Abstract

Penanganan kerusakan komputer membutuhan waktu yang lama membuat pekerjaan menjadi terganggu dan membutuhkan teknisi sebagai IT yang mampu menangani permasaahan sebagai solusi. Tujuan penlitian ini adalah merancang sistem informasi berbasis web untuk menangani kerusakan komputer sehingga dapat membantu pekerjaan pengguna  Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan web, pengkodean dengan menggunakan pemrogaraman PHP dan proses testing sebagai pengujian web. Diagram usecase yang mendeskripsikan kegiatan aktor-aktor yang terlibat pada sistem, pengkodean program php dan tampilan web seperti pengisian formulir komplain yang dilakukan oleh user atau pengguna, status dari komplain yang diajukan yang terdiri dari dua yaitu proses dan close. Status proses artinya sedang dikerjakan sedangkan close artinya komputer suda selesai ditangani dan dapat dipakai kembali. Kesimpulan peneitian ini perancagnan siste informasi kerusakan komputer berbasis web mempercepat proses penanganan dari permasalahan komputer pengguna.

Abstract

This study aims to find synergies decentralization policy formulation by taking the caseof policy conflicts management K2I oil palm plantations in Riau years 2005-2010. The method usedqualitative methods. Interactive method that covers data collection, data display, data verification,and withdrawal kesimpulan.This study found that first, the formulation of policy synergy acrossthe ministry after the regional autonomy is characterized by changing patterns of interaction ofbureaucrats, businessmen, politicians and local elites to the increasingly dynamic; Second, the actorsattempt to mobilize resources and conflicting preferences; Third, arenas and networks used by localelites increasingly overlap. The results of this study is expected to contribute to science and technologypolicy formulation in the form of synergy model, conflict mapping and plantation-based policyrecommendations for national and local governments in improving development policies in the future.

Abstract

Riau is located on the world's highways very precise culture serve as a meeting point of creativity and the closest and also central to the neighboring countries. As the Riau provincial government efforts in building and supporting the development of the Malay culture itself has been demonstrated by the Vision Riau (Riau Master Plan 2020) which set out in the Riau Provincial regulations No. 36 of 2001 to make the Riau Malay cultural center. The purpose of research is to determine how to exercise the synergy of actors involved in the development of Malay culture and who the actors involved in the synergy. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research method. The location study was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru. Data collected by observation, interview and document study.Results from these studies showed that a synergy between actors or stalkholder involved in the problems of Malay culture is still not established effectively. Synergy that occurs between DMDI foundation itself has not been intensely intertwined with the agency as a benchmark for success in 2020 the Office of Riau Province culture. However, this will be a special concern of the Department of culture to make DMDI as a priority on its development foundation based Riau Province Malay and Islamic Culture. Abstract

The zoning system is one of the state's guidelines for new student admissions and is a zoning system. The implementation of the zoning system has been carried out in stages since 2016, starting with the use of zoning for the administration of national exams. The zoning system was first introduced at PPDB in 2017 and refined in 2018. This system has a positive effect by making it easier for prospective students to study close to where they live. However, in its implementation there are still obstacles. This problem is inseparable from the lack of public knowledge and information about PPDB zoning. This research is qualitative and collects data in the form of interviews and document research. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Pekanbaru City Education Office implemented a zoning system policy on PPDB at SMPN 4 and SMP N 5 Pekanbaru in 2019. The results show that this is. The zoning policy for SMPN 4 and SMPN 5 Pekanbaru, Pekanbaru is still not optimal. This is reflected in the lack of public understanding of the zoning system, and the lack of socialization during PPDB. This results in a lack of zoning information in the PPDB for the community. Abstract

Pekanbaru City as one of the Metropolitan cities whose people need a means to relieve fatigue from their daily activities. Thus the city of Pekanbaru has a place of public entertainment. Pekanbaru as one of the developing cities, has become one of the attractive industrial locations for business people, one of the rapidly growing industrial sectors in Pekanbaru at this time is the night club. The night club is a means of relaxing and also one of the tourist destinations in the metropolitan city. However, nightclubs violate the rules and regulations set by the government. So it is necessary to bring order to the police and the Pekanbaru city government to maintain order in the community. The formulation of this research is "How is the synergy between the Pekanbaru City government and the Polresta in controlling night entertainment venues in the city of Pekanbaru in 2020?" This study aims to determine the synergy between the Pekanbaru City government and the Polresta in controlling night entertainment venues in Pekanbaru City in 2020. This research is a type of descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this study used interview, observation and documentation techniques, the data analysis used was qualitative method analysis. The findings that can be concluded are the synergy between the Pekanbaru City Police and the local government running optimally. In terms of communication, the Pekanbaru city government, in this case the Satpol PP, communicates with the Resort Police to conduct raids, verbal communication is through telephone and non-verbal communication in the form of letters or through the media. Coordination between the Polres and the Pekanbaru City government has also not run optimally. Even though the raids were carried out, there were still nightclubs that violated applicable regulations, such as drug trafficking in nightclubs. This means that the raid activities carried out by the Pekanbaru City government and the Pekanbaru City Police have not been carried out optimally. Keywords: Synergy, Communication, Coordination

Abstract

This research is a research that is in the Field of Village Government System Studies. Village Funds are managed in an orderly manner, complying with the provisions of laws and regulations, efficient, economical, effective, transparent and responsible by paying attention to a sense of justice and compliance and prioritizing the interests of the community. The research approach is qualitative with descriptive analysis method by describing phenomena and data accurately. Primary sources of information (informants) were determined by purposive sampling and the necessary data were collected using interview techniques and literature study. The results of this study are ADK Management includes Planning, Implementation, Disbursement, Reporting and Control, Guidance, and Supervision. The management of ADK carried out by the Merempan Hilir Village Government has followed the technical guidelines that have been regulated in the legislation. However, the process is still not optimal. This can be seen from the delay in the reporting and disbursement processes. For the Reporting process for the Realization of the Use of ADK has not been in accordance with the predetermined schedule, causing delays in the disbursement of Funds for the next stage. Likewise with accountability for the use of ADK so that the community cannot evaluate the work of the village government and accountability to local governments is not carried out in a timely manner. Abstract

It is explained to business actors that pharmaceutical and food preparations without a distribution permit and food contain hazardous materials that pose a risk to health, and offenders may be subject to criminal sanctions in accordance with Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health and Law Number 18 of 2012 concerning Food. Criminal acts that have been determined in the field of pharmaceutical supplies in the form of cosmetics that do not have a distribution permit are applied to the elements of Article 197 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health. This thesis discusses how the implementation of supervision carried out by the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency in Pekanbaru as a non-ministerial government authorized to conduct inspections and supervision of the circulation of cosmetic products in Pekanbaru City, especially cosmetics that are not in accordance with distribution permits and do not have certification from BPOM. To explain with this supervision, consumers can be more alert and can be protected. This research uses a descriptive format of research that aims to explain, summarize various conditions, situations, or various variables that arise in the community that is the object of this research based on what happened. Researchers also conducted research directly into the field by interviewing related parties, namely the Center for Drug and Food Control of the Republic of Indonesia, the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency in Pekanbaru. The results of the study show that there are still many cosmetic products that do not meet the standards or do not have a distribution permit in the market. As well as the implementation of supervision before being circulated as a preventive measure to ensure that drugs and food in circulation meet the standards and requirements for safety, efficacy/benefits and product quality. Abstract

This study aims to determine the synergy of the Regional Government of Siak Regency in managing Asseraya Al Hasyimiah Palace tourism and the obstacles in managing Asseraya Al Hasyimiah Palace tourism. The management of the Asseraya Al Hasyimiah Palace is carried out in synergy between the Tourism Office, LAM, and the people in Siak Regency. The Tourism Office as the main administrator plans the budget and actualizes the construction and operation of the Asseraya Al Hasyimiah Palace. This type of research is qualitative research, namely descriptive research. In this study, the authors took research at Asseraya Al Hasyimiah Palace Tourism, which is located in Kp Dalam, Siak District, Siak Regency. The informants in this study were the management of the Asseraya Al Hasyimiah Palace tourism manager, LAM Siak, the Tourism Office, and the local community. The results of this study indicate that the synergy of the Siak Regency Regional Government in managing Asseraya Al Hasyimiah Palace tourism is by forming partnerships with related parties such as the Culture Office, the Siak Malay Traditional Institute (LAM), and the local community and establishing partnerships through communication and coordination. In order to develop a synergistic relationship, good communication must be created, communication is carried out either directly or indirectly. Therefore, the synergy that is built apart from communication also needs coordination. Coordination in achieving something properly needed, must be there between related government agencies, the Culture Office, and the community and artists in Siakini Regency which is carried out through coordination meetings. The obstacle in managing Asseraya Al Hasyimiah Palace tourism lies in Human Resources (HR) and financial resources and the character of the community as beneficiaries of tourist attractions. Management of Asseraya Al Hasyimiah Palace requires training and additional human resources in improving professionalism in the field of tourism. Financial/funding is essential thing and works support system of this activity. No matter how good a plan or strategy is, if the funds needed to carry out historical tourism management activities are at minimum level, then the implementation will not be optimized, especially with the limited funds for managing historical tourism objects in the Kingdom of Siak. Abstract

ABSTRACT The abrasion disaster in Rangsang Pesisir District has threatened and brought disaster detrimental impact on society, losses in the form of assets, places of worship and community income. in 2020 the length of abrasion reached 44.8 Km abrasion disaster management continues to be carried out but is still not optimal due to several factors, namely the government's slow response, none maintenance of mangrove forests, lack of legal umbrella, development tackling is uneven, coping policies are experiencing changes to create dynamics. The aim of this research is to find out the actors, the interests of the actors, the interactions of the actors and their backgrounds social actors in the dynamics of abrasion disaster management policy issues in Rangsang Pesisir District, Meranti Islands Regency. This type of research is a qualitative research using the method of collecting data through interview, observation and documentation. The type of data used is data primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is interactive Miles and Huberman which consists of 3 namely data collection, data reduction, and draw a conclusion. The results of this study are the actors involved in abrasion disaster management includes BPBD, Rangsang Pesisir Sub-District, Villages in Rangsang Pesisir District, Communities and NGOs, interaction of actors in handling of abrasion goes well this is because it has similarities of the elements of the social base of the actors. Abstract

ABSTRACT The SIPINTAR PEDULI public service innovation is a new idea that was issued to assist people with disabilities in providing services in obtaining population or identity documents. The problem with this research is the inability of people with disabilities to attend the Population and Civil Registration Service to record and record e-KTP, therefore the Pekanbaru City Population and Civil Registration Service issued innovations that will make it easier for people with disabilities to get e-KTP. This study uses a qualitative approach research method and the type of research is descriptive. The research location was carried out at the Pekanbaru City Population and Civil Registration Office, using data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the innovation of the SIPINTAR PEDULI service carried out by the Department of Population and Civil Registration in 2021-2022 has progressed, this can be seen from the appreciation of the community and also assistance from local institutions that assist the Office of Population and Civil Registration in carrying out these innovations. The Department of Population and Civil Registration has demonstrated its existence in providing services, adequate facilities and infrastructure to support the service process. The service guarantee provided is so that all people with disabilities can have e-KTP and also the needs of people with disabilities can be met. Keywords: Innovation, e-KTP, People with Disabilities
