Abstract

As a natural situation, the Islamic banking industry not only have a chance, but also the various problems such as problem on products giro and saving syariah based on wadi’ah. In wadi’ah saving, bank syariah receive trustful saving from the client and distributing it to use it optimally. Actually, the use of trustful saving (wadi’ah) is forbidden, but what is applied in the banking industry is wadi’ah used to any project of business. From this point of view, this kind of application more relevant to qard contract than wadi’ah. The purpose of Islamic law  (maqasid al-shari’ah) is to ensure the wealth (hifz al-mal) embodied in the product save deposit box. In save deposit box, wealth entrusted in bank, stored in a special place, that are guarded by the bank. At the level of primary (al-daruriyah), safeguarding the wealth is a basic need for Muslim. So that, the sustainability of safeguarding of wealth should be championed.

Abstract

Abstract

This article discusses how Islamic religious organizations located in rural areas internalize Islamic values and carry out social programs by revitalizing Islamic philanthropic schemes. By taking the case in a village in the Ponorogo Regency, East Java, where two religious organizations Islamic Muhammadiyah and Nahdlatul Ulama fastabiqul Khairat through Islamic philanthropy programs in building social independence. This article states that the ability of the two Islamic religious organizations to involve local leaders and communities where the religious organizations are involved in socio-religious activities is one of the reasons why these two organizations are still able to survive until now. These two Islamic religious organizations are trying through various efforts as if they are in a contest to build social independence to understand, explore and practice Islamic values, which have increased from year to year. This article formulates in a context such as whether Islamic religious organizations in rural areas can transform values, transact values and "transinternalize Islamic values through Islamic philanthropy in building "social" independence.

Abstract

Corona pandemic caused many losses. Especially on the economic side. Now all public services must be in accordance with the recommended health protocol. Because the country's economic activities must continue to run, therefore the economic activity of the banking sector must also continue. The change in banking services provided follows the existing health protocol. Banking service providers are required to take preventive measures to minimize the spread of the corona virus. Bank Muamalat Cabang Ponorogo branch has also taken various preventive actions and there are e-Channel BMI and BMI call services that can facilitate customers who are at home, and customers can take advantage of BMI ATM outlets in many places to make transactions to minimize coming to the office banks to reduce the risk of spreading the virus.

Abstract

 This research was carried out with the aim, firstly, to find out how the management and marketing of the Current Electronics Store in Ponorogo Regency is. Second, to find out about the application of sharia marketing in increasing consumer buying interest at the Lancar Electronics Shop, Ponorogo Regency. The object of this research is consumers of the Current Electronics Store, Ponorogo Regency. The data in this research are primary and secondary data. The data collection method used in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research, first. The operational standards applied are that employees must be Muslim/Muslim women, able to read the Koran and obey the 5 daily prayers. Judging from the payroll system, employee salaries are on time and if a customer files a complaint, the employee must serve him patiently in handling it. Second. Toko Lancar Electronics Ponorogo implements a sharia marketing strategy to increase consumer buying interest in accordance with the characteristics and practices of sharia marketing as taught by Rasulullah SAW. Which consists of four elements, namely theistic (rabbaniyyah), ethical (akhlaqiyyah), realistic (al-waqi'iyyah) and humanistic (insaniyyah).

Abstract

Indonesian Employment Services Companies can play an important role in improving the community's economy, especially from a sharia economic perspective. From a sharia economic perspective, this is very important because investment in human resources is considered a better investment than investment in goods and capital. By improving the quality of the workforce, the Indonesian Employment Services Company can make a greater contribution in developing more productive economic sectors, such as the service and industrial sectors. By paying attention to these aspects, the Indonesian Employment Services Company can help build a more inclusive, fair and sustainable economy, which is in line with sharia economic goals. This research was conducted with the aim of, first. To find out the role of Private Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Implementers in sending Indonesian Migrant Workers abroad which includes the recruitment process, provision, departure and working relationships with agents abroad. Second. To find out the role of the Indonesian Employment Services Company in improving the economy of the study community at the Mulia Laksana Sejahtera Limited Liability Company, Ponorogo Branch. The results of this research, first, are that Private Indonesian Worker Placement Implementers have an important role in providing employment opportunities through sending Indonesian Workers abroad. The Implementer of Private Indonesian Worker Placement is responsible for carrying out good recruitment, providing provision and training, ensuring safe and legal departure, as well as protecting and paying attention to the welfare of Indonesian Workers. Second, the mechanism for improving the community's economy through Indonesian workers can be carried out by prioritizing income and remittances for Indonesian workers obtained through work that is halal and in accordance with sharia principles. Returning Indonesian workers can strengthen the sharia economy with sharia businesses that will strengthen the halal sector and create jobs in accordance with sharia principles.

Abstract

Baterai adalah alat yang digunakan untuk menyimpan energi listrik dalam bentuk kimia kemudian diubah menjadi energi listrik untuk memperoleh arus listrik yang diperlukan sehingga dapat digunakan menghidupkan peralatan yang diperlukan, seperti strika, rice cooker, mengerakkan mesin-mesin dan peratan elektronik lainnya. Arus baterai dihasilkan oleh reaksi kimia antara bahan aktif pada pelat baterai dan asam sulfat yang terdapat dalam larutan elektrolit. Berlaku untuk penstabil tegangan bagi sistem serta bertindak sebagai akumulator atau penyimpan energy setelah satu periode penggunaan, baterai akan mengalami penurunan dan pengosonan genergi sehingga tidak lagi menghasilkan aliran arus. Baterai dapat diisi kembali dengan arus searah yang diberikan dalam arah yang berlawanan dengan arah arus yang keluar dari baterai pada saat penggunaan. Dalam operasi yang normal, baterai selalu diisi oleh alternator.

Abstract

Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari pemakaian baterai sangat penting sekali, karena hampir semua semua alat-alat tersebut menggunakan alat-alat elektronik yang mobile yang dengan mudah bisa dibawa kemana-mana. Dalam hal alat tersebut memerlukan daya sebagai penggerak termasuk dengan aflikasi-aflikasinya, daya ini diambil dari baterai yang telah tersedia yang diperoleh dari hasil reaksi kimia anoda dan katoda yang mempunyai tegangan yang berbeda sehingga menghasilkan energi. Perbedaan tegangan akan menimbulkan energy listrik pada baterai tersebut dimana antara katoda dan anoda disebut sebagai tegangan kutub dengan tegangan tertentu tersebut dafat digunakan untuk menggerakkan aplikasi Deret volta  merupakan suatu deret yang menyatakan unsur-unsur logam berdasarkan potensial elektrode standarnya. Maka, kegunaan dari deret volta ini yakni untuk suatu acuan mengenai apakah logam bisa bereaksi dengan ion logam lain.Namun Konsep deret volta sendiri sama halnya dengan reaksi pendesakan antarhalogen.
