Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran syariah dalam upaya meningkatkan penjualan pada UD. Sari Murni atau Jenang Tradisional Lasimun. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam kepada pemilik usaha jenang tradisional Lasimun. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam penerapan strategi pemasaran syariah peneliti menemukan 5 strategi yaitu; strategi produk (product) UMKM jenang tradisional Lasimun memperhatikan penyajian dengan memberi varian hiasan dalam produknya serta tetap menjaga cita rasa yang khas, strategi harga (price) UMKM jenang tradisional Lasimun mematok harga yang terjangkau bagi para konsumennya, strategi tempat (place) UMKM jenang tradisional Lasimun bertempat dirumah pribadi yang tidak jauh dari pusat kota, strategi promosi (promotion) UMKM jenang tradisional Lasimun memanfaatkan media sosial berupa Instagram, Facebook, dan Whatsapp, orang (people) UMKM jenang tradisional Lasimun mempekerjakan karyawan yang bekerja disetiap bagiannya masing-masing sehingga karyawan dan pemiliknya saling bergantung satu sama lain.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of government policies on financial performance at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia during the period January to September 2020. The sample used in this study is Islamic Commercial Banks that have been registered in Indonesia with a research population of a number of 5 Sharia Bank. The author uses descriptive quantitative research methods with the variable Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results showed that the financing deposit ratio in Islamic commercial banks in the first and second quarters had an average increase, meaning that financial health declined along with government policy from implementing PSBB to New Normal. Meanwhile, in the third quarter it has experienced a decrease of close to 75% so that it can be concluded that financial health is more stable. The results show that non-performing financing at Islamic commercial banks tends to be more stable, so it can be said that Islamic Commercial Banks in the COVID-19 pandemic era tend to be healthy.

Abstract

In financial institutions, especially in BMT Sahara Kauman, there is a financing agreement that is often used by members for financing, namely the murabahah contract. The members choose the murabahah financing contract because it is considered to have low risk. The objectives of this study are (1) how to implement a murabahah financing agreement at BMT Sahara Kauman, (2) the mechanism for implementing a murabahah financing agreement at BMT Sahara Kauman. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. From the author's observations, there are two conclusions, namely first, the application of Murabahah financing at BMT Sahara Kauman, is engaged in micro- economics, and of course in a halal business. Second, the mechanism for the application of Murabahah financing at BMT Sahara Kauman, in general, in accordance with the existing rules in the principles of Sharia Economics.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of personality traits and Islamic work ethics on employee performance in Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil guidance by PINBUK Tulungagung. Method of this research is quantitative. This research conducted by associative research with the number of subjects are 62 people. Data collection in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis and SPSS version 20 statistical program. The results of this research indicate that locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, self-esteem also has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BMT’s employees. Self-monitoring also has positive and significant results on performance. Islamic work ethics also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Locus of control, self-esteem, and self-monitoring have a greater positive and significant effect on employee performance through Islamic work ethics.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of technology and small industries in the fashion world, especially knitting among women in Karanganyar village, Pule district, Trenggalek which is getting better, the majority of women there are housewives and farmers so that in between their time they launch a knitting business as a hoi and income. The purpose of the study is to analyze the application of digital-based marketing strategies in increasing sales with Islamic sharia principles.the research method used is a descriptive type qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis uses three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions, as well as data validity using trianggulation. The results showed that the products traded were halal and tayib, in a place to use social media to reach the widest market, sales promotion was carried out honestly and openly, prices determined were in accordance with quality and did not damage market prices, competition was carried out in a healthy and Islamic manner and the distribution of goods was carried out with great Mandate.

Abstract

This research is aimed to find out the Social Financial Inclusion of Digital-based and Cooperation in Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (multisite study of BMT UGT Nusantara Pasuruan and BMT NU Ngasem Bojonegoro). This research used descriptive qualitative method. Data analysis used in this research was done by collecting data sources through profound interview, observation, and the Internet, social media of BMT UGT Nusantara Pasuruan and BMT NU Ngasem Bojonegoro. The technic of analyzing qualitative data in this research was done gradually through data colleting, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The finding showed that digital implementation of both BMT is done by using social media and promotion, submission and responsibility for social financial management. The cooperation program was also done by both BMT in order that the social financial can be inclusive. The cooperation concepts that was done by both BMT were; cooperation with inter-BMT sector, cooperation with off-BMT institutions, and cooperation with local organizations or communities. The result showed that the inclusion of digital-based social financial and cooperation in this research is able to increase the competitiveness of BMT.
