Abstract

LRT (Light Rail Transit) sebagai salah satu jenis perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pelayanan jasa yang harus bertahan di tengah ketatnya perkembangan zaman. LRT (Light Rail Transit) merupakan satu-satunya layanan jasa transportasi dengan sistem Kereta Api Penumpang yang beroperasi di kawasan perkotaan yang kontruksinya ringan dan bisa berjalan bersama lalu lintas lain dalam lintasan khusus. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini dilakukan dalam upaya untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelayanan dan fasilitas lrt. Beberapa permasalahan sering terjadi yang menyebabkan penurununan kualitas tatakelola di Stasiun LRT Ampera. COBIT 2019 merupakan kerangka kerja Audit Tata Kelola TI yang memberikan langkah-langkah dan praktik yang baik, untuk membantudalam memaksimalkan manfaat penggunaan TI dalam perusahaan. Diperoleh delapan titik kritis pada pelayanan dan fasilitas stasiun ampera. Sehingga diperoleh domain meliputi EDM01, EDM02, EDM03, EDM04, DAN EDM05. Dilakukan penentuan nilai gap berdasarkan nilai current capability dan expected capability yang diperoleh dari analisis tingkat kematangan serta diberkan rekomendasi perbaikan berdasarkan nilai currentcapability.

Abstract

Android applications have become a popular operating system throughout the world because of their development, Android applications also have an influence on the world of education as supporting learning media. Sobat Bumi Forestry Vocational School requires media and tools to practice measuring wood. Processing and media that are still manual result in frequent human errors or the media used is often damaged and also wastes time. In this problem, media and tools or an Android-based wood measurement application are needed to help and simplify calculations, processing and recording of data so that the resulting data is more accurate. This research uses data collection methods and the waterfall method as application system development. At the code writing stage, the standard formula for measuring Indonesia wood is used, namely 0,7854 x d x p /10.000. The research results show that the Android-based wood measurement application helps Forestry Vocational School students in the process of calculating wood volume more accurately. The media or tools for recording and processing data will be more practical and can be used as a medium for implementing Android applications.

Abstract

Prototyping carried out by a UI/UX Designer is a critical element in application development. This process allows more careful planning of the application's appearance by considering user needs, making the programmer's work easier. This research case study focuses on the Bale Bandung District Court, which wants to develop an application based on improvements to the Era-Terang application. The Era-Terang application, which is designed to make it easier for the public to submit applications for certificates, still has several shortcomings. Therefore, the application developed aims to eliminate the need to physically visit the court for file delivery or registration. In this research, the prototyping method was applied using the Figma design tool. The process includes initial data collection, problem identification, creation of a usage flow, framework, sketches, and final interface design. The results of this research show that the Bale Bandung District Court Service application, which was developed using the prototyping method, succeeded in improving the quality of the user experience. This is proven through application testing, where users state that the application is easy to use and understand. Based on this user feedback, it can be concluded that the application has succeeded in fulfilling its initial objective, namely to create an easy, effective, and efficient solution for the public in accessing court services. This emphasizes the importance of a prototyping-based approach in application development, especially in increasing the accessibility and convenience of public services.

Abstract

The use of video advertisements as a marketing medium is becoming increasingly popular in the current digital era. Small companies or start-ups can leverage animated video ads to promote their products at a more affordable cost compared to traditional video ad production. The objective of this research is to create an animated video advertisement using After Effects to enhance brand awareness for Buket Dikala, a flower company in Bandung. The results of this study indicate that the animated video ad created by the author can improve brand awareness for Buket Dikala. The author recommends the use of animated video ads for small companies or start-ups aiming to enhance their marketing effectiveness. Several factors that need to be considered in creating an effective animated video ad include aligning the ad's style and tone with the target audience, paying attention to the visual and audio quality of the ad, determining the appropriate duration, and including a clear call to action. By utilizing animated video ads, small companies or start-ups can effectively and affordably expand their market reach.

Abstract

Dehenz is a shop business established in the culinary sector which is quite popular in Soreang, Bandung Regency and has many buyers every day. Because we still use manual methods for recording, this really affects performance at Dehenz. In this case, buying and selling activities cannot be separated from the help of technology to make them more efficient. There are many facilities from the digital world that can be utilized in various business fields, one of which is a desktop-based cashier application, which is a solution for Dehenz which still uses manual methods in recording its sales. Thus, it is prone to human error, discrepancies, and data that is unsafe or easily lost/damaged. With this, the author aims to build a web-based cashier application as a form of action to overcome the owner's problems. The design method used in this research is an object-oriented method using the CodeIgniter 3 Framework. The aim of creating this web-based cashier application is to simplify the process of recording sales reports for servers or cashiers. It is anticipated that the desktop-based Point Of Sale application will increase efficiency and speed of recording product orders. Also has the ability to produce sales data quickly, precisely and accurately.

Abstract

Dewasa Ini website menjadi salah satu opsi yang digunakan dalam penyebaran informasi. Salah satu institusi yang telah diketahui menggunakan website merupakan Rumah Sakit RK. Charitas yang berlokasi di Palembang SUMSEL. Akan tetapi memanfaatkan website sebagai sarana penyebaran media informasi tidak semudah nampaknya, sangat perlu membuat sebuah website yang memiliki desain baik serta mudah juga dimengerti oleh pengguna, demikian perlunya pengujian kegunaan atau usability testing yang kemudian kita dapat melihat komparasi hasil uji kegunaan ini antara tahun 2018 dan tahun 2024, ini bertujuan menemukan GAP apakah disana ada peningkatan ataukah tidak. Menurut ISO 9241-11 usability testing meliputi 5 (lima) komponen yaitu learnability , efficiency, memorability, errors, dan satisfaction dengan pengujian pada 3 (tiga) level responden yaitu pengguna aktif, pengguna terampil serta pengguna awam kemudian hasil pengujian dilakukan perhitungan dan dievaluasi dengan standar perhitungan System Usability Scale (SUS). SUS atau Skala kegunaan sistem, dimana 10 pertanyaan yang akan diserahkan kepada responden untuk menjadi bahan pengukuran uji kegunaan ini, hal tersebut untuk dapat melihat skala dari 3 parameter utama uji kegunaan di dalam penelitian ini yang meliputi acceptability ranges, grade scale, dan adjective rating, hasilnya demikian komparasi dari kedua uji kebergunaan Rumah Sakit RK Charitas yang dulu beralamat di http://rscharitas.com/ dan yang sekarang beralamat di https://charitashospital.com/ mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan yaitu dari skor akhir 70,5 menjadi 81,75.

Abstract

Pengadilan Negeri Baleendah menghadapi tantangan pengelolaan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) terkait aksesibilitas dan pengendalian dokumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kendala manajemen SOP, menganalisis dampak implementasi sistem informasi terintegrasi, dan menentukan fitur kunci aplikasi manajemen SOP. Metode prototyping digunakan untuk pengembangan responsif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan aplikasi SOPWatch memenuhi sebagian besar kriteria, dengan mayoritas fitur dinilai "Baik" dalam pengujian blackbox. Beberapa fitur seperti Halaman Buat Akun, Login, dan Cari di Halaman Admin dinilai "Cukup". Implementasi SOPWatch diharapkan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan dokumen, transparansi proses, dan kinerja operasional Pengadilan Negeri Baleendah.

Abstract

Pengadilan Negeri Bale Bandung membutuhkan sistem canggih untuk menyimpan data dan memantau prosedur operasional. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan aplikasi berbasis website menjadi pilihan tepat untuk meningkatkan pelaksanaan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). Fitur utama dari aplikasi SOPWatch meliputi kemampuan mengunggah, melihat pratinjau, dan mengunduh dokumen SOP. Proses pengembangannya mencakup analisis kebutuhan melalui studi literatur, wawancara, dan observasi langsung di Pengadilan Negeri Bale Bandung. Desain sistemnya mencakup perancangan basis data dan antarmuka pengguna yang interaktif, sementara tahap implementasi dilakukan sesuai desain yang telah disepakati. Aplikasi ini membantu dalam meningkatkan pemantauan implementasi SOP, mengelola arsip SOP secara efektif, serta memfasilitasi evaluasi kinerja berdasarkan SOP yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan aplikasi ini, Pengadilan Negeri Bale Bandung dapat memberikan pelayanan hukum yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to refine and implement a desktop- based sales and inventory application at Wisa Farma Pharmacy to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy. The application was developed using Visual Basic .NET and MySQL to replace the error-prone manual recording system. The methodology involved analyzing the pharmacy's needs, designing an intuitive interface, and integrating a database . As a result, the application improves workflow efficiency and service quality at the pharmacy by reducing waiting times and recording errors. The solutions offered include minimizing human errors, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing decision-making. It is recommended that the pharmacy use licensed software, train employees, perform regular maintenance, and develop additional features such as electronic prescription management and digital payment integration to further improve efficiency and service quality.
