Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of organizational effectiveness using the Mc Kinsey 7s Framework Model Approach on Employee Performance. The problem formulation proposed in this research is How Organizational Effectiveness with the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach Influences the Performance of Karangpucung State Vocational School Employees. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method with a questionnaire distribution method. Data collection techniques in this research are literature study and field study. Meanwhile, the technical data analysis used by the author in this research is by distributing questionnaires. From the research results it was found that: The results of the research on measuring organizational effectiveness using the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach have a positive and significant effect on performance, meaning that if measuring organizational effectiveness using the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach increases, it will have an effect on performance.

Abstract

Employees of the Cilacap Tengah District Office, Cilacap Regency often receive criticism from the public. The District itself certainly considers the criticism to be an encouragement and motivation to make the institution's performance even better. This performance improvement can be done through job analysis and career development of each member of the Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. This study aims to determine 1). Analysis of the influence of positions on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees, 2). The influence of career development on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees, and 3). Analysis of the influence of positions and career development on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. Therefore, this study uses quantitative research which then interprets the data to produce descriptive data. While the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that job analysis and career development have a positive effect on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. If job analysis and career development are better, then the performance of the members will also be better, and vice versa if job analysis and career development are worse, then the performance of the Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees will also decrease.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of the community empowerment model through cash-intensive work policies in village development. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were 12 people consisting of 4 Village Government members, 4 BPD members, and 4 community elements. In this study, the method used was a descriptive method or descriptive survey. The researcher used research procedures, namely: (1) orientation stage, (2) exploration stage, and (3) member check stage. The researcher used data processing and analysis techniques in a qualitative approach, namely: data review, data reduction, compilation of units and categories, checking the validity of data, and data interpretation. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Community empowerment in Banjar District Village, Banjar City is carried out by involving the community and village community institutions from development planning, development implementation and evaluation of development results; 2) Villages in Banjar District, Banjar City do not implement the cash-intensive work policy which is one of the priorities for the use of village funds in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, because the benefits and impacts are not as expected; 3) The objectives of village development through the cash-intensive work policy cannot be achieved.
