Abstract

Kecanggihan teknologi membuat siapapun dapat membuat sebuah bisnis secara cepat dan mudah. Seperti yang kita ketahui bersama, beberapa tahun ini banyak sekali muncul entreprenuer muda yang membuka bisnis startup. Perencanaan keuangan dan persiapan laporan yang matang akan membantu dalam menjalankan bisnis tersebut. Sebagai perusahaan yang baru merintis atau sering disebut sebagai startup terkadang tidak memikirkan pencatatan transaksi keuangan. Namun sebaiknya perusahaan baru mulai atau startup proses pembukuan wajib dilakukan untuk membantu menunjang kegiatan operasional bisnis, menyiapkan informasi yang dibutuhkan agar investor mau menginvestasikan dananya. Pembukuan merupakan hal penting bagi bisnis apapun. Pembukuan dapat memantau perkembangan keuangan bisnis startup dan menilai proses yang sudah dikerjakan. pembukuan juga merupakan kewajiban suatu bisnis sebagai bentuk pertanggung jawaban kepada pihak yang berkepentingan, dan masih banyak manfaat lain yang dapat Anda dapatkan dengan melakukan pembukuan. Panti asuhan Aisyiyah Tunas Harapan merupakan salah satu panti asuhan yang ada di kota Pontianak. Panti asuhan ini dihuni oleh beberapa anak yang berasal dari berbagai daerah. Sebagian besar sudah menginjak pendidikan tingkat SMP dan SMA yang tentunya mereka adalah anak muda atau kaum milenial. Anak muda atau kaum milenial merupakan pewaris startup digital. Saat ini menjadi tugas dan tanggung jawab kita bersama untuk mengajak anak muda melakukan transformasi digital.

Abstract

Online shopping or e-commerce is a transaction process carried out through intermediary media in the form of online trading sites and social media that provide goods and services that are traded. Much research has focused on predicting realtime income for shopping web sites. The dataset consists of 10 numeric attributes and 8 category attributes. In this dataset, there is a possibility that there is an unbalanced target variable. Where, this is the case for each individual target value in the dataset. online shopper inttention aims to predict whether users generate revenue or not. Class imbalance occurs when the minority class is smaller than the majority class. Using unbalanced data will result in a minority class producing low accuracy values. Sampling methods are SMOTE, Undersampling and Oversampling To overcome the problem of class imbalance (imbalance class) as a measurement of performance. whereas, the classification algorithm method used is random forest, KNN, and Naive Bayes. The results of the evaluation and validation, it can be concluded that the best sampling method in overcoming the imbalance class in this study is the oversampling method. The random forest model without sampling has the highest f-measure value than the other models, which is 0.898. After applying the sampling method, the results of the comparison between the smote + random forest, undersampling + random forest and oversampling + random forest models. The best model with the highest f-measure and AUC is the oversampling + random forest model, the f-measure is 0.976 or 98% and the AUC value is 0.998. So the oversampling + random forest model is the best model in the study of the application of sampling techniques in overcoming the imbalance class in the online shopper intention enthusiast classification. Abstract

Cancer is something big in the world. Cancer is a malignant disease that is difficult to cure if the spread is too wide. However, detecting cancer cells as early as possible can reduce the risk of death. This study aims to predict the level of early detection of disasters in European countries using 5 classification algorithms, namely: Desecion Tree, Naïve Bayes, k-Nearset Neighbor, Random Forest and Neural Network of which algorithm is the best for this study. Tests carried out with several stages of research include: dataset (data contains), initial data processing, proposed method, credit method using 10 times cross validation, test results and t-test different tests. The alpha value is 0.05. if the probability is> 0.05 then H0 is accepted. If the probability is <0.05 then Ho is rejected. The results of the research that obtained performance with an accuracy value of 98.35% were the Neural Network algorithm. Whereas, the results of the research using the algirtic t-test with the best models are: Random Forest algorithm and Neural Network, the relatively good Naïve Bayes algorithm, the Desecion Tree algorithm is quite good and the poor algorithm is the K-Nearset Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm. Keywords: Cancer, Algorithms, Classification, Probability

Abstract

The Kalimas poskesdes is one of the government agencies engaged in health, the Kalimas poskesdes are under the auspices or working areas of the Snapper river puskesmas, one of the health services routinely carried out by the Kalimas poskesdes is the Posyandu activities which are conducted every month. Data from each posyandu is managed solely by the poskesdes kalimas and then reported to the snapper river puskesmas, baby and toddler data collection still uses bookkeeping while making reports using Microsoft excle is still fairly simple, so it requires a lot of time in making reports due to repeated data recording. To help the data collection process, the Posyandu Patient Information System was created. Posyandu Patient Information System At Kalimas Poskesdes is a web-based information system. Help provide and present information about infants and toddlers patients who do posyandu in the work area of the poskesdes kalimas. Making this information system using the waterfall software development method and the way to collect data is by observing the Kalkesas poskesdes, interviewing staff working at the Kalimas poskesdes, a literature study that supports the theory of problem solving. The software used in making the Posyandu Patient Information System in Kalimas Posasdes Web-Based is XAMPP as a server, MySQL as a database, Sublime Text as a text editor, Chrome as a browser. While the languages used in making this posyandu patient information system are, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. And to facilitate the creation of the website also uses a codeigniter framework.

Abstract

The progress of the development of computing and telecommunications has changed the way of life in the world in carrying out everyday activities. Desa Arang Limbung is the center of Government of Kubu Raya. In carrying out the duties of the government of development and society, the village head always coordinated with the community and other village institutions. To set the Village Head Meeting Schedule, a Guest Book Application The Role of the Guest Book is always limited to the administration, so it cannot be used as a benchmark to measure the level of village office services, because to use it further, the existing data must be summarized to produce information needed. The community service team conducts training using a digital guest book application that can be used to measure the number of visits at the village office while providing information about anyone in the village office which will be encountered by guests who come to the village office.

Abstract

Each Regional Apparatus Work Unit (SKPD) must report the use of the budget or realization report to BAPPEDA. Each SKPD officer submits a realization report to the Secretariat. If an error occurs in the preparation of the realization report, the wrong SKPD will be informed again and must re-create and repeat the administration process for reporting realization. This is deemed ineffective, because each SKPD must come to the office only to submit a realization report and also charge officers who fill in the realization data for each SKPD. Therefore, this writing contains research to solve the problems faced by BAPPEDA Kubu Raya Regency by building a web-based SKPD realization reporting administration information system that uses the waterfall model as a software development model consisting of analysis, design, coding, testing. and supporters. Data collection techniques used consisted of observation, interviews and literature study. This system provides facilities to two (2) levels of users, namely Secretariat officers and SKPD officers. Secretariat officers can manage SKPD data, users, descriptions, programs, activities, access RKA-SKPD reports and realization reports. SKPD officers can change SKPD data, manage users, manage RKA-SKPD, access RKA-SKPD reports (personal), manage realization transactions and access realization reports (personal). This system is made using hypertext preprocessor (PHP) programming language, hypertext markup language (HTML), cascading style sheet (CSS), jquery, javascript and bootstrap as well as codeigniter as a framework, MySQL as a database application and sublime text as a web editor. This system is expected to help and be used as a tool in the administration of reporting on the realization of SKPD at BAPPEDA Kubu Raya Regency

Abstract

School is a teaching and learning institution. The problem observed in schools, in general, is that there is still no centrally managed web-based system, one of which is the loss of facility and infrastructure inventory data that is still maintained using Microsoft Excel, or the absence of a unique system to summarize it. Inventory data of facilities and infrastructure in the database or online. If information is needed, the school should look up each one in the office files. As a result of these problems, an application is needed in the form of a site information system and web-based infrastructure, every year the amount of data owned by schools increases and it is difficult to manage it. The manual summary is used to assist service schools in processing data such as information on the inventory of facilities and infrastructure. This research aims to develop an information system capable of managing real estate and infrastructure information in a web-based database system so that the system can connect to the Internet quickly and accurately. The author uses XAMPP as a local hosting server, which includes Apache as an HTTP server, MySQL as a database, Sublime Text 3 as a sentence editor for HTML and PHP scripts, and PHP as a programming language, and uses a browser to view output from web pages, and creates a database with SQL Yog.

Abstract

The operational system for bookings used by the Quantum Property company is still simple by utilizing Microsoft Office Excel in the unit booking process. This certainly has an impact on the slow process of processing data on the business processes that are carried out. After knowing the running system and the problems experienced by Quantum Property, the purpose of this research is to create a website-based payment information system and management of house unit bookings. The results of this system design can be used by home booking providers as a basic reference for taking solutions to existing problems and good and effective management. The research method used is descriptive research method which aims to describe, explain and describe certain phenomena related to the research object. With this website-based information system, the availability of complete property information is more easily accessed by potential customers so that they can see the specifications of what houses are being sold by Quantum Property.

Abstract

Setiap Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) harus melaporkan penggunaan anggaran atau laporan realisasi kepada BAPPEDA. Setiap petugas SKPD menyerahkan laporan realisasi kepada Sekretariat. Apabila terjadi kesalahan dalam penyusunan laporan realisasi, maka SKPD yang salah akan diinformasikan kembali dan harus membuat ulang dan mengulangi prosesdur administrasi pelaporan realisasi. Hal ini dirasa tidak efektif, dikarenakan setiap SKPD harus mendatangi kantor hanya untuk menyerahkan laporan realisasi dan juga membebankan petugas yang mengisi data realisasi untuk setiap SKPD. Maka dari itu, penulisan ini berisikan tentang penelitian untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh BAPPEDA Kabupaten Kubu Raya dengan membangun sistem informasi administrasi pelaporan realisasi SKPD berbasis web yang menggunakan model air terjun sebagai model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang terdiri dari analisis, desain, pengkodean, pengujian dan pendukung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Sistem ini menyediakan fasilitas kepada dua (2) level pengguna, yaitu petugas Sekretariat dan petugas SKPD. Petugas Sekretariat dapat mengelola data SKPD, pengguna, uraian, program, kegiatan, mengakses laporan RKA-SKPD dan laporan realisasi. Petugas SKPD dapat mengubah data SKPD, mengelola pengguna, mengelola RKA-SKPD, mengakses laporan RKA-SKPD (personal), mengelola transaksi realisasi dan mengakses laporan realisasi (personal). Sistem ini dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman hypertext preprocessor (PHP), hypertext markup language (HTML), cascading style sheet (CSS), jquery, javascript dan bootstrap serta codeigniter sebagai framework, MySQL sebagai aplikasi basis data dan sublime text sebagai web editor. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan dijadikan sebagai alat bantu dalam administrassi pelaporan realisasi SKPD pada BAPPEDA Kabupaten Kubu Raya.

Abstract

Dalam perkembangan teknologi sistem komputerisasi pemanfaatan di bidang teknologi informasi dalam pengelolaan data sangat diperlukan. Puskesmas Rawat Jalan Wajok Hulu merupakan puskesmas yang terdapat di daerah Wajok Hulu yang bergerak dibidang kesehatan.Proses pengolahan data obat pada puskesmas masih menggunakan catatan dalam bentuk buku dan ada yang sudah menggunakan Microsoft excel, namun penggunaan Microsoft excel hanya untuk pembuatan laporan perbulan. Proses untuk mengetahui data obat, jumlah stok obat, mencari data obat terkadang mengalami kesulitan jika harus mencari berkas yang digunakaan saat pencatatan data-data obat dan jumlah stok obat. Tujuan dari pembuatan website ini adalah dapat membantu pihak Kepala Apoteker yang merupakan admin dalam mengolah data obat, pada website ini hanya dapat di akses oleh user (kepala apoteker) dan kepala puskesmas selaku pimpinan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan website ini adalah metode waterfall. Pada website ini membutuhkan beberapa software pendukung seperti Sublime Text sebagai text editor, Framework Codeigniter, PHP MyAdmin 7.2.1 sebagai tools database,PHP, Codeigniter, CSS, dan HTML. Dengan adanya website sistem informasi pengolahan data obat pada puskesmas rawat jalan wajok hulu diharapkan dapat meminimalisir kelemahan pada pengolahan data obat yang sebelumnya.
