Abstract

Bad credit is one of the credit risk faced by the financial industry. Bad credit happens if in the long term, financial institutions can not attract loans within the stipulated time. Credit scorings can be used to assist in determining the feasibility analysis of the credit applicant. With proper credit scoring models, banks can evaluate whether an applicant is eligible to get credit or not. In this study, carried out the classification of the customers who are categorize as good customers and bad customers by algorithm C4.5. The test results obtained for the accuracy value of C4.5 88.52%.

Abstract

In this time Data Communications have very required by business sector, especially company in the business sector having many branches in Indonesia or other states. In this time a lot of company integrating its information system which centrally like Enterprise Resources Planning ( ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Technological of Wide Area Network (WAN) become the solution for the communications of its data, there is a lot of solution which on the market service provider access to connect the this Wide Area Network, like a solution of Leased Channel, VSAT, DSL, etc. The solution of Virtual Private Network ( VPN) one solutions of the service provider and now selected by the company, because can become the peaceful and cheap alternative for the communications of its data WAN company. VPN of a technology WAN overcome in public network of Interne,t but its data is wrapped, encryption and overcome by tunneling at the time transmission on the Internet. VPN represents the alternative solution which can be selected by the company for the interconnection of to other offices.

Abstract

In determining the credit worthiness of a customer, a method is needed so that the results of the assessment carried out by the credit analysis department are accurate, so that the applicant can be predicted whether it will become a customer with a smooth or problematic payment. In this study, two algorithms were compared, namely the C4.5 algorithm and Naive Bayes. The algorithm will be applied to credit payment data labeled current and problematic customers. From the research results, the accuracy of the C4.5 algorithm is 87.62% while the accuracy obtained for the Naive Bayes algorithm is 90.00%. So it can be concluded, in this study that the Naive Bayes algorithm has higher accuracy than the C4.5 algorithm.

Abstract

Agung Security Podomoro Group is a company that uses a lot of electronic inventory, so there are quite a lot of inventory problems that must be dealt with, as long as there is an inventory problem the user or admin of the location submits to Asset Management, by telephone, or other communication tools, then Asset management does and submit to Technical support. Due to the large number of inventory reports that are damaged often the handling of technical support is not handled properly. Therefore it is necessary to have a system that becomes a working benchmark that records damage reports accompanied by a history record so that if there is a similar damage it is easier to handle. In this study a Web-based Help Desk System was designed to deal with existing problems. The website is made based on PHP and uses a MySQL database. The development method that the author uses in designing the web-based Helpdesk System at Agung Podomoro use the Waterfall model.

Abstract

Pakubumi piling spare parts are very much needed when there is a lot of infrastructure development in the capital city and in small cities. Spare parts that are used at the time of construction and for stocks carried out by project workers that will be prepared by suppliers as well as in CV. Abadi Perkasa. With a lot of available sales data, an algorithm is needed to manage the sales data. Data processing sales data mining with a priori algorithm technique can look for the highest frequency pattern where the highest frequency value is above a certain threshold which is called minimum support. After getting the highest support value, then the confidence value is sought to determine the association rules for one product with another. Looking for a minimum of support and confidence can also be found with the help of rapidminer tools. From this research, it can be seen that the a priori algorithm can find out which products are often purchased as well as determine the patterns of relationships between products and help to develop future marketing strategies.

Abstract

The Bogor Animal Product Quality & Certification Testing Center (BPMSPH) in carrying out the testing service process still uses the system of meeting directly with service users to carry out tests and use paper media for recording service user data. Services and data processing like this require considerable effort and time, the risk of damage to paper as a medium for recording service user data is also a problem. Therefore, a web-based animal product testing service information system design was made at the Bogor Animal Product Quality & Certification Testing Center (BPMSPH) which uses the waterfall model as a software development method and the data collection techniques used consist of observations, interviews and literature studies. This designed system provides online testing services where service users can fill out test forms anywhere without having to go directly to BPMSPH. Hopefully this web-based testing service system can make it easier for service users to carry out tests at the Bogor Animal Product Quality & Certification Testing Center (BPMSPH).

Abstract

Technology helps every job and solves problems quickly and efficiently. BPJS Employment Bogor is one of the companies that uses technology to support every work activity. BPJS Employment is a public program that provides protection for workers to overcome certain socio-economic risks and its implementation uses a social insurance mechanism. The research method used by the author is the waterfall model research method, which is often called the linear sequential model or classic life flow. The waterfall model provides a systematic as well as sequential approach to software development, starting with the specification of user requirements and then continuing through the stages of planning, modeling, construction, and handing over the system to customers / users. The recording of borrowing and retrieval of goods, and stock of goods at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bogor still uses a ledger, making it possible for data errors, inaccurate data, and data loss to occur.

Abstract

Abstrak: Proses pengambilan keputusan dalam pemilihan program Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) untuk sistem operasional perusahaan PT XYZ masih menggunakan manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mendapatkan pilihan program ERP yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Kendala lain dari proses pengambilan keputusan secara manual yaitu masih ditemukannya perhitungan nilai yang tidak akurat akibat human eror. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dibuat suatu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Program Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) menggunakan Metode AHP. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Odoo Open ERP memiliki bobot prioritas tertinggi yaitu 0,452 atau 45,2%, Netsuite. memiliki bobot prioritas ketiga yaitu 0,243 atau 24,3% SAP Business One memiliki bobot prioritas ketiga yaitu 0,316 atau 31,6%.Kata kunci: Enterprise Resource Planning,  Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, AHP Abstract: The decision-making process in selecting the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program for the company's operational system PT XYZ still uses manuals so it takes a long time to get an ERP program choice that suits the company's needs. Therefore, in this research, a Decision Support System for Selection of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Programs was made using the AHP method. Abstract

A company engaged in the field of goods delivery services or better known as expedition services which is one of the fields that is growing rapidly with the needs of national freight forwarding services. However, from the delivery of entrustments that have been recorded, they are only stored as recording reports. With the existing problems, the current research that the author conducts aims to implement one of the algorithms in data mining, namely the C4.5 Algorithm to produce complex decisions to be simpler such as data for customers to better challenge customers with large-scale groups so as not to turn away or move to other expedition services. The results showed that the tree resulting from the C4.5 method with the C4.5 Algorithm had an accuracy percentage of 84.00%. The data processing carried out in this study used the help of the Rapid Minner application to obtain the model. The results of this study can recommend marketing the sale of freight forwarding services with the criteria of what kind of customers will get a discount.

Abstract

Jakarta Kini (JAKI) adalah aplikasi yang berisi berbagai informasi dan layanan masyarakat dari Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang didesain untuk memenuhi kebutuhan warga Jakarta. Tidak hanya itu, aplikasi JAKI menyediakan berbagai pintasan dari perusahaan-perusahaan yang sudah menjalin kemitraan dengan Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta, seperti Go-Jek, Tokopedia, Shopee, Sekolahmu, dan masih banyak lagi. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi JAKI menggunakan metode Technology Acceptance Model dan End User Computing Satisfaction dan rekomendasi apa saja yang harus dilakukan kepada pihak pengembang untuk menjaga kepuasan pengguna aplikasi JAKI. Penelitian ini menggunakan 9 variabel yaitu : Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease, Timeliness, Attitude Toward Using dan User Satisfaction. Jumlah responden yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 150 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan 8 dari 4 hipotesis diterima, yaitu ; C => AT, A => AT, T => AT, AT =>S. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi JAKI antara lain : Content, Accuracy, Timeliness dan Attitude Toward Using. Dan sisa hipotesis yang tidak diterima yaitu Perceived Ease of Use, Usefullness, Format dan Ease bisa dijadikan sebuah rekomendasi bagi pihak pengembang untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Jakarta Kini.
