Abstract

This research is a type of qualitative research with a phenomenological paradigm that aims to reveal facts about the appearance that occurs in management in catechization education as well as inhibiting and supporting factors. The results showed that the planning of catechization education in GPM Wooi Church started from the mechanism for accepting students, the cost of sidi letters, rules and educator incentives. In organizing there is a division of tasks, delegation of authority and teaching schedules. Meanwhile, in the implementation activities, it was found that the implementation of catechization education learning activities in one week was two meetings, namely Tuesday and Friday and there were two semesters for one academic year, each semester of which learning activities required six months. Evaluation in catechization education includes evaluation of learning outcomes and evaluation of educator performance. The mechanism for evaluating learning outcomes is carried out by techniques of written tests, oral tests and faith tests and the end of this education is confirmation to become a new member of the Moluccan Protestant Church.

Abstract

Sektor pendidikan menjadi salah satu sektor yang ikut merasakan laju perkembangan dunia Teknologi, Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) yang begitu amat pesat dan makin kompleks saat ini. Pesat dan kompleksnya Teknologi, Informasi dan Komunikasi menuntut sektor pendidikan untuk ikut berkembang dan berbenah agar tetap bertahan ditengah arus globalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana Learning Management System telah terintegrasi dalam sistem manajemen pendidikan di sekolah dan mengevaluasi efektivitas implementasinya, guna memperkuat tata kelola pendidikan berbasis digital. Learning Management System adalah sebuah sistem yang didesain untuk menata, mengatur dan mengelola kegiatan pendidikan termasuk proses pembelajaran agar lebih interaktif dan fleksibel. Penerapan Learning Management System perlu didukung oleh fasilitas yang memadai dan sumberdaya manusia yang siap.

Abstract

The Maluku Islands are a high-poverty region in Indonesia. The region consists of 2 provinces, namely Maluku province and North Maluku province. There are 21 districts/cities in the region, with 17 regencies and 4 municipalities. The poverty rate in this region is a challenge that always wants to be studied with a socio-population approach and a mathematical statistics approach. One method or approach in analyzing poverty is Principal Component Analysis (PCA). PCA has the advantage of simplifying information from various variables to several principal components without losing much information and can overcome the problem of multiple linearity by changing variables that correlate with freely related components. The purpose of this research is to identify poverty in districts/municipalities in Maluku Islands using the PCA approach. The results showed that the components formed by the PCA method were formed in 2 factors. Factor 1 consists of GRDP (X2), Life Expectancy Rate (X3), Unemployment Rate (X4) and Percentage of Population (X6). Meanwhile, factor 2 consists of 2 variables, namely the Poverty Level (X1) and TPAK (X5).

Abstract

This research was carried out by applying the Learning Start With a Question learning method. The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of grade IX students in the Science Physics subject. The type of research used in this study is Classroom Action Research (PTK) where the measurement of learning outcome tests and documentation is the technique used in data collection in this study. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students before taking action were 59.7 which was included in the low category. After the first suklus action, the learning outcomes of students increased gradually, namely at 66 and the second cycle was 86.1. From the implementation of these actions, it can be concluded that the application of the Learning Start With a Question (LSQ) learning method can improve student learning outcomes. This is because before the action was taken, the learning outcomes of students were very low and included in the poor category, but after the action was taken, the learning outcomes of students experienced a significant increase in cycles per cycle.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan strategi manajemen pendidikan inklusif berbasis nilai Hibualamo dalam meningkatkan akses dan partisipasi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di Kabupaten Halmahera Utara yang dapat dijadikan dasar pijakan pengambilan kebijakan pendidikan didaerah. Secara faktual, jumlah Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di daerah ini belum sebanding dengan ketersediaan layanan pendidikan, misalnya hanya terdapat satu Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Tobelo yang melayani seluruh Kota Tobelo. Kondisi ini diperburuk oleh keterbatasan pendidik berkualifikasi pendidikan khusus, minimnya fasilitas ramah Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, serta stigma sosial masyarakat yang kuat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi yang analisis datanya dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan pendidikan inklusif di Tobelo bersifat struktural dan kultural. Dalam konteks tersebut, nilai Hibualamo seperti egalitarianisme, demokrasi, gotong royong, dan spiritualitas memiliki urgensi sebagai landasan strategis. Integrasi nilai Hibualamo diaplikasikan melalui kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah, perencanaan partisipatif, pengorganisasian kolaboratif, pembelajaran adaptif, pengawasan humanis, serta jejaring kemitraan. Strategi ini memposisikan sekolah sebagai “Rumah Besar” bagi semua anak, memperkuat kesadaran kolektif, dan menumbuhkan penerimaan sosial terhadap Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus. Dengan demikian, pendidikan inklusif berbasis Hibualamo tidak hanya meningkatkan akses pendidikan, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pelestarian budaya lokal dan pembangunan ekosistem sosial berkeadilan.
