Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi semakin cepat. Adanya teknologi informasi bisa memberikan dampak yang positif untuk berbagai bidang seperti perdagangan, bisnis, pendidikan dan lain-lain. Teknologi informasi memiliki tujuan agar segala informasi bisa diperoleh dengan mudah selain itu memberikan peluang bagi pelaku bisnis untuk mengembangkan usaha. Pebisnis juga perlu menjamin bahwa segala proses produksi furniture dari hulu ke hilir bisa berjalan dengan baik. Maka perlu adanya sebuah aplikasi seperi Electronic Supply Chain Management dimana aplikasi ini digunakan untuk membantu dalam mengelola proses produksi agar bisa memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah melakukan wawancara dan observasi kepada objek penelitian untuk mengetahui segala permasalahan dan mengetahui segala proses bisnis yang berjalan. Selain itu melakukan studi literatur untuk membangun kerangka berfikir dan mencari ide untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Kemudian melakukan perancangan dan pemodelan supaya bisa menggambarkan proses bisnis antara pelaku bisnis dengan sistem. Tahapan yang terakhir adalah pengujian. Pengujian yang dilakukan fokus pada operasional dan fungsional pada sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan rantai pasok dapat dilakukan dengan baik.

Abstract

Business development is getting faster and full of rivals, especially in the world of MSMEs. MSME entrepreneurs need to develop marketing strategies so that their products can sell a lot so that they can make a profit. One way to assist in marketing strategies can use a priori algorithms so that they can help in sales patterns by using historical consumer transaction data. After testing the results of this system gives good results. This a priori algorithm has several stages in the calculation process starting from the process of calculating support and determining minimum support to evaluate data values that are below minimum support. Then the confident calculation to assist in the formation of association rules so that there are steps to evaluate the value of data that is below the minimum confident. Then there is an elevator to provide information validly and show the transaction process. The results obtained from this a priori algorithm form an association rule "If you buy a cassava balado stick, then buy a balado corn stick" then from this association rule entrepreneurs can be helped in selling products that tend to be bought by many consumers. The last stage is tested from manual calculations ranging from support, confident to elevator with calculations on the web. The test results obtained that manual calculations and calculations on the web have the same value.

Abstract

Based on the strategic plan of the Ministry of Agriculture for 2015-2019, development in the agricultural sector will refer to the Agriculture for Development Paradigm which positions the agricultural sector as a driver of balanced and comprehensive development transformation including demographic, economic, intersectoral, spatial, institutional and development governance. With such great potential, the Pasuruan Regency Food and Agriculture Security Service has problems in the availability of human resources in quantity, especially agricultural instructors. For this reason, there is a need for a system that can optimize existing human resources. The system development method used is the waterfall method, the waterfall method is a method that works sequentially, the development of the agricultural extension schedule management system has been going well. So that it can help the work management process of agricultural instructors in distributing agricultural extension at the village level. This agricultural extension schedule management system is implemented using a MySQL database and the PHP programming language. This system is easy to use so it helps related parties in schedule management and recording extension activities.

Abstract

Abstrak Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara Agraris terbesar di dunia, yang artinya sebagian besar penduduk Negara Indonesia bekerja di sektor pertanian, termasuk di Jawa Timur. Salah satu media databooks juga mencatatkan bahwa Jawa Timur adalah provinsi dengan luas lahan pertanian seluas 1.7 hektare. Namun sayangnya, Jawa Timur juga tercatat sebagai daerah yang sering terjadi banjir. Dimana tercatat sejumlah 211 kasus banjir yang melanda Jawa Timur pada tahun 2022. Beberapa kasus banjir yang terjadi juga mempengaruhi rasio jumlah lahan pertanian produktif yang ada di area Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode System Dynamic untuk mengidentifikasi faktor aktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi banjir, terutama pada sektor pertanian, kemudian mengidentifikasi penanganan dan pencegahan banjir tersebut untuk mengurangi jumlah sawah yang terdampak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data primer maupun sekunder dari website pemerintah maupun jurnal terdahulu. Penelitian ini disajikan dalam bentuk analisis diagram kausatik mengenai mitigasi banjir pada sektor pertanian di Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada tujuh submodel yang saling mempengaruhi dalam sistem mitigasi bencana banjir dalam penelitian ini, yaitu economic vulnerability, physical vulnerability, flood vulnerability, social vulnerability, adaptive capacity, flood risk, dan flood hazard. Kata kunci: mitigasi bencana banjir, sawah, sistem dinamik, pemodelan, diagram kausatik   Abstract [System Dynamics Model of Flood Mitigation to Reduce the Flood-Affected Rice Fields Area in East Java: A System Thinking Approach] Indonesia is one of the largest agricultural countries in the world, which means that the majority of the Indonesian population works in the agricultural sector, including in East Java. One of the media databooks also noted that East Java is a province with an agricultural land area of 1.7 hectares. However, unfortunately, East Java is also listed as an area that frequently experiences flooding. A total of 211 cases of flooding were recorded that hit East Java in 2022. Several cases of flooding that occurred also affected the ratio of the amount of productive agricultural land in the East Java area. This research adopts the System Dynamic method to identify the factors that influence flooding, especially in the agricultural sector, then identify the handling and prevention of flooding to reduce the number of affected rice fields. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with primary and secondary data sources from government websites and previous journals. This research is presented in the form of a causal diagram analysis regarding flood mitigation in the agricultural sector in East Java. The research results show that there are seven sub-models that influence each other in the flood disaster mitigation system in this research, namely economic vulnerability, physical vulnerability, flood vulnerability, social vulnerability, adaptive capacity, flood risk, and flood hazard. Abstract

Information technology is getting faster and more advanced. Many activities utilize information technology in helping a job. Currently, information media is not only through print media but there are already media that utilize information technology to be able to reach the wider community. The emergence of websites has a positive impact on getting information widely and can be accessed anytime and anywhere. This provides the best solution for community service partners, namely Al-Barra Studio located in Malang City. Al-Barra Studio is engaged in video content, namely making video recordings for mosque Qori and Imam later people who are interested in using the services of mosque Qori or Imam can contact Al-Barra Studio. The development of this website uses parallel development with the help of using the concept of Custom Management System in the form of WordPress. It is hoped that the presence of this website can help in promotional media from Al-Barra Studio so that it can be known by the public at large and as a media for da'wah through information technology facilities.

Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi telah menjadi faktor kunci bagi Dinas Sosial dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, aksesibilitas, dan penyediaan layanan kepada masyarakat dalam program-program kesejahteraan sosial. Namun, sebagian besar Dinas Sosial masih sangat mengandalkan prosedur pelaporan manual atau sistem yang tidak terintegrasi dengan baik, yang mengakibatkan ketidakefisienan, ketidakakuratan data, kurangnya transparansi, dan tantangan terkait integrasi data. Dengan latar belakang tersebut, pengabdian kepada Masyarakat bertujuan untuk pengembangan lanjutan aplikasi website pendataan e-PSKS pada 2 pilar, Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dan Asistensi Sosial Penyandang Disabilitas (ASPD). Pengembangan lanjutan aplikasi e-PSKS diikuti oleh 3 Dosen serta 3 Mahasiswa prodi Sistem Informasi Telkom University Surabaya. Setelah pengembangan aplikasi e-PSKS, diadakan pelatihan dan testing aplikasi yang diikuti oleh 10 peserta mitra perwakilan Dinas Sosial dan Pilar Sosial PKH serta ASPD. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan pemberian kuesioner. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan pengembangan aplikasi e-PSKS berhasil memberikan manfaat sesuai kebutuhan Dinas Sosial sebesar 89,5%, serta potensi keberlanjutan pengembangan aplikasi e-PSKS sebesar 92,5%.Abstract: In the ever-evolving digital era, the use of information technology has become a key factor for the Social Service in improving efficiency, accessibility, and service provision to the community in social welfare programs. However, most Sosial Services still rely heavily on manual reporting procedures or systems that are not well integrated, resulting in inefficiency, data inaccuracy, lack of transparency, and challenges related to data integration. With this background, Community Service aims to further develop the e-PSKS data collection website application on 2 pillars, the Family Hope Program (PKH) and Social Assistance for the Disabled (ASPD). The further development of the e-PSKS application was attended by 3 Lecturers and 3 Students of the Information Systems study program at Telkom University Surabaya. After the development of the e-PSKS application, training and application testing was held which was attended by 10 partner participants representing the Social Service and PKH Social Pillars and ASPD. Evaluation wa carried out by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The evaluation results showed that the development of the e-PSKS application succeeded in providing benefits according to the needs of the Social Service by 89,5%, and the potential for sustainable development of the e-PSKS application by 92.5%.

Abstract

Rainfall forecasting is crucial in meteorological studies due to its significant impact on sectors such as agriculture, which is the main livelihood on Madura Island. This study aims to forecast rainfall on Madura Island using a hybrid approach that combines the Generalized Space-Time Autoregressive-X (GSTARX) model and Neural Network (NN). The data used consist of daily rainfall records from Bangkalan, Sampang, Pamekasan, and Sumenep, covering the period from January 2013 to December 2023. Data from January 2013 to September 2023 were used for training, while data from October to December 2023 were used for testing. The GSTARX model was employed to capture spatio-temporal patterns, while the NN was applied to learn the non-linear relationships in the residuals. The results show that the GSTARX model effectively captures rainfall patterns, though some differences remain compared to the actual data, with RMSE values of Bangkalan (1.514), Sampang (0.256), Pamekasan (0.477), and Sumenep (0.127). Meanwhile, the hybrid GSTARX-FFNN model achieved improved forecasting performance in Sampang (0.392), Pamekasan (0.679), and Sumenep (0.412), although Bangkalan recorded a higher RMSE (1.359). Overall, the GSTARX model proved more effective in forecasting rainfall on Madura Island, delivering smaller and more consistent prediction errors.

Abstract

Perkembangan Revolusi Industri 5.0 menuntut koperasi dan UKM untuk memperkuat kepemimpinan digital melalui integrasi teknologi imersif. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan literasi teknologi, minimnya eksposur terhadap pelatihan berbasis simulasi (Online Business Simulation/OBS), dan kesenjangan infrastruktur masih menghambat transformasi ini. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas kepemimpinan digital pelaku koperasi/UKM binaan UPT Pelatihan Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Jawa Timur, serta guru dan siswa SMK di Kota Malang, melalui pelatihan berbasis Virtual Reality (VR) dan OBS. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan modul VR dengan skenario bisnis realistis, pelatihan menggunakan platform kolaboratif (Miro dan ClickUp), serta evaluasi berbasis experiential learning. Hasil pelatihan (n=50 peserta) menunjukkan: (1) 96% peserta lebih memilih Miro untuk kolaborasi visual karena kemudahan fitur sticky notes dan papan diskusi; (2) 66% peserta (guru dan pelaku UKM) telah memiliki pengalaman dasar VR, tetapi pemahaman modul meningkat signifikan setelah praktik langsung (dari 38% ke 90% persepsi positif); (3) OBS berhasil menyimulasikan dinamika bisnis secara interaktif, dengan 85% peserta menyatakan peningkatan keterampilan pengambilan keputusan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan VR-OBS efektif dalam membangun kesiapan kepemimpinan digital yang human-centric, sekaligus menyediakan model pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi UPT Pelatihan Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Jawa Timur dan SMK di Malang. Pengembangan modul dengan video tutorial dan integrasi kurikulum SMK direkomendasikan untuk memperluas dampak.
