<![CDATA[Water is a very important component in life, such as the use of water as drinking water, all living things, both humans, animals, and plants, need water. Part of the human body consists of fluids, so water helps the body to work to carry nutrients from the stomach to all parts of the body. So that a hygienic water source is needed, through a processing process first until the water meets health requirements. The purpose of this study was to detect the presence of Escherichia coli bacteria in drinking water depots in two sub-districts in Bungo Regency, namely (Rimbo Tengah, Pasar Muara Bungo). The test was carried out at the Fish Quarantine Station and Quality Control Laboratory of Class 1 Jambi. Direct sampling with sterile bottles. <![CDATA[Educational sports are carried out with the aim of education through all movement activities that are directed to meet the needs and goals of education itself. Educational sports are identical with physical education activities, sports and health, which are carried out at every level of education or better known as physical education and sports. This service is carried out with the aim of knowing the assessment of the coach and match supervisor on the leadership of the referee in the futsal playoff match. The STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo Futsal Tournament activity will be held on January 31, 2021 at Dimas Futsal, Muara Bungo. Field results are obtained due to the factors that influence the success of a referee, namely internal and external factors. The more dominant influence is internal factors, psychological factors in the form of anxiety. To be able to lead the match well, the referee needs to master these psychological factors. <![CDATA[Natural Sciences is a collection of knowledge that is systematically arranged, which includes subjects that are closely related to the natural surroundings, directing the teacher to use the surrounding environment. The problem in this research is the low process and learning outcomes of IPA for fourth grade students at State Elementary School 18/II Tebing Tinggi. So this research aims to improve the process and learning outcomes of students. This study uses the classroom action method, which consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning activities, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, tests and documentation. The research subjects were 1 educator and 35 students. The results of this study showed the learning process of educators, the first cycle with an average percentage of 88.8%, the second cycle with an average percentage of 100%. Observation of students during the learning process cycle I with an average percentage of 69.5%, cycle II increased with an average percentage of 87.3%, said to be successful. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Number Head Together model with the help of image media can improve the learning process and outcomes of students in class IV.]]>

<![CDATA[Literacy is an activity that aims to obtain information through activities, reading, writing, listening and explaining. Through scientific literacy, it is expected to be able to facilitate the understanding of learning. This study aims to determine students' scientific literacy skills by applying a Problem-based learning model based on Smart Classroom learning in Basic Natural Sciences. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods, the research sample is 21 students of PJKR STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo. Data collection techniques using test and non-test instruments and statistical tests were carried out. The results of the research on the mean pre-test and post-test in the class before the lecture was held in the smart classroom mean 70 and after being implemented in the classroom mean 87, this has increased quite effectively, it is known that the N-gain value has no value (negative) meaning that there is an increase from pretest to posttest conditions. This is an increase in students' scientific literacy abilities after receiving PBL learning in the Smart Classroom. The results of the non-test instrument of lecture activities carried out in the smart classroom can affect student learning outcomes, where the results of the questionnaire state that many students are more focused in attending lectures and students are more active in the lecture process. The increase that occurred after going through the PBL model learning using the lecture room in the smart classroom was quite effective.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on the Mandate of Law Number 12 of 2012 Article 35 paragraph 2 concerning Higher Education, Regulation of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 44 of 2015 and Amendment to the Indonesian Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education Number 50 of 2018 concerning National Standards for Higher Education. Curriculum development must refer to the National Higher Education Standards. This development includes aspects of intellectual intelligence, noble character and skills that refer to the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) contained in Government Regulation no. 08 of 2012 and the Law on Higher Education No 12 of 2012 regarding the undergraduate curriculum based on the learning outcomes of the graduate profile. The aim of this development is to achieve quality graduates. For this reason, an expert system is needed in testing the success of the Higher Education curriculum. This study aims to evaluate the success in implementing the curriculum referring to the KKNI appropriately in accordance with learning outcomes (CPL) using an expert system. The expert system created applies the web-based Forward Chaining method with PHP programming. The data processed in this study is the Higher Education Curriculum data referring to the KKNI in the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) at the Muara Bungo Muhammadiyah Teacher Training and Education College. The results of this study can test the accuracy of the curriculum application referring to the KKNI appropriately, so that it can be used as a recommendation in curriculum preparation by study programs.]]>

<![CDATA[The essence of the public service vision is the realization of excellent public services, which means being able to realize community satisfaction in an effort to get services from government agencies. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on community satisfaction of applicants for land certificates in Bungo Regency. This research is descriptive by using survey data collection techniques which aim to determine the effect of two or more variables at the District National Land Agency Office. This study uses quantitative methods (statistical calculations) with simple linear regression using statistical analysis of Product Correlation Coefficients. A total of 100 samples came from applicants for land certificates using accidental sampling technique and distributing questionnaires filled out by respondents. The results of the analysis of hypothesis testing found that there was a positive and significant effect of the service of officers on community satisfaction in managing land certificates. The statement of the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant effect of officer services on community satisfaction in managing land certificates is proven, which means that the stronger the service of officers, the stronger the community's satisfaction in managing land certificates. This is indicated by the value of t table which is smaller than t count (1.661) < t arithmetic (6.666), and a significance value (0.000) which is smaller than 0.05 and a regression coefficient of 0.559.]]>

<![CDATA[UMKM merupakan elemen yang memperkuat struktur perekonomian Indonesia. Namun demikian, dalam perkembangannya terdapat kendala untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk UMKM. Sertifikasi halal merupakan salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi UMKM dalam proses pengajuan sertifikasi halal. UMKM yang menjadi sasaran kegiatan adalah UD Ban Dokar dan CV Artaqila Berkah. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui observasi, diskusi dan pendampingan. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan untuk penyusunan dokumen, pendaftaran sertifikasi halal melalui sistem informasi dan audit halal. Proses sertifikasi halal dilakukan melalui pendafataran pada sistem ptsp.halal.go.id dengan mengunggah berbagai macam dokumen yang menjadi persyaratan. Proses sertifikasi halal ini menggunakan LPH LPPOM MUI. Hasil kegiatan adalah telah dilakukan audit sertifikasi halal oleh LPPOM MUI pada tanggal 25 Februari 2022 untuk UD Ban Dokar dan 31 Mei 2022 untuk CV Artaqila Berkah. <![CDATA[The COVID-19 pandemic has changed various aspects of human life today, especially in the world of education. This pandemic era requires all elements of education to adapt in carrying out learning activities at the elementary, junior high, high school up to university levels. This study aims to review the strategy for implementing KKN for STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, community service activities regarding optimization strategies for the implementation of KKN are considered important for field supervisors. The method used in the implementation of community service is the lecture and discussion method. Activities are carried out in the following stages: 1) preparation of the required documents, 2) implementation of activities, and 3) evaluation of the achievement of objectives. The results of this activity are as follows: 1) preparation of required documents, 2) implementation of activities, and 3) evaluation of goal achievement. The results of this activity are as follows: 1) the required documents are completed according to plan, 2) the activity is attended by all KKN DPLs, and 3) KKN DPLs are very enthusiastic in receiving an explanation of the concept of optimizing the implementation of KKN and 4) KKN DPL gain knowledge about strategies for optimizing the implementation of STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo KKN during the Covid 19 period.]]>

<![CDATA[Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) is a major surface component of most Gram-negative bacteria and is recognized by immune cells as pathogen-associated molecules. Antibodies against O antigens can provide protection against infection and vaccines have been developed by conjugating O antigens to carrier proteins to enhance immunogenicity. This study aims to produce O antigen from Escherichia coli and analyze the in vivo test results in poultry using ELISA technique. The methods used in this study were E. coli Bacterial Culture, O Antigen Purification, SDS PAGE, Inoculation on Experimental Animals, Rapid Plate Agglutination Test, and ELISA. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the O antigen of Escherichia coli injected into chickens can induce the formation of specific antibodies against E. coli in the blood. Specific antibodies to E. coli formed can be detected using the rapid plate agglutination test and ELISA technique.]]>

<![CDATA[Pelecehan anak merajalela di era digital pada saat ini, bahkan kekerasan seksual sudah menjadi pemikiran yang menakutkan bagi anak-anak di Indonesia. Kekerasan fisik dan atau psikis di Indonesia di latarbelakangi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya pengaruh negatif teknologi dan lingkungan sosial-budaya. Kasus perundungan di media sosial sering terjadi, tahun 2021 kekerasan seksual mencapai 8.730. Kasus pemerkosaan kini sering terdengar di publik, seperti juga diberitakan secara luas di media. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan secara tatap muka pukul 13.00 s/d 15.00 wib, pada hari selasa, tanggal 18 Oktober 2022 diikuti oleh 30 peserta. Para peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini adalah para guru yang mengajar di SD Negeri 104/II Sungai Pinang dengan harapan guru dapat memahami tentang anti kekerasan seksual dan dapat di implementasikan pada proses pembelajaran. Hasil kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 104/II Sungai Pinang mendapat respon baik dari Kepala sekolah dan majelis guru SD Negeri 104/II Sungai Pinang. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan penerapan sejak dini tentang nilai-nilai dampak dari kekerasan seksual pada siswa SD Negeri 104/II sungai pinang khususnya dan SD yang ada di Muara Bungo pada umumnya.]]>
