Abstract

One of the socio-religious phenomena in Tegal Regency which is able to become a magnet for the community is the Tradisi Kliwonan in the Pondok Pesantren Attauhidiyyah Sheikh Armia bin Kurdi Tegal, in the form of the Akbar and Istigasah Kubra. In this tradition there is a reading of the letter and fragments of the verses of the Qur'an which are atomistic, so the author feels the need to conduct research with the Living Qur'an method in order to reveal the meaning of the santri Attauhidiyyah's interaction with the Qur'an as its holy book.Judging from the type, this research is field research. The approach taken is the socio-anthropological approach. Whereas to analyze the data that has been collected, the researcher uses the hermeneutic (interpretative) paradigm as one of the living paradigms of the Qur'an which was initiated by Heddy Shri Ahimsa Putra. The results of the study revealed that social receptions to the Qur'an in the Tradition of the Kliwonan in Pon. Pes. Attauhidiyyah Sheikh Armia bin Kurdi Tegal, found in: (1) Reading of Yasin Faḍilah Letter (2) Recitation of al-Fātihah (3) Reading of certain verses during the implementation of the Istigasah and Prayer together.

Abstract

Psychology concentrates on the human soul, while Sufism seeks to purify the soul or heart to be closer to the Most Holy. Psychologists try to provide a kind of tips for treating the heart, among others: love and respect all things, everyone, and yourself, believe that they have the ability; always grateful for all gifts received. If the theory of psychoanalysis and behaviorism does not respect humans, because in psychoanalysis, humans are seen only serving the desires of the subconscious, behaviorism views humans as beings who submit to the environment, then humanistic psychology views humans as a positive and decisive existence. Humans are seen as unique creatures who have love, creativity, value and meaning and personal growth. This research reveals that the focus of humanism theory is on the meaning of life, and this problem in humanistic psychology is called homo ludens, namely humans who understand the meaning of life.

Abstract

The tradition of Maulid is an expression of excitement at the birth of Prophet Muhammad in Nusantara, it has become a hereditary tradition that is able to unite Muslim community through various instruments of the event. Amidst the disputes that have plagued the community today, be that of differences in political preferences, ethnicity, groups, or else. Indeed, discourses that motivate togetherness and unity will be very important to be explored, so that the spirit of Unity in Diversity is maintained. One of the “rituals” depicting togetherness and carrying out the spirit of cooperation, is the Lawean tradition of the Pesayangan Community which is held to celebrate the birthday of Prophet Muhammad on the 25th of Rabiul Awal every year. This tradition needs to be comprehensifely explored starting from its origins and everything lies behind it, why it is different from the traditions of maulid celebrations in other places which are usually held on around the 12th Rabiul Awal. The meaning of Lawean is also important to be revealed, as one of the rich horizon of Islam Nusantara. Tradisi Maulid merupakan ungkapan kegembiraan atas kelahiran Nabi Muhammad di Nusantara, kegiatan ini telah menjadi tradisi turun temurun yang mampu menyatukan komunitas muslim dengan berbagai instrumen di dalamnya. Di tengah masalah perselisihan yang telah menjangkiti masyarakat saat ini, baik karena perbedaan pilihan politik, etnis, kelompok, dll, tentu saja wacana yang memotivasi kebersamaan dan persatuan akan sangat penting untuk dieksplorasi, sehingga Semangat Bhinneka Tunggal Ika tetap mampu dipertahankan. Salah satu “ritual” yang menggambarkan kebersamaan dan mengusung semangat gotong royong adalah Tradisi Lawean Masyarakat Pesayangan dalam perayaan Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW. yang diadakan pada tanggal 25 Rabiul Awal setiap tahun. Tradisi ini perlu dieksplorasi dari asal-usulnya dan segala sesuatu yang ada di belakangnya, karena tradisi maulid tersebut berbeda dari tradisi perayaan maulid di tempat lain yang biasanya diadakan di bulan Rabiul Awal pada hari ke-12. Arti tradisi Lawean bagi masyarakat Pesayangan juga penting untuk diungkapkan, sebagai salah satu kekayaan khazanah Islam Nusantara.

Abstract

Modern humans in this global era face the problem of the meaning of life due to excessive pressure on the material aspects of life. Progress and sophistication in how to realize the desire to fulfill material life which is the main characteristic of modern times must be redeemed at a very expensive cost, namely the loss of awareness of the deeper meaning of life. Human happiness and self-esteem is in outward physical appearance based on material wealth. On another dimension, the global recession which was partly caused by an increase in global central bank rates which resulted in a prolonged decline in the economic sector, including the unemployment rate, industrial production, capital flows, etc. Of course it has an impact on each individual. The global recession as a test in the form of limitations and difficulties in obtaining sustenance needs to be anticipated so that human happiness is not limited to material life. This article will examine the ethos of modern human materialism in QS. Al-Fajr [89]:15-20 as well as the solutions offered by the mufasir (experts of the Qur'an) in dealing with the global recession which 'threats' the economy of society from the point of view of spirituality (religious soul). This article examines this interpretation using the analytical-descriptive method in an effort to present the Qur'an as a guidebook for the challenges of globalization so that it becomes a book that shows its relevance at all times and places (shalih li kulli Zaman wa Makan).

Abstract

This article discusses the intonation of reciting the Quran and critiques the concept of khafdu al-shaut in the book Al Tibyan fi Adabi Hamalati Al-Qur'an. The concept of khafdu al-shaut, which refers to lowering the intonation of reciting the Quran in certain verses that tend to discredit God in the context of Quranic etiquette. The article highlights the differences of opinion between Ibrahim al-Nakha'i and scholars of Quranic studies regarding the etiquette of reciting the Quran. Furthermore, it emphasizes the importance of understanding the general etiquette of reciting the Quran, which emphasizes raising the recitation of the Quran as a form of reverence towards God. By referring to various sources and scholars' perspectives, this article provides profound insights into the practice of reciting the Quran and the importance of understanding the proper etiquette in reciting the holy book for the Muslim community.

Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of free legal services for individuals by the Legal Aid Office (LBS) and the Ministry of Justice, in accordance with Law No. 16 of 2011 on Legal Aid. According to Article 1 paragraph 3 of the Law, the Legal Aid Office is a legal entity or a community organization that provides legal services. The aim of this study is to understand the function and role of the Human Rights Commission as law enforcement officers and to comprehend issues related to the implementation of legal services. The research method employed in this study is normative legal research, utilizing primary and secondary legal sources. Material analysis in this research involves committee work that systematically categorizes legal materials to facilitate the analysis of the research work. The study reveals that the primary authority for legal services lies with LBS/Orkemas, which is authorized to verify and accredit the Human Rights Commission as a legal service provider. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the importance of understanding the function and role of the Human Rights Commission as law enforcement officers and underscores their crucial involvement in the implementation of legal services. The research also highlights that the main authority for legal services is vested in LBS/Orkemas, which has been verified and accredited by the Human Rights Commission as a legal service provider.

Abstract

Dalam arus globalisasi dan tantangan diaspora, penting bagi generasi muda Indonesia di luar negeri untuk terus memupuk sikap nasionalisme dan patriotisme. Program "Menumbuhkan Sikap Nasionalisme dan Patriotisme pada Siswa Indonesian Community Centre KOSMA Pahang, Malaysia" bertujuan untuk mengembangkan rasa cinta tanah air dan kesadaran kebangsaan bagi anak-anak Indonesia di Malaysia. Melalui kegiatan yang interaktif dan edukatif, program ini mengintegrasikan pelajaran sejarah, budaya, dan nilai-nilai keindonesiaan dengan metode yang menarik bagi siswa.Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter pancasila dalam pembentukan generasi Good Citizenship, khususnya dalam hal meningkatkan kesadaran nasionalisme dan patriotisme pada siswa. Selain itu, program ini juga mengajak siswa untuk berpartisipasi dalam proyek kolaboratif yang memberikan pengalaman langsung tentang pentingnya kontribusi pribadi bagi masyarakat dan negara. Kegiatan meliputi pembuatan batik ecoprint menggunakan bahan alami dengan tema nasionalisme dan patriotisme, serta nonton bareng film "Tanah Surga Katanya" untuk meningkatkan pemahaman nilai-nilai kebangsaan Indonesia. Melalui program ini, diharapkan peserta dapat memperoleh inspirasi, motivasi, dan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang pentingnya cinta tanah air dan semangat kebangsaan.
