Abstract

Good education and training not only make an employee in a company progress, but the company will also develop in a better direction, and of course be able to compete with bigger companies. The purpose of this research is to analyze the importance of education and job training to prevent prospective Sharia insurance agents from committing criminal acts of fraud in marketing products to prospective customers. This research was conducted using qualitative methods through case studies at PT. Asuransi Prudential Syariah Binjai. The results of this study indicate that good education and job training can make a professional agent and can prevent fraud against prospective customers. A good education can provide knowledge about products and applicable regulations, as well as make agents more skilled in providing correct information to prospective customers. Good job training can also make agents more responsible and disciplined in marketing their products and not carelessly using marketing techniques to get customers. The company’s concern for agent job education and training will have a significant influence on improving the quality of the company’s human resources.

Abstract

The role of financial management and digital marketing cannot be separated from the efforts of related stakeholders to realize growth while increasing prosperity while increasing sales revenue. One indicator of increasing the welfare of business actors is an increase in sales turnover. It is hoped that this condition can be achieved by maximizing digital marketing strategies, which are specifically designed for business people out there. This is important, because the acceleration of technology moves very fast, causing changes in consumer behavior in choosing and buying and selling transactions. This situation encourages business owners to be able to improve and innovate, not only to survive, but also to be able to enjoy the financial benefits of today's technological changes. To prove the effectiveness of digital marketing media in the form of markets, research subjects are needed, namely small business actors who are directly involved with online marketing, interview approaches and their level of success in using digital media (markets). Through this research, it is hoped that small businesses can choose wisely and effectively use digital media (Marketplace) in their marketing activities so that their sales turnover can increase. This research takes the location or object of research in the city of Medan, to be precise at an online shop called TwoHershop. Given that there is intense competition in trade competition in the city of Medan, the authors conducted research in the form of direct interviews with sources who are online store owners to get maximum results.

Abstract

Lack of early stimulation that can cause children to experience developmental disorders, including some who experience disturbances in motor skills, speech and language skills, social skills and independence. One of the factors that greatly influence the development of toddlers is to be given good stimulation. Literature reviews are carried out based on issues, methodologies, similarities and further research proposals using the Google Scholar data base. Giving stimulation to the development of toddlers varies in everyday life. Education The intensity of parental stimulation on the development of toddlers greatly influences the development of toddlers. From the 5 studies presented, it was found that the role of parents is very important in the intensity of stimulation of toddler development.

Abstract

Breastfeeding (ASI) for newborns is an effort to prevent death and malnutrition in infants and toddlers. In general, the ideal breastfeeding is given exclusively for the first 6 months of life then continued with complementary foods until the age of 2 years. Some of the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding can prevent postpartum hemorrhage, anemia, and breast carcinoma. This journal search is conducted electronically and online using one database, namely the Google Sholar from 2015-2020 combining the following keywords: Stress with exclusive breastfeeding (Google Scholar), Knowledge with Exclusive Breastfeeding (Google Scholar) The inclusion criteria for journals have the same variables as research, the journals used are journals for the last 5 years which have 30-200 respondents from Indonesia. Based on the journals that have been reviewed, it is found that from the six journals there is a proven relationship between knowledge and stress levels with exclusive breastfeeding. This is evidenced from the results of previous research. So, Mother's Knowledge and Stress Level influence exclusive breastfeeding. The aim of the researcher on the Analysis of Mother's Knowledge and Stress Level by giving exclusive breastfeeding is to analyze the mother's knowledge level, to analyze the mother's stress level, to analyze the giving of exclusive breastfeeding, to analyze the knowledge and the level of mother's stress by giving exclusive breastfeeding.
