Abstract

The rising number of Instagram user affecting higher number of comments appear on post especially Instagram accounts of Indonesia's 2024 presidential candidates that made it difficult to understand the public sentiment towards presidential candidate. Therefore, this research aims to classify Indonesian sentiment on Instagram comments of 2024 Indonesian presidential candidates using the Support Vector Machine method. The classified sentiment is divided into three classes, namely positive, negative, and neutral. The results shows that Sentiment Analysis of Comments on Instagram Posts of Indonesia's 2024 Presidential Candidates Using The Support Vector Machine Method has a good accuracy value of 89.41%. This results also obtain recall and precision values of 89% and 87% respectively.

Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi telah menjadi faktor kunci bagi Dinas Sosial dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, aksesibilitas, dan penyediaan layanan kepada masyarakat dalam program-program kesejahteraan sosial. Namun, sebagian besar Dinas Sosial masih sangat mengandalkan prosedur pelaporan manual atau sistem yang tidak terintegrasi dengan baik. Sehingga perlu dilakukan kegiatan untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini. Kegiatan tersebut dibuat dalam bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan melakukan pengembangan aplikasi website pendataan e-PSKS. Pada pengembangan pertama, website aplikasi e-PSKS dibuat untuk 4 pilar antara lain TKSK, LSM, PSM, dan Karang Taruna. Semua pilar tersebut merupakan bagian dari Dinas Provinsi Jawa Timur yang mewakili setiap kabupaten/kota. Pengembangan aplikasi e-PSKS dilakukan oleh mahasiswa sistem informasi yang bertujuan untuk membuat sistem pelaporan yang terintegrasi. Terdapat beberapa kegiatan koordinasi dengan perwakilan pilar PSKS dilakukan, salah satunya pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi e-PSKS JATIM dengan fitur detail profil dan pelaporan harian maupun pelaporan bulanan. Dimana dari hasil kuesioner mitra dan perwakilan pilar yang merupakan ukuran evaluasi didapatkan sebanyak 96% memberikan feedback dengan predikat sangat baik. Terdapat beberapa masukan perbaikan fitur aplikasi sesuai kebutuhan mitra yang diberikan oleh mitra untuk pengembangan aplikasi pilar selanjutnya, harapan aplikasi dapat diimplementasikan secara real time untuk pendataan e-PSKS oleh Dinas Sosial Jawa Timur.Abstract: In the digital era that continues to develop, the use of information technology has become a key factor for Social Service in increasing efficiency, accessibility, and provision of services to the community in social welfare programs. However, most Social Services still rely heavily on manual reporting procedures or systems that are not well integrated. So activities need to be carried out to overcome this problem. This activity was created in the form of community service by developing an e-PSKS data collection website application. In the first development, the e-PSKS application website was created for 4 pillars, including TKSK, LSM, PSM, and Karang Taruna. All of these pillars are part of the East Java Provincial Service which represents each district/city. The development of the e-PSKS application was carried out by information systems students to create an integrated reporting system. Several coordination activities were carried out with PSKS pillar representatives, one of which was training in using the JATIM e-PSKS application with detailed profile features and daily and monthly reporting. Where from the results of the partner questionnaire and pillar representatives, which is an evaluation measure, it was found that 96% gave feedback with a very good rating. There are several suggestions for improving application features according to partner needs provided by partners for further pillar application development. It is hoped that the application can be implemented in real-time for e-PSKS data collection by the East Java Social Service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the maturity level of Information Technology (IT) service management in Bondowoso District Court using the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) version 3 (V3) framework. The use of IT in the state court has become crucial to support daily operations, efficiency, and quality of service to the community. The research method used is a case study, with data collection through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results showed that Bondowoso District Court has a level of IT service management maturity that still needs to be improved. ITIL V3 is used as a guideline to evaluate IT service management processes in such courts. The results of this research can also be an important contribution in the context of developing IT service management in similar institutions, focusing on the application of the ITIL V3 framework. It is hoped that with corresponding improvements, the court can reach a higher level of IT service management maturity and provide better service to society. Abstract

Namun, sebagian besar Dinas Sosial masih sangat mengandalkan prosedur pelaporan manual atau sistem yang tidak terintegrasi dengan baik, yang mengakibatkan ketidakefisienan, ketidakakuratan data, kurangnya transparansi, dan tantangan terkait integrasi data. Dengan latar belakang tersebut, pengabdian kepada Masyarakat bertujuan untuk pengembangan lanjutan aplikasi website pendataan e-PSKS pada 2 pilar, Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dan Asistensi Sosial Penyandang Disabilitas (ASPD). Pengembangan lanjutan aplikasi e-PSKS diikuti oleh 3 Dosen serta 3 Mahasiswa prodi Sistem Informasi Telkom University Surabaya. Setelah pengembangan aplikasi e-PSKS, diadakan pelatihan dan testing aplikasi yang diikuti oleh 10 peserta mitra perwakilan Dinas Sosial dan Pilar Sosial PKH serta ASPD. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan pemberian kuesioner. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan pengembangan aplikasi e-PSKS berhasil memberikan manfaat sesuai kebutuhan Dinas Sosial sebesar 89,5%, serta potensi keberlanjutan pengembangan aplikasi e-PSKS sebesar 92,5%.Abstract: In the ever-evolving digital era, the use of information technology has become a key factor for the Social Service in improving efficiency, accessibility, and service provision to the community in social welfare programs. However, most Sosial Services still rely heavily on manual reporting procedures or systems that are not well integrated, resulting in inefficiency, data inaccuracy, lack of transparency, and challenges related to data integration. With this background, Community Service aims to further develop the e-PSKS data collection website application on 2 pillars, the Family Hope Program (PKH) and Social Assistance for the Disabled (ASPD). The further development of the e-PSKS application was attended by 3 Lecturers and 3 Students of the Information Systems study program at Telkom University Surabaya. After the development of the e-PSKS application, training and application testing was held which was attended by 10 partner participants representing the Social Service and PKH Social Pillars and ASPD. Evaluation wa carried out by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The evaluation results showed that the development of the e-PSKS application succeeded in providing benefits according to the needs of the Social Service by 89,5%, and the potential for sustainable development of the e-PSKS application by 92.5%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pengelolaan data statistik di Kelurahan Gayungan, yang merupakan aspek penting dalam mendukung perencanaan pembangunan yang lebih efektif. Pegawai kelurahan membutuhkan pemahaman yang memadai dalam pengelolaan data untuk memastikan informasi yang disampaikan kepada masyarakat akurat dan transparan. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan dan pengembangan website untuk publikasi data menjadi fokus utama dalam kegiatan ini. Metode yang digunakan mencakup sosialisasi, workshop, dan praktikum yang melibatkan 15 pegawai kelurahan sebagai mitra utama. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui survei sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan untuk mengukur peningkatan keterampilan yang diperoleh. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan pengelolaan data sebesar 82%, serta peningkatan transparansi dan akuntabilitas informasi publik yang disajikan melalui website kelurahan. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan pegawai kelurahan dapat mengelola dan menyajikan data dengan lebih efektif, yang pada gilirannya mendukung perencanaan pembangunan yang lebih baik dan partisipatif.Abstract: This community service activity aims to improve statistical data management skills in Kelurahan Gayungan, which is an important aspect in supporting more effective development planning. Kelurahan employees need adequate understanding in data management to ensure the information delivered to the community is accurate and transparent. Therefore, training and website development for data publication were the main focus of this activity. The methods used included socialization, workshops, and practicum involving 15 kelurahan employees as the main partners. Evaluation was conducted through pre- and post-training surveys to measure the improvement of skills acquired. The results of the training showed an increase in data management skills by 82%, as well as an increase in transparency and accountability of public information presented through the village website. With this training, it is expected that urban village employees can manage and present data more effectively, which in turn supports better and participatory development planning.
