Abstract

This paper aims to identify the financing management in a pesantren in Tasikmalaya, Indonesia. The study employed a qualitative approach employing a case study. The data collection techniques used in this study were in-depth interview, observation, and literature study. The research was conducted at Pesantren Tarekat al-Idrisiyyah Tasikmalaya, West Java, Indonesia and it found several findings: First, the source of financing came from the santri (pesantren students), government grant, social donation and auction from jamaah (communities), and pesantren business unit. Second, the financing plan of pesantren was prepared and established in the form of RKP (Rapat Kerja Pesantren/Pesantren Budget Plan) through Rakernas (Rapat Kerja Nasional/National Summit). Third, the implementation of financing included the receipt and expenditure of funds record. Fourth, evaluation and financial accountability took place as reflection of good financial management. When financing management was done professionally in spending salaries, benefits, and purchase of infrastructure improvement, the impacts led to pesantren achievements both in academic and non-academic fields.

Abstract

This study is aimed at investigating targib and tarhib method in terms of planning, implementation, supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation, evaluation and success rate of application. This research applied qualitative method using descriptive analytic. The data were collected using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analysed by selecting, sorting data obtained, analysing and drawing conclusions. The findings show that the planning was designed in terms of learning strategies, techniques and tactics in the document of lesson plan. The implementation was in accordance with the planning written in the learning steps in the document of lesson plan. The supporting factors included innovative and competent teachers in their fields, full support from the principal, support from the teacher council and school staff, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure. The inhibiting factors covered the differences in the students’ background and the location of the classrooms which is next to public roads and residents' houses. The evaluation was done by observing students’ attitudes and administering the oral tests in learning. The success rate of implementation can be seen from the increase in the students’ awareness to behave akhlak karimah in everyday life.

Abstract

Permaslahan dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam penggunaan media ketika waktu pembelajaran belangsung. Dimana guru terlihat tidak pernah memakai media dalam proses pembelajaran. Sehingga hal terseut berpengaruh terhadap kegiatan belajar mengajar yang tidak efktif dan membuat siswa jenuh sehingga tidak terlatihnya siswa di dalam memecahkan masalah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan sejauh mana penggunaan media dalam pembelajaran khususnya media Visual Flipchart mampu meningkatkan kemampuan memecahkan masalah. Metode yang digunkana dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu yang bersifat kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa media Visual Flipchart mampu meningkatkan kemampuan memecahkan masalah siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam. Hal ini terlihat adanya peningkatan yang sidnifikan di kelas eksperimen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the educational values of worship contained in the Syamil and Dodo films, as well as the relevance of the Syamil and Dodo films to fiqh subjects, the material of the pillars of Islam, which can later be used as teaching materials in teaching the material of the pillars of Islam to students, so that in addition to understanding the Islamic law itself, students can also deepen their understanding. This study employs a semiotic method in conjunction with a qualitative approach. The author gathers information from the selected Syamil and Dodo films in order to identify the signs in each episode. The study’s findings indicate that the film Syamil and Dodo contains educational worship values, specifically worship of mahdhah and worship of ghair mahdhah. Furthermore, the episode Pengertian Dua Kalimat Syahadat, Doa dan Shalat, Rukun Shalat, Shalat Berjamaah, Macam-macam Zakat, Zakat dan Hukumnya, Adab Puasa, Keutamaan Ramadhan, Hukum Haji dan Manasik Haji in the film Syamil and Dodo has relevance to fiqh subjects on material Pillars of IslamPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan ibadah yang terdapat pada film Syamil dan Dodo serta mengetahui relevansi dari film Syamil dan Dodo terhadap mata pelajaran fikih materi rukun Islam yang nantinya dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam mengajarkan materi rukun Islam kepada siswa agar selain memahami dari syariat Islam itu sendiri juga agar mendalami pemahaman yang telah dimilikinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode semiotik dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penulis mengumpulkan informasi dari film Syamil dan Dodo yang telah dipilih untuk kemudian ditemukan tanda yang terdapat pada setiap episode tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada film Syamil dan Dodo terdapat nilai-nilai pendidikan ibadah yang terkandung di dalamnya yaitu ibadah mahdhah dan ibadah ghair mahdhah. Selain itu film Syamil dan Dodo memiliki relevansi dengan mata pelajaran fikih materi rukun Islam yang terdapat pada episode Pengertian Dua Kalimat Syahadat, Doa dan Shalat, Rukun Shalat, Shalat Berjamaah, Macam-macam Zakat, Zakat dan Hukumnya, Adab Puasa, Keutamaan Ramadhan, Hukum Haji dan Manasik Haji sehingga nantinya dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan ajar ataupun media pembelajaran oleh guru dalam mengajarkan mata pelajaran fikih materi rukun Islam.

Abstract

The Higher Order Thinking Skills analysis on the final year assessment questions for the subject of Islamic Religious Education will illustrate the results of the comparison of questions that have the character of critical thinking and questions that do not have a stimulus for critical thinking. This research method uses a qualitative research method that is descriptive document analysis. This study aims to describe questions based on the level of thinking, namely grouping questions into the categories of Lower Order Thinking Skills (LOTS), Middle Order Thinking Skills (MOTS), and High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), and grouping questions based on the type of stimulus used as the basis for the questions. In obtaining data related to assessment questions, the results show that out of Year-End Assessment questions on Islamic Religious Education Subjects found 29% HOTS questions (Higher Order Thinking Skills), 31% about MOTS (Middle Order Thinking Skills) and 40% about LOTS (Lower Order Thinking Skills). In the form of HOTS questions, there is actual, factual, conceptual and procedural material stimulus. The types of stimulus contained in the problem are discourse, pictures and fragments of cases. The stimulus contained in the High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions is presented in the form of discourse. Analisis Higher Order Thinking Skills pada soal penilaian akhir tahun mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam ini akan menggambarkan hasil perbandingan soal yang memiliki karakter berpikir kritis dan soal yang tidak memiliki stimulus untuk berpikir kritis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analisis dokumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan soal berdasarkan tingkat berpikir, yaitu mengelompokkan soal dengan kategori Lower Order Thinking Skills (LOTS), Middle Order Thinking Skills (MOTS), dan High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), serta mengelompokkan soal berdasarkan jenis stimulus yang digunakan sebagai dasar pertanyaan. Dalam memperoleh data yang terkait dengan soal menunjukkan hasil bahwa Penilaian Akhir Tahun pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam ditemukan 29% soal HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills), 31% soal MOTS (Middle Order Thinking Skills) dan 40% soal LOTS (Lower Order Thinking Skills). Dalam bentuk soal HOTS memiliki stimulus materi yang aktual, faktual, konseptual dan prosedural. Jenis stimulus yang terdapat dalam soal yaitu wacana, gambar dan penggalan kasus. Stimulus yang terdapat dalam soal High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) disajikan dalam bentuk wacana.

Abstract

Nowadays, students are required to be able to apply Islamic Religious Education (PAI) lessons in their daily lives, so pai teacher leadership is needed to achieve this goal. The purpose of this study is to find out the paradigm of PAI teacher leadership, to find out the problems of PAI teachers, and to find out the leadership of PAI teachers in achieving learning optimization at SMPIT Titian Ilmu Bekasi. This research uses a qualitative approach with the content analysis method (content study). Data collection techniques with literature review and observation. The results of this study are (1) the leadership of a PAI teacher can be measured by benchmarking the extent to which he can implement leadership indicators. (2) Some of the problems of PAI teachers include insufficient student interest, less conducive subject hours, lack of mastery of the material, and uninteresting learning methods or media. (3) The leadership of pai teachers at SMPIT Titian Ilmu Bekasi is in accordance with effective leaders, in accordance with the leadership component and in accordance with leadership in the Islamic view, although not perfectly but already represents the overall nature of teacher leadership in the Islamic view

Abstract

Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan melalui observasi didapat data bahwa penggunaan media sosial Instagram dikalangan siswa cukup banyak, dimana dari 135 siswa, 74 orangnya aktif menggunakan media sosial Instagram. Kemudian dari hasil wawancara mengenai akhlak siswa di sekolah, peneliti mendapatkan informasi kurang baik, dimana banyak siswa yang sering asik memainkan smartphone tanpa memperhatikan sopan santun di lingkungan  sekitar dan membuka smartphone saat jam pelajaran berlangsung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan intensitas penggunaan Instagram dengan akhlak di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif, dan alat penelitiannya berupa angket, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Intensitas siswa terhadap penggunaan media sosial instagram termasuk kategori tinggi, dimana nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,50 berada pada interval 3,40 – 4,19; (2) Realitas akhlak mahmudah siswa di sekolah dari hasil perhitungan statistik termasuk kategori tinggi, nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,98 berada pada interval 3,40 – 4,19; (3) Hubungan antara keduanya koefisien korelasinya adalah 0,227. Angka tersebut berada pada rentang 0,200 – 0,399 dengan kualifikasi rendah;  (4) Besarnya pengaruh intensitas siswa terhadap penggunaan media sosial Instagram hubungannya dengan akhlak mahmudah mereka di sekolah mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 5,2% dan sisanya 94,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Based on a preliminary study conducted through observation, it was found that the use of Instagram social media among students is quite a lot, where out of 135 students, 74 people actively use Instagram social media. Then from the results of interviews regarding the morals of students at school, researchers get bad information, where many students are often cool to play smartphone without regard to the manners in the surroundings and opened up smartphone during class time. From this, researchers are interested in seeing the relationship between the two. The research method used is quantitative, and the research tools are questionnaires, interviews and observations. Then the results of the study show that: (1) The intensity of students towards the use of Instagram social media is included in the high category, where the average value of 3.50 is in the interval 3.40 – 4.19; (2) The reality of student morals at school from the results of statistical calculations is included in the high category, the average value of 3.98 is in the interval 3.40 – 4.19; (3) The relationship between the two correlation coefficient is 0.227. This figure is in the range of 0.200 – 0.399 with low qualifications; (4) The magnitude of the influence of students' intensity on the use of Instagram social media in relation to their mahmudah morals at school has an influence of 5.2% and the remaining 94.8% is influenced by other factors.
