Abstract

The Tirta Khatulistiwa PDAM Pontianak office is a piped water / clean water office in Pontianak, which is located on the Imam Bonjol street in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, is a state-owned company. in the recap system the value of employees is still using a manual system. The current system is still using the Ms.Exel application, without a database. As a result of this many obstacles faced by the PDAM in the business of recapitating employee values such as the time needed to find or enter employee values requires a long time. In this thesis the software development method using the waterfall model is used to create an information system. The results of storing the performance value and means to see the quality value of employee performance. The system consists of 2 types of users, namely admin and employee. admin manages the value of employees and employees can see the value in the input admin. With the design of this system it is expected that this system is to design the system at PDAM Tirta Khatulistiwa as a means of overcoming the problem of inputting values at PDAM Tirta Khatulistiwa Pontianak.

Abstract

Student attendance at school is very important to ensure that they get a good education and are successful in the future. Parents are an important part in supporting their children's education, communication between parents and schools is very important in supporting children's education. Currently, there are still many schools that use attendance books as a medium for recording student attendance. This makes it difficult for parents to monitor their child's attendance regularly, especially if they are at work or unable to visit school every day. The purpose of writing this Final Project (TA) is to create a website-based application to monitor student attendance at SMP Negeri 13 Sungai Raya, which is in Kabupaten Kubu Raya. The method used in developing this software uses the waterfall method and data collection methods. With this web-based application, it can assist parents in monitoring their children's attendance at school and increase parental involvement in children's education by providing accurate and up-to-date information about children's attendance at school

Abstract

The purpose of the conducted research is to create an application for monitoring raw material stock in production at UMKM Salad Mertua, ensuring control over raw material inventory data. The application is developed as a website with three levels of user access (owner, warehouse department, and production department), each tailored to specific data processing procedures required for their respective roles. The application's design is structured using the waterfall software development method, where the database design is depicted in entity relationship diagrams (ERD) and logical record structures (LRS). The programming language utilized for the application's development is PHP, connected to a MySQL database. The outcome of this research is a monitoring application providing information on the required stock of raw materials for salad production in UMKM Salad Mertua, ensuring that the procurement needs and quality of raw materials are maintained according to the application of the SDLC method with the waterfall model.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan AI (Artificial Intelligence) dalam proses belajar mengajar telah membawa transformasi besar dalam dunia pendidikan. Meskipun penggunaan AI dalam pembelajaran diakui memberikan solusi inovatif dan membuka peluang untuk pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih personal dan adaptif, namun muncul pro dan kontra terkait dampaknya. Kecemasan terkait potensi penguatan bias dan diskriminasi, reaksi negatif dari siswa dan guru, serta ketergantungan berlebihan pada AI menjadi sorotan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika Jakarta di Yayasan Widya Kapuas Kalbar (YAWIKA) bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap kurangnya materi tentang penggunaan AI dalam proses belajar mengajar. Metode pelatihan melibatkan ceramah, tutorial, diskusi, pendampingan, dan asesmen. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman tenaga pengajar terkait AI. Kegiatan ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya menggabungkan teknologi kecerdasan buatan dengan pendekatan pembelajaran yang mempertahankan esensi pembelajaran dan fokus pada etika dan perilaku siswa. Saran diarahkan pada pengembangan kerjasama lebih lanjut dan pelaksanaan kegiatan serupa secara rutin untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru.

Abstract

Prediksi suhu merupakan bagian penting dalam berbagai sektor terutama pada sektor pertanian. Namun, keterbatasan data dan kompleksitas antar variabel menjadi tantangan utama pada pengembangan model prediktif suhu. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan pendekatan baru dengan menggabungkan Automated Machine Learning (AutoML) dan pengetahuan fisika dalam satu kerangka kerja yang efisien dan domain-aware. Dengan membandingkan dua platform AutoML yaitu FLAML dan H2O AutoML. AutoML berperan mengotomatisasi pemilihan model, seleksi fitur, dan penyetelan parameter secara adaptif, sementara komponen berbasis pengetahuan fisika digunakan untuk membatasi ruang agar tetap konsisten dengan prinsip ilmiah. Dalam studi ini, data meteorologi harian seperti suhu, kelembapan, curah hujan, dan radiasi matahari diperoleh dari layanan NASA POWER. Model dikembangkan menggunakan pustaka FLAML dan H2O AutoML yang kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan metrik RMSE dan R². Hasil menunjukkan bahwa H2O AutoML memberikan performa prediksi yang lebih baik dengan nilai RMSE sebesar 0.6329 dan R² sebesar 0.6582, dibanding FLAML yang menghasilkan RMSE sebesar 0.7001 dan R² sebesar 0.4762. Visualisasi menunjukkan bahwa prediksi H2O lebih dekat terhadap nilai aktual dan mengikuti tren suhu dengan lebih akurat.
