Abstract

This service activity focuses on the Jogja MSME Nglarisi Partner in Yogyakarta. The purpose of implementing a community service program is to create an Export Destination Product Development Program. MSME products have an understanding of international markets. They can take advantage of global e-commerce to increase the quantity and quality of production of Nglarisi MSME products and increase product sales. Mitra Nglarisi Jogja has the potential to develop a broader market, one of which is the international market. The programs created are primary training, including export education training, ecommerce management training, and product management training. The output of the community service program is the development of an understanding to open potential and readiness to enter the international market.

Abstract

This study looks into how the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) was implemented in a West Javan manufacturing company and how it affected strategic management and organizational performance. A mixed-methods approach was used, integrating quantitative data obtained from surveys and performance measures with qualitative data from in-depth interviews and document analysis. The qualitative results draw attention to the intricate implementation process, which includes communication tactics, strategic goal-setting, and ongoing modification. Difficulties were noted, including resistance to change and worries about an increase in workload. Positive employee attitudes, greater alignment with company goals, and advancements in financial and operational measures are all indicated by the quantitative outcomes. The study offers insightful information to companies thinking about implementing BSC, highlighting the significance of open communication, staff involvement, and ongoing adaption for success.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat kepada pelaku UMKM di Baluwarti Surakarta ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi akses permodalan bagi pelaku UMKM sehingga diharapkan para pelaku UMKM di Baluwarti, Surakarta memperoleh informasi terkait pengajuan kredit untuk akses permodalan usahanya. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan 3 yaitu pelatihan, pendampingan UMKM, sosialisasi, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Peserta terdiri dari 30 UMKM. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan narasumber mitra perwakilan dari Bank Jateng KCK Surakarta, membahas terkait hal penting yang perlu dilaksanakan pelaku UMKM sebelum mendapatkan akses permodalan, yaitu melakukan perhitungan modal yang dibutuhkan, memahami macam akses modal, melakukan perhitungan aset dan nilai perusahaan, melakukan musyawarah dengan calon investor tentang perjanjian secara mendetail, dan melakukan evaluasi untuk biaya modal. Pembahasan lainnya, yakni seputar prinsip 5C, prinsip 7P, dan fitur produk Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR). Jadi pelaku UMKM memperoleh wawasan dan cara bagaimana akses modal guna mengembangkan bisnisnya.

Abstract

Kegiatan pendampingan ini merupakan kegiatan untuk memberikan edukasi tentang perencanaan dan pengelolaan keuangan keluarga berbasis teknologi finansial dan juga literasi keuangan yang telah menjadi dua komponen krusial dalam meningkatkan inklusi keuangan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah merujuk pada aksesibilitas layanan keuangan  digital bagi semua lapisan Masyarakat untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan mengurangi kesenjangan ekonomi di DWP Kabupaten Klaten. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah metode pelatihan dan ceramah melalui kegiatan tutorial dalam pembuatan anggaran belanja rumah tangga dan diskusi berkaitan dengan masalah pengelolaan keuangan masing-masing keluarga.Sasaran pengabdian adalah 150 perwakilan Ibu pengurus DWP dari masing masing Organisasi Perangkat Daerah dan Kecamatan. Hasil pengadian menurut pengamatan yang dilakukan oleh Tim Kami adalah kegiatan ini telah berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan  anggota DWP Kabupaten Klaten.  Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang berfokus pada literasi keuangan mampu memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan finansial peserta, yang pada gilirannya dapat memperkuat perekonomian keluarga dan masyarakat. Simpulan  yang dapat ditarik ialah,  pengabdian dan   pembekalan  kepada perwakilan individu anggota DWP Kabupaten Klaten telah berjalan secara efektif.

Abstract

This study examines how digital skills are developed among banking employees, especially in countries that are still growing their digital systems. Although many models like the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), and Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) have been used to study how people adopt technology, the results often differ between developed and developing countries. By reviewing past research, this study identifies the key factors that influence digital skills, such as how useful or easy a technology is to use, support from others, and how well the technology fits user needs. It also shows that in developing countries, trust, digital knowledge, and access to technology are especially important. The study ends by highlighting the need to connect digital transformation with employee skill development, especially in the banking and finance sector.
