Abstract

Effective network management in dynamic environments necessitates robust tools for real-time analysis and visualization. This paper presents a client-side network simulation designed to model and visualize complex network behaviors, including dynamic bandwidth allocation, traffic spillover across multiple Internet Service Providers (ISPs), and system-wide congestion throttling. Leveraging Three.js, the system procedurally generates a 25-node network topology and simulates fluctuating traffic demands using a stochastic model. A central router implements a hierarchical spillover logic for external traffic and a proportional throttling algorithm to cap total bandwidth, ensuring network stability under peak loads. Real-time data visualization is achieved through animated data packets, color-coded node states, and an overlaid 2D time-series graph. Validation confirms the system's functional validity, demonstrating its potential as an educational tool and a proof-of-concept for sophisticated digital twins for network operations.

Abstract

Dalam era yang sangat modern ini masyarakat dituntut untuk mengetahui dan mengerti perkembangan tentang teknologi yang ada. Teknologi memberikan kemudahan untuk membantu setiap kegiatan manusia baik dunia akademik, pembangunan dan lain sebagainya termasuk di bidang pemerintahan. Bidang pemerintahan termasuk pemerintah desa. Pada saat ini Dusun Dondong masih belum ada sistem yang untuk memberikan informasi yang pada akhirnya masyarakat tidak dapat memperoleh informasi, sehingga banyak sekali informasi yang tidak diketahui. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem informasi Dusun Dondong. Sistem informasi berbasis web ini dibangun menggunakan metode prototype. Sistem ini nanti nya akan memiliki beberapa fitur dan informasi-informasi yang terkait di Dusun Dondong. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi yang memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat luas dan mengetahui Dusun Dondong mempunyai ikonik yang ada.

Abstract

The presence of a Professional Certification Institute (LSP) at a Vocational High School (SMK) is a necessary supplement in efforts to improve the quality of the school and its students. Unfortunately, many schools do not yet have a supporting information system to handle and manage these business processes. This study focuses on analyzing and implementing the Agile Scrum development method to build a Professional Certification Institute (LSP) Competency Test Information System at SMK. This LSP plays a very important role in testing student abilities, therefore an efficient and adaptive information system is needed to support the continuity of the competency test to be more optimal. The use of the Agile Scrum development method was chosen because this method can focus on rapid iteration and can collaborate between the development team and users on an ongoing basis. The design of this information system was built using the Laravel Framework to maximize security, ease of maintenance and optimize its performance. The resulting information system will be functionally tested with Blackbox and other parameters with Roger Pressman web application testing. Quantitative results are presented on a Likert scale to indicate the general quality of the system.
