Abstract

Pengenalan program DAGUSIBU (Dapatkan, Gunakan, Simpan dan Buang) yang digerakan oleh Ikatan Profesi Apoteker Indonesia merupakan suatu program yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat Indonesia dalam mengelola obat yang benar dimulai dari rumah. Hal ini dikarenakan masih banyak nya kesalahan masyarakat dalam penggunaan obat-obatan. Pengenalan pengelolaan obat sangat penting diberikan sejak anak-anak. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi kepada anak-anak usia pendidikan dasar agar mengenal profesi apoteker dan mulai memahami pengelolaan obat-obatan dimulai dari rumah. Kegiatan dilakukan secara virtual interaktif dengan metode ceramah observasi analitik yang berlokasi di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Alam Robbani hari rabu, 25 November 2020. Hasil yang didapat dari kegiatan ini adalah anak-anak tingkat pendidikan dasar mengidentikan obat dengan rasa pahit, tidak enak dan tidak memahami aturan pakai obat. Setelah dilakukan ceramah interaktif diperoleh hasil lebih meningkatnya pemahaman anak-anak tentang cara mendapatkan obat yang tepat, cara penggunaan obat yang sesuai aturan pemakaian, penyimpanan obat yang benar dan membuang obat yang sudah kadaluarsa atau rusak secara benar.

Abstract

AbstractDuring the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, the learning system in schools offline was changed to an online learning system, commonly called Distance Learning. This online learning not only involves educators and students but also involves parents. Because parents directly accompany their children while studying at home. For this reason, there is a need for assistance from parents to children in the online learning process. But of course, there are several positive and negative causes in this online learning process. Because the things parents feel are different, students and educators are foreign. Some feel effective with, and some feel less effective with this online learning.Keywords: Role o f Parents, Online Learning, Covid-19 Pandemic AbstrakDi masa pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia, sistem pembelajaran di sekolah offline diubah menjadi sistem pembelajaran online yang biasa disebut Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh. Karena hal yang dirasakan orang tua berbeda, siswa dan pendidik menjadi asing. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh antara kompetensi guru dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMPNegeri 150 pada saat pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendeketan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 51 guru.Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis,dan uji regresi berganda dan diolah dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistic 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabelkompetensi guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Kompetensi guru dan beban kerjaberpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Guru, Beban Kerja, Kinerja Guru

Abstract

Pengembangan Kompetensi Pedagogik melalui KKG merupakan wadah pembinaan oleh pembina bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Namun berdasarkan hasil Uji Kompetensi Guru, nilai kompetensi pedagogik sangat rendah. Oleh karena itu, KKG harus mampu menjadi wadah pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik melalui KKG di salah satu sekolah swasta di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data diambil dengan cara purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Proses analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun menggunakan triangulasi data untuk memverifikasi keakuratan data. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dalam KKG di salah satu sekolah swasta di Provinsi DKI Jakarta, telah terlaksana dengan baik. Secara khusus adalah sebagai berikut: kegiatan pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru melalui KKG dan manfaat pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru melalui KKG.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain the impact of employing student worksheets based on creative problem solving on students' problem-solving abilities and mastery of concepts. This study was carried out at a high school employing a nonequivalent control group design and a quasi-experimental methodology. Purposive sampling was used to do the sampling. Two classes of senior high school students made up the study's sample, with the control class having 30 individuals. The written test, which included up to 15 essay questions, was used to collect the data. The findings indicated that the use of creative problem-solving student worksheets did not affect problem-solving abilities but did affect mastery of the concept of the circulatory system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to experimentally examine how educational background and organizational culture affect compensation and how it affects the performance of employees of Islamic Banks. The study makes use of primary data in the form of surveys given to staff members of Islamic banks. The analytical approach in this quantitative study is Patriall Least Square (PLS)-SEM, which uses the SmartPLS 3.0 data analysis tool. According to the study's findings, education has no bearing on characteristics related to pay and performance. Employee performance and compensation are positively and significantly impacted by organizational culture. Employee performance characteristics are significantly and favorably impacted by compensation. There is no compensation-related indirect impact of educational characteristics on employee performance. Organizational culture can have a favorable and considerable impact on employee performance as measured by compensation. The result of this study is the creation of references pertaining to elements that influence worker performance and reduce issues with human resource management in Islamic banking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much user satisfaction is based on the influence of the user experience of e-commerce applications using the modified DeLone & McLean model by adding perceived utilitarian and perceived hedonic variables as the main dimensions representing the IT user experience. The population of this research is users of e-commerce applications as buyers using the purposive sampling technique. While data analysis uses the PLS-SEM approach with the help of SmartPLS. The study's findings show that while perceived utilitarianism and service quality have little bearing on user satisfaction, perceived hedonistic behavior, system quality, and information quality do. Three of the many hypotheses that were put forth and rejected were: the influence of service quality on user contentment and use, and the influence of perceived utilitarianism on user satisfaction.

Abstract

In order for the body to perform biological activities including physical growth, development, exercise, maintaining health, and others, there must be a balance between the nutrients that are consumed and those that are needed by the body. Riskesdas reports an increase in the prevalence of obesity and wasting among teenagers between the ages of 16 and 18. In this study, it will be determined whether there is a connection between female students' nutritional status, eating habits, and physical activity. using the aid of a cross-sectional study strategy. There were 85 pupils in the research sample. Using the chi-square statistical test, univariate and bivariate analysis of the data was performed. According to the findings, 65.4% of female students used relatively little energy. The bivariate analysis revealed that body image (p = 0.037), energy consumption (p = 0.001), carbohydrate intake (p = 0.002), protein intake (p = 0.000), and fat intake (p = 0.000) were the factors that were most strongly associated with the nutritional status of female students

Abstract

This investigative method is quantitative and uses experimental techniques with a posttest-only control design. The research focus is on students as a population, with cluster random sampling used for selection. Class B was used as the experimental class, while Class C was used as the control group. Data is collected through documentation and testing. The results of data analysis using the SAVI (Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectually) approach and the Talking Stick approach show an increase in the average learning outcomes in the experimental class. In contrast, the control class uses a conventional learning model using the lecture method. Data analysis used the t-test, and because t-count > t-table, H0 was rejected. This means that the average learning outcomes of Class B students using the SAVI (Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectually) collaborative approach and the Talking Stick approach are the same or greater than the learning outcomes of Class C students using the conventional lecture method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create an e-diagnostic test application that will help identify students' misconceptions and assess the usefulness of the e-diagnostic test being employed. Based on the use of the e-diagnostic test, this study also attempts to define the profile of students' misconceptions. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D). Tests, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation are the techniques employed. Students are the research participants. An online-based Android test system is the created e-diagnostic application. Work standards, a teacher and student login system, question checking, and question modifying features are all included in the system. With a score of 91.67% and an overall response rate of 80.57%, the validator's validation results demonstrate the high viability of the e-diagnostic test application. 51.32% of students have misconceptions, according to the diagnostic results. The concepts of frequency and centripetal acceleration are both widely misunderstood, with frequency misconceptions ranking highest and lowest respectively.
