Learning outcomes are influenced by several factors, one of which ia a method of learning. This study alms to determine the effect of learning model Explicit Instruction on learning outcomes digital simulation class X computer engineering and network in SMKN 1 Bungo second semester of academic year 2020/2021. This research is a quantitative research with this type of Experimental research. This research conducted in SMKN 1 Bungo in March to April. Sample data collection is done by using the technique Random Sampling, where the population in this study student grade X TKJ 1 totaling 31 people and 31 people TKJ 2 as a Experimentalt class and class TKJ 1 as the control class. Based on the results of the study, the average student learning outcomes of experimental in class (81.81), while the control class (72.90). From the analysis of the test data to obtain Normal data and Homogeneous. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the t-test, The results ofthe testat significance level α of 0.05 (95% confidence level) obtained tvalue=5.623 and ttable=2.000 thus tvalue > ttable (5.623 >2.000), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, the conelusion that there is a significant and positive affect on learning model explicit instruction learning model influence on the results of class x digital simulation study computer engineering and network in SMK N 1 Bungo.

Pasca pandemi Covid-19, kewirausahaan menjadi semakin penting dalam era industri 4.0, dimana para mahasiswa perlu dibekali dengan keterampilan dan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan yang dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk menjadi wirausahawan yang sukses di masa depan. Bertujuan dapat membantu mahasiswa menjadi lebih siap dalam menghadapi tantangan baru yang muncul dalam usaha paca pandemi covid-19. Selain itu, mahasiswa yang memiliki jiwa entrepreneur juga dapat menjadi motor penggerak dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja baru dan memajukan perekonomian di Indonesia. Maka, peneliti membahas tentang implementasi nilai-nilai kewirausahaan dalam menumbuhkan jiwa entrepreneur pada mahasiswa pasca covid di era industri 4.0. Salah satunya menerapkan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan dalam menumbuhkan jiwa entrepreneur pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD), Semester 5 Tahun Akademik 2022/2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif berupa kuesioner melalui google form yang dibagikan melalui group WhatsApp dengan menggunakan 111 orang mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa nilai-nilai kewirausahaan yang harus diterapkan dalam pendidikan mahasiswa pasca covid-19, seperti percaya diri, berorientasi pada tugas dan hasil, berani mengambil risiko, menjadi seorang pemimpin, berorientasi pada tindakan dan orisinil. Selain itu, mahasiswa juga harus dilengkapi dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menciptakan suatu ide atau produk yang kreatif dan inovatif, serta dapat mengembangkan produksi, pengemasan dan melakukan pemasaran melalui media online dan offline. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan sangat penting untuk menumbuhkan jiwa entrepreneur pada mahasiswa pasca covid-19 di era 4.0.

Mathematics is one of the fields of study taught in elementary schools, which some people consider difficult to understand as the basic object of education. So it is necessary to implement efficient and interesting learning for students. This study aims to determine the application of the polya heuristic strategy to students' mathematical literacy problem solving abilities. This study used a quantitative approach with a population of 80 students as primary school students, the sampling technique was cluster random sampling of 50 students, with a two group pretest-posttest design in the form of a control class by providing conventional and experimental method classes by applying heuristic strategies and analyzed using statistical tests. Based on the results of the normality test the data is not normally distributed (Þ = <0.001) therefore, the next step is to do the Wilcoxon test. Based on the test results, the results obtained a significant difference between the results of the pretest and posttest. The average pretest result for the control class was 49.6 and the experimental class was 47. Then after being given treatment, the average posttest score for the control class was 54.8 (conventional method) while the experimental class was 67.6 (polya heuristic strategy). Judging from the posttest scores, both classes showed an increase in learning outcomes, but a large increase was seen in the experimental class that applied the polya heuristic strategy. The polya heuristic strategy has an effect on increasing students' mathematical literacy, therefore this strategy can be implemented in learning mathematics at various levels of education.

Perkembangan teknologi menuntut seluruh pihak ikut serta aktif dalam perkembangannya, terutama dibidang Pendidikan. Sehingga tenaga pengajar berperan dalam proses pengajan memotifikasi pembelajaran yang kreatif. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan tenaga pengajar ikut serta dan terampil dalam memanfaatkan teknologi dalam proses pembejaran. Kegiatan pengabdain ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 3 Bungo dengan mengemas pelatihan etno-vlog dalam pembelajaran IPA berbasis kearifan lokal. Dari hasil kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan tenaga Pendidikan berperan aktif dalam mengikuti kegitan tersebut, serta tenaga pendidik ikut andil dengan baik dalam kegiatan pengabdian tersebut.

This study aimed to determine the effect of the Ladder Drill training method on improving the agility of SSB Bina Muda Somel players. Agility is one of the essential physical components in football due to the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the game, which requires players to change direction quickly without losing balance. Movements that involve frequent changes of direction, such as shuttle running, demand alternating contractions in specific muscle groups. This study employed an experimental method with a one-group pretest–posttest design. The subjects consisted of 10 players from SSB Bina Muda Somel. The research instrument used was a 40-meter shuttle run test conducted twice before (pretest) and after (posttest) the training program. The Ladder Drill training was implemented over 10 sessions with systematically structured variations. Data were analyzed using the Kolmogorov–Smirnov test for normality and the paired sample t-test for hypothesis testing, assisted by the SPSS program. The results showed a significant improvement in players’ agility after undergoing the Ladder Drill training. The average pretest score was 6.60, and the posttest average increased to 7.90. The t-value of -8.510 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 indicates that Ladder Drill training has a significant positive effect on enhancing the agility of SSB Bina Muda Somel players.

General Background: Mathematics plays a fundamental role in developing logical and systematic thinking skills for elementary students, yet its abstract nature often leads to low engagement and achievement. Specific Background: At SDN 64/II Perumnas 1, third-grade students showed limited understanding of fractions due to lecture-dominated teaching and minimal use of concrete media. Knowledge Gap: While previous studies highlight the benefits of interactive approaches, structured applications of the demonstration method in teaching fractions within the Indonesian primary school context remain underexplored. Aims: This study aimed to improve both the learning process and outcomes in mathematics by applying the demonstration method with concrete, participatory experiences. Results: Conducted as Classroom Action Research in two cycles with 12 students, the findings revealed improvements in teacher performance (from 76.50% to 100%), student engagement (from 0% to 58.33% categorized as “Very Good”), and learning achievement (from 41.66% to 83.33% mastery). Novelty: The study demonstrates that structured use of demonstration—supported by tangible media and active student participation—can effectively transform abstract concepts into meaningful learning experiences within the framework of the Merdeka Curriculum. Implications: These findings suggest that demonstration-based learning enhances conceptual understanding and student participation, providing a practical strategy for primary educators to strengthen mathematics instruction.Highlight : Demonstration method improved learning process and outcomes in fractions. Student engagement shifted from passive to active participation. Learning outcomes increased from 41.66% to 83.33%.
