Abstract

research present describe the implementation of Sangkumpal Bonang markets retribution policy in Padangsidimpuan City in 2013-2015. In region autonom, the Regency Government have a authority to increase of regency saving by market retributions. In Padangsidimpuan City market retributions have based on district regulation Number 4 in 2010 about retributions of public services.The research use the methode are qualitative methodes that analyze problem research by describe the subject and object conditions based on real fact. This research use location in Padangsidimpuan city and researcher collect data from books, government regulation, jurnal, mass media, website and deep interview with informan likes Head of coperation, Economic creative, industry, trade and market of Padangsidimpuan, Head of Unit Retribution Marekt, Head of section Market, staff of retribution and seller in Sangkumpal Bonang Markets.The conclution of this research are the implementation of Sangkumpal Bonang markets retribution policy in Padangsidimpuan City have done since 2009 and it’s not optimally. Some factos cause low of socialization about regulation market retributions, low of staff quantity and intensif for staff retribution, low of controlling from coperation, Economic creative, industry, trade and market of Padangsidimpuan agency, low of attention seller to pay the market retributions and, so many illegal seller in Sangkumpal Bonang that not payed the retributions.Keywords: implementation, policy, retributions and market.

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM ini diarahkan kepada penguatan Pariwisata lokal berbasis desa dengan menjalankan 3 (tiga) misi sekaligus yaitu Pendidikan Sesuai Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Perguruan Tinggi Kemendikbud, Perekonomian dengan Program Desa Wisata Kemendes dan Pelestarian Hutan Mangrove sesuai program Kementerian Kehutanan dan Lingkungan Hidup. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas dan pelayanan wisata bahari, maka sangat perlu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pembinaan yang intensif terhadap mitra, maka tahap awal yang dilakukan tim adalah memberikan pelatihan mengenai keselamatan kerja, sistem bisnis dan sistem promosi terhadap mitra. Hal ini sangat perlu untuk ditingkatkan agar masyarakat lokal Wisata bahari dapat terus mengembangkan potensi-potensi sumber daya yang ada dan menambah keterampilan masyarakat untuk menghadapi pariwisata era baru. Selanjutnya tim memberikan Pelatihan dan sosialisasi untuk pencatatan keuangan dan pemanfaatan media social untuk promosi. Langkah pertama tim membuatkan akun bisnis dibeberapa sosial media seperti Facebook, Instagram dan media sosial lainnya. Kemudian membuatkan WEB agar para wisatawan dapat lebih mengetahui tentang Wisata Bahari. Langkah selanjutnya adalah pendampingan terhadap mitra untuk membuat postingan semenarik dan sesering mungkin disertai dengan detail keterangan produk seperti khasiat agar konsumen lebih tertarik terhadap produk yang dijual.

Abstract

The qualification of the teaching material coordination developed using Moodle media and the effectiveness of the materials developed to improve student learning outcomes. This research is developmental research. The development model used in this research is the ADDIE model. The data in this study are data on the validity of teaching materials that have been validated by material experts, media experts, and learning designers. The data collected are further analyzed descriptively to find out the effectiveness of the educational materials developed and to know the efficacy of the teaching materials tested. The results of the research show that Moodle-based coordination materials are worthy of being used to improve the learning outcomes of alignment subjects among students in the X class of OTKP Vocational Education at Swasta Bina Satria Medan. On the results of the post-test, there was an increase in the student's learning outcome by 0.033 (0.3 < g ≤ 0.7) with a moderate criterion. Furthermore, Moodle-based coordination teaching materials are effective in improving the learning outcomes of student coordination subjects. Based on the t test, the magnitude of the thitung value is 2,187, while the ttable value is 0,396. This means that the value of thitung > ttable (2,187 > 0,396), so the teaching material is declared effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai perkembangan koperasi syariah di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Meskipun jumlah koperasi syariah jauh lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan jumlah koperasi secara keseluruhan, namun jumlah koperasi syariah cenderung meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Pada tahun 2018, terjadi penurunan yang signifikan dalam jumlah koperasi secara keseluruhan, sedangkan jumlah koperasi syariah justru mengalami peningkatan. Pada tahun-tahun berikutnya, meskipun jumlah koperasi secara keseluruhan mengalami peningkatan, namun jumlah koperasi syariah tetap lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya. Namun pada tahun 2021 dan 2022, jumlah koperasi syariah mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Dari hal ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa meskipun jumlah koperasi secara keseluruhan mengalami fluktuasi dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, namun jumlah koperasi syariah cenderung terus meningkat. Hal ini mencerminkan bahwa masyarakat semakin memperhatikan dan mengapresiasi keberadaan koperasi syariah, dan permintaan terhadap koperasi syariah semakin meningkat di Indonesia.

Abstract

Inclusive economic growth is a key priority in regional development, particularly in areas that adopt an Islamic economic system, such as the City of Banda Aceh. However, challenges such as persistent poverty and the suboptimal utilisation of Islamic philanthropy continue to hinder the strengthening of regional economic performance. This study aims to examine the effects of the Human Development Index (HDI), poverty rate, and zakat/infaq/sedekah (ZIS) on the economic growth of Banda Aceh from 2015 to 2024. A quantitative approach was employed, using a time series linear regression model. Secondary data were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), Baitul Mal Aceh, and other official sources. The findings reveal that HDI has a positive and statistically significant effect on economic growth. In contrast, poverty and ZIS do not have a significant individual impact. Nevertheless, the model demonstrates strong explanatory power, with a significance level of 0.002. These results suggest that improving human capital through HDI is a critical driver of economic growth. Accordingly, development policies in Banda Aceh should prioritise investment in education and health sectors, alongside the expansion of productive zakat programmes, to foster sustainable economic growth rooted in Islamic values.
