There were 200 participants in this study, all of them were students. The sample is used through random sampling, which groups the adjusted ages. In this investigation, 150 samples were used. strategies for gathering data for research using a questionnaire. According to the data analysis's findings, branding and price have a considerable, simultaneous, and partial influence on consumers' decisions to buy skincare. As can be observed, the findings of the study's partial t test indicate that branding has a significance of 0.000. The t-count obtained is higher than the t-table value, which is 1.978, when compared to it. Additionally, a significant value of 0.000 was found for the price significance results for skincare choices. The t-count obtained is higher than the t-table value, which is 1.978, when compared to it. 60% is indicated by the coefficient of determination, or R square, of 0.60.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance. The researcher conducted this study at the Blood Donor Unit of the Indonesian Red Cross in Surabaya City. The study population included all 132 permanent employees, with a sample size of 57 people. Researchers gathered data from existing literature and secondary sources. The researcher carried out the data analysis using the partial least squares (PLS) technique with Smart PLS software version 2.0. The test results revealed that motivation can enhance employee performance by addressing physiological needs, security needs, and appreciation needs. This occurs when employees receive recognition from superiors for their completed work, thereby fostering a sense of self-actualization and progress in task implementation and completion. Organizational commitment doesn't significantly influence employee performance, and we need to enhance the indicators of organizational commitment, which include affective aspects such as building relationships, continuous aspects like persevering and increasing participation, and normative aspects like confidence and pride.

Abstract

Every temperature error detected by the system would be notified to users by the Blynk application, and the system would attempt to stabilize the temperature in hen coop with a lamp and fan. Notification from the Blynk application is set to stop until the temperature returns to an ideal. The Blynk application is equipped with a reset button to reset the chicken age counter. This system used temperature and humidity sensors DHT22 to sense the temperature, which the data from the sensor output read by Arduino Uno. The data that Arduino Uno reads is sent to NodeMCU. Afterward, NodeMCU sent the data to the Blynk server; therefore, the Blynk application displayed the temperature and humidity data on the Blynk dashboard. This system is expected to facilitate users/breeders in monitoring the temperature in the hen coop. Therefore, users/breeders do not need to worry about chickens dying due to heat or cold stress. The waterfall method is used in this design of the system. This system was tested in a 70 x 70 x 130 cm sized hen coop and entirely tested the system each minute for 35 minutes.
