Abstract

Independent Learning-Independent Campus Program (MBKM) is a policy of granting the right for students to be able to take study activities outside the study program as many as three semesters with the division of two semesters of study outside the college and one semester in different study programs in one college. As well as teaching and learning activities, universities must report Independent Learning-Independent Campus activities to DIKTI every semester through the Neo Feeder PDDIKTI application. The Neo Feeder PDDIKTI application has a feature to enter the activities the operator will carry out. The operator enters this data individually on the Neo Feeder PDDIKTI application. This is a significant problem because the data entry process will take quite a lot of time, even though PDDIKTI has provided web service access to universities to optimize the data reporting process using the Neo Feeder PDDIKTI application. Building an application that can be used for recording MBKM activities by utilizing web services provided by PDDIKTI is the primary purpose of this study. The development of an application certainly requires a method as a framework or guide in facilitating the manufacturing process. The extreme Programming (XP) method becomes essential for applications with variable or non-fixed needs. This method has four working elements: planning, designing, coding, testing and software increment. The output generated by this study is an application for recording MBKM activities that use web service restful API technology so that data entry can be done en masse and not one by one.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi sangat penting dalam kehidupan sekarang seperti untuk membantu dalam meringankan pekerjaan ataupun untuk membantu mempermudah mendapatkan suatu informasi secara cepat dan tepat. Pada sistem informasi untuk peminjaman sarana prasana yang terjadi pada sekarang ini masih dilakukan secara manual yang mengakibatkan terkendala dalam pendataan sarana prasarana yang ada, baik pencatatan ataupun untuk pendataan sarana prasarana yang akan dipinjam, sehingga banyak terjadi kendala mengenai pendataan sarana prasarana yang telah ada. Dari masalah dan kendala tersebut peneliti mengambil penelitian dengan pengembangan sistem informasi sarana prasarana dengan menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) dan melakukan pengujian dengan GTMetrix. Dari hasil metode yang digunakan dengan RAD dapat dilaksanakan dengan waktu yang sangat baik dan untuk pengujian dengan GTMetrix mendapat nilai B dengan performance 82% dengan menilai seberapa cepat halaman diakses untuk pengguna dan seberapa baik kinerja sistem yang telah terbuat.

Abstract

One of the changes in the field of communication can be seen from the speed at which people obtain information. The speed of obtaining this information is influenced by the emergence of communication technology facilities, namely computers and the internet. Internet technology can make it easier for people to communicate, as well as convey information more effectively and accurately. The delivery of interactive information within the Karang Taruna RW.06 Work Unit organization, Tegal Parang Subdistrict, South Jakarta, has not been optimally felt by the community. This community service activity takes the form of training in creating blogs as an interactive information medium, to improve communication and information within an organization. The target training participants are members and the Karang Taruna RW.06 Work Unit. The training is carried out face to face with the hope that the material presented will be easier for the training participants to understand and put into practice. Participants are given material about the definition and function of a blog, how to create one and how to manage the blog so that it becomes an interactive information medium. As a result of this training, participants have a simple blog, as a form of digital communication to send, receive and share information with the public.

Abstract

Utilization of Information and Communication Technology, one of which is a computer, is increasingly being used day by day. Various applications on the computer make it very easy for users, especially to complete daily tasks. The Kopia Insani Foundation in the South Jakarta area has not experienced the maximum use of computers. Weaknesses in data processing at the Kopia Insani Foundation can be seen in managing foundation data, due to a lack of technological knowledge and no use of computers in managing the Foundation, and a lack of human resources in operating computers. This community service activity is carried out in the form of training to improve computer operation, as a form of understanding technology and information within an organization or company. The results of this training activity are to improve the operation of computer programs, namely Microsoft Office applications, in the form of increasing the skills of trainees towards more detailed knowledge about using Microsoft Office, which can be used in data processing accompanied by various case exercises.

Abstract

This study examines the improvement of prediction accuracy for Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) through the integration of the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) method with Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). Amidst the rising prevalence of CKD, closely related to diabetes and hypertension, early detection of CKD becomes a significant challenge, especially in Indonesia where access to healthcare facilities and public awareness remain limited. This study utilizes the Chronic Kidney Disease dataset from the UCI Machine Learning repository, encompassing 400 patient records with 24 clinical, laboratory, and demographic variables. With the KNN method, this approach classifies data based on feature proximity, while PSO is used for feature selection and parameter optimization, enhancing the model's accuracy and efficiency in identifying CKD at early stages. The findings indicate a significant improvement in prediction accuracy, from 80.00% using KNN to 97.75% after integration with PSO. These results affirm that the combined approach of KNN and PSO holds great potential in improving early detection and management of CKD, paving the way for further research into practical applications in the healthcare field.

Abstract

Cervical is the second most common malignant tumor in women, with 341,000 deaths worldwide in 2020, almost 80% of which occur in developing countries. One of the causes is infection with Human papillomavirus (HPV) types 16 and 18. The increasing incidence of cervical cancer in Indonesia makes this disease must be treated seriously because it is one of the main causes of death. In addition to the virus, external factors can be one of the causes. The high mortality rate in patients is caused by the patient's awareness of the emergence of cervical cancer which is only seen when it enters the final stage. One of the efforts to reduce the number of sufferers is to implement cervical cancer detection. Early detection of cervical cancer can also be identified by looking at external factors, such as behavioral factors, intentions, attitudes, norms, perceptions, motivations, social support, and empowerment. However, the data used has an imbalance in the distribution of the target class, namely more negative samples than positive ones. To overcome this, a technique called Stratified K-Fold Cross-Validation (SKCV) is used. Evaluation of the accuracy value using the Confusion matrix to determine the performance of each model. The best performance of the five classification algorithms used is 96 percent (RF), 94 percent (LR), 92 percent (XGBoost), 90 percent (KNN), and 88 percent (NB). The results show that the model formed by RF-based SKCV has the highest accuracy of other models.

Abstract

Diseases affecting potato leaves frequently lead to significant setbacks for farmers, reducing the overall harvest and the quality of the potatoes. Given the critical need for prompt disease detection, this research introduces the use of the MobileNet framework grounded in the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) for adept detection of potato leaf ailments. During the research, potato leaf images undergo processing, and their distinct features are gleaned using CNN. Then, harnessing the MobileNet framework, these images undergo classification to ascertain the existence of diseases. The aspiration is that the formulated model can pinpoint diseases with notable precision, rapid feedback, and enhanced computational adeptness. Initial findings underscore the potential of this methodology in discerning potato leaf diseases, providing renewed optimism for farmers grappling with plant health issues. Experiments using the Transfer Learning approach showed good performance in classification and displayed a high accuracy rate of 99.2%.

Abstract

in the digital era, education faces challenges in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process. One proposed solution is the implementation of web-based e-learning systems, which allow for flexibility and interactivity in learning. This study aims to develop a web-based e-learning system using the Extreme Programming (XP) method, an iterative and collaborative software development approach that accommodates changes in user requirements quickly. The research stages include needs analysis, design, development, and system testing, conducted iteratively in accordance with XP principles. The results show that the developed e-learning system enhances learning effectiveness by providing more structured, interactive access to learning materials and facilitating better communication between teachers and students. Additionally, efficiency is achieved by reducing operational costs and the time required for distributing materials and assignments. System testing indicates a high level of user satisfaction in terms of both functionality and ease of use. This study contributes to the optimization of the learning process through the implementation of information technology in education.

Abstract

Technology currently plays a very important role in supporting all information circulating in the community, various things such as conveying information about a developing covid 19 virus, Covid 19 data sets which can currently be opened in open data owned by the DKI provincial government. Jakarta is very helpful for researchers to examine the development of this information. From the available data, the researchers took research on grouping Covid data from data treated, died, self-isolated, and recovered, from a data set of about 28,036 we processed it into 267 testing data. With the K-Medoids Algorithm, researchers conducted research that would be made into several clusters, because this algorithm can approach an object in conducting research. The results of this study were obtained into 3 clusters with 85 items in the zero cluster, 123 items in the first cluster, and 59 items in cluster 2. It can be seen that the results of the study for the healing rate of COVID patients are very much improved which is depicted in the centroid plot view.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi sangat berguna untuk mengelolah dan memproses suatu data dan untuk meningkatkan kefisiensi dan keefektivitas dalam menyampaikan informasi yang ada organisasi salah satunya yang terdapat di masjid. Untuk memberikan kualitas informasi yang baik dan berguna diperlukan untuk menganalisa Teknologi Informasi yang sudah berjalan salah satunya dengan menggunakan Framework Cobit 5. Framework Cobit 5 ini sangat tepat jika digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kapabilitas dan tingkat kematangan dengan menggunakan domain MEA dalam proses pembelian barang dengan menggunakan domain MEA (Monitoring, Evaluation and Assess). Domain MEA01 untuk memantau, mengevaluasi dan menilai kinerja dan kesesuaian. Domain MEA02 untuk mengidentifikasi kekurangan teknologi informasi dan untuk melakukan segera perbaikan dan merencanakan ataupun mengatur dan memelihara standar untuk kegiatan internal. MEA03 untuk proses untuk mengamati, memeriksa, atau mengawasi, kegiatan, sacara terus-menerus untuk memastikan bahwa dalam teknologi informasi yang digunakan berjalan sesuai dengan rencana atau untuk mengetahui masalah yang mungkin akan tampil. Hasil dari penilaian ketercapaian dan kapabilitas pada domain MEA01 sebesar 2,83, MEA02 sebesar 1,55, MEA03 sebesar 2,63.
