Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Motivation, Job Training, and Job Stress on Job Satisfaction of Paser Regency Fire Department Employees. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study was total / census sampling with a population of 88 employees, so the sample taken was all employees of the Paser Regency Fire Service, totaling 88 employees. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This study uses multiple linear regression with the help of SmartPLS in processing data. The results of this study indicate that the work motivation variable partially affects the job satisfaction of Paser Regency Fire Department employees, the job training variable partially affects the job satisfaction of Paser Regency Fire Department employees, and the job stress variable partially affects the job satisfaction of Paser Regency Fire Department employees.

Abstract

Salah satu kunci keberhasilan suatu institusi adalah kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor yang sangat penting untuk mendapatkan hasil kerja yang optimal. Berbagai tugas yang diberikan kepada karyawan akan efektif jika mereka merasa puas dengan pekerjaannya. Pada dasarnya kepuasan kerja merupakan hal yang bersifat individual karena setiap individu akan mempunyai tingkat kepuasan yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan nilai-nilai yang berlaku pada diri masing-masing individu. Semakin banyak aspek pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan keinginan individu, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepuasan yang dirasakan.

Abstract

This research seeks to explore and examine the connection between self-assessment systems, money ethics, and tax sanctions on individuals' views regarding tax evasion. Primary data were gathered using questionnaires distributed at the North Makassar KPP Pratama research location, involving a sample of 100 taxpayers. Quantitative methods were employed to test the analytical model using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that the self-assessment system negatively impacts tax evasion, while money ethics have a positive impact. Conversely, tax sanctions do not have a significant effect on tax evasion. Overall, self-assessment systems, money ethics, and tax sanctions collectively influence taxpayers' views on tax evasion. This research is crucial for further examination as it can provide valuable insights for the government in formulating tax regulations.

Abstract

This research is based on the students' low understanding of the mastery of bold science learning materials due to the absence of interesting learning media that will increase students' learning motivation. This study aims tocreate learning media in the form of a Mobile Application in *.apk format that can be run on Android Smartphones related to science subjects for class VIII semester 2 at SMPN 1 Banuhampu that are valid, practical, and effective. The method used in this study is the ADDIE version of the Research and Development (R&D) research method which consists of analysis, design, development, implement, evaluation, and theLuther-Sutopo multimedia development model which consists of six stages, namely the concept, design, material stages. collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. The product test of this research is in the form of a validity test conducted by 4 experts calculated using the Aiken's V Statistics formula, a practicality test by 1 material expert calculated using the Kappa Moment formula, and an effectiveness test by 15 class VIIIstudents at SMP N 1 Banuhampu who calculated using the statistical formula of Richard R. Hake (G-Score). The assessment instrument is in the form of a 5-scale questionnaire. Based on the test of the product that has been carried out by the author, the results of the analysis of the product validity test with an average value of 0.84 with very valid criteria, practicality with an average value of 0.88 with very high criteria, and an effective test with an average value of 0 .91 with Very Effective Criteria. After receiving the award, it is hoped that from the results of the learning media test, this learning media can help teachers and students in carrying out the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Indonesia with the majority of Moslem population becomes the very potential market for the producers of goods and service. Though the customers have the different levels of obedience towards law dependent upon the level of their religiosity, they have a positive attitude towards the products using the halal approach in their marketing. Along with the increase of the number of Moslems in Indonesia, study in the context of acknowledgement towards the Halal products needs to be examined further. The halal products must be acknowledged as the symbol of cleanness, safety, and high quality for the Moslem customers. The results showed, there are 4 factors that can be analyzed in the decision to purchase food products labeled halal among the Senyerang community, namely 1) religious factors, 2) psychological factors, 3) social factors . 4) factors of culture.
