Abstrak: Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi telah menjadi faktor kunci bagi Dinas Sosial dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, aksesibilitas, dan penyediaan layanan kepada masyarakat dalam program-program kesejahteraan sosial. Namun, sebagian besar Dinas Sosial masih sangat mengandalkan prosedur pelaporan manual atau sistem yang tidak terintegrasi dengan baik, yang mengakibatkan ketidakefisienan, ketidakakuratan data, kurangnya transparansi, dan tantangan terkait integrasi data. Dengan latar belakang tersebut, pengabdian kepada Masyarakat bertujuan untuk pengembangan lanjutan aplikasi website pendataan e-PSKS pada 2 pilar, Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dan Asistensi Sosial Penyandang Disabilitas (ASPD). Pengembangan lanjutan aplikasi e-PSKS diikuti oleh 3 Dosen serta 3 Mahasiswa prodi Sistem Informasi Telkom University Surabaya. Setelah pengembangan aplikasi e-PSKS, diadakan pelatihan dan testing aplikasi yang diikuti oleh 10 peserta mitra perwakilan Dinas Sosial dan Pilar Sosial PKH serta ASPD. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan pemberian kuesioner. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan pengembangan aplikasi e-PSKS berhasil memberikan manfaat sesuai kebutuhan Dinas Sosial sebesar 89,5%, serta potensi keberlanjutan pengembangan aplikasi e-PSKS sebesar 92,5%.Abstract: In the ever-evolving digital era, the use of information technology has become a key factor for the Social Service in improving efficiency, accessibility, and service provision to the community in social welfare programs. However, most Sosial Services still rely heavily on manual reporting procedures or systems that are not well integrated, resulting in inefficiency, data inaccuracy, lack of transparency, and challenges related to data integration. With this background, Community Service aims to further develop the e-PSKS data collection website application on 2 pillars, the Family Hope Program (PKH) and Social Assistance for the Disabled (ASPD). The further development of the e-PSKS application was attended by 3 Lecturers and 3 Students of the Information Systems study program at Telkom University Surabaya. After the development of the e-PSKS application, training and application testing was held which was attended by 10 partner participants representing the Social Service and PKH Social Pillars and ASPD. Evaluation wa carried out by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The evaluation results showed that the development of the e-PSKS application succeeded in providing benefits according to the needs of the Social Service by 89,5%, and the potential for sustainable development of the e-PSKS application by 92.5%.
