program php dan tampilan web seperti pengisian formulir komplain yang dilakukan oleh user atau pengguna, status dari komplain yang diajukan yang terdiri dari dua yaitu proses dan close. Status proses artinya sedang dikerjakan sedangkan close artinya komputer suda selesai ditangani dan dapat dipakai kembali. Kesimpulan peneitian ini perancagnan siste informasi kerusakan komputer berbasis web mempercepat proses penanganan dari permasalahan komputer pengguna.

Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya teknologi, kini banyak kegiatan yang mulai menggunakan sistem otomatis untuk dapat mempermudah pekerjaan. Salah satunya sistem aplikasi recruitment yang dibuat dengan tujuan mempermudah pekerjaan. Kemudian masalah yang muncul adalah apakah sistem yang telah dibuat sudah cukup aman sehingga tidak memiliki dampak kerugian. Analisis keamanan Sistem Informasi menggunakan metode FMEA (Failure Mode And Effect Analysis). Dari hasil analisis didapat bahwa system recruitment masih memiliki celah yang sangat besar hingga dapat mengganggu layanan sampai pada kebocoran data yang dapat merugikan perusahan.

Abstract

Customer credit assessment is still carried out using traditional methods that are time-consuming and less accurate. This is evidenced by the fact that there are still customers with problematic credit who pass the loan application process. To address this issue, this research aims to develop a method using the C4.5 algorithm. The purpose of this research is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s debt collection process. This research uses customer data from PT Menara Indonesia, which has credit loans. The data includes seven independent variables: net income, loan amount, credit score, number of arrears, tenure, assets, and loan age, as well as one dependent variable, namely credit risk. The C4.5 algorithm is applied to build a customer credit repayment prediction model. This model is tested using the k-fold cross-validation method with k = 10. The test results show that the C4.5 model has excellent performance, with an accuracy of 99.70%, precision of 99.25%, recall of 98.52%, and an F1-score of 98.88%. The advantage of this method is its ability to provide highly accurate predictions, thereby helping the company identify high-risk customers and improve the overall debt collection process

Abstract

Reward is a form of appreciation given by the company to its employees for the achievements given in a certain period, this gift is a form of motivation to all employees to show their performance at the company. The problem is that there is no system for conducting an assessment because it is still manual, a decision support system is needed to determine employee performance appraisals based on criteria set by the company. Simple additive weighting is the best method to perform weighted summation of the performance rating of each alternative on the attribute. The purpose of this study was to determine the assessment of the criteria for the best employees to receive rewards using simple additive weighting. In the discussion, it is explained that the criteria for evaluating employee performance consist of competence, responsibility, behavior, cooperation and discipline. The conclusion is that the best employees are Brother Fredy's after adding the preference values of each leader, namely 1.46, 1.53 and 1.58 with a total value of 4.57, this assessment follows the criteria set by the company for all its employees.

Abstract

Registration of outpatient BPJS at Rumah Sakit IslamJakarta Pondok Kopi in its operational condition is obstacles thatis a long time in the registration process due to the large volumeof patient visit each day. So it takes a cient server basedinformation system that can support so as to produce betterservice. The purpose of this study was to provide an alternativemodel of outpatient administration of BPJS patients. The methodused in this study waterfall with stages analyze the needs ofsoftware, design, code generation, testing and support. Thediscussion by designing the system in the form of usecasediagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and ERD.
