Abstract

Abstrak Saat ini isu vernakular sedang menjadi bahan perbincangan diseluruh dunia. Vernakular terbentuk karena adanya komunitas yang mempunyai latar belakang budaya dan kepercayaan yang sama. Bangunan vernakular dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti faktor ekologi, budaya, sosial, politik. Kajian ini akan membahas perkampungan adat di Garut yaitu Kampung Naga. Aspek yang diutamakan adalah aspek mitologi setempat yang mempengaruhi terhadap pola tatanan tapak di Kampung Naga. Kajian ini diharapkan kita mendapatkan manfaat, prinsip atau dasar-dasar yang menjadi rujukan saat mendesain pola massa. Secara khususnya dapat digunakan sebagai rujukan untuk mendesain pola tatanan massa yang dilihat dari aspek mitologi. Metoda penelitian yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah metoda penelitian survey, literature, dan wawancara. Faktor budaya dan kepercayaan yang ada di Kampung Naga sangat kuat hingga adanya mitos-mitos setempat yang mepengaruhi dan mengatur kehidupan sosial masyarakat yang ada didalamnya. Pengaruh aspek mitologi yang ada di Kampung Naga sangat erat dan kental disamping kehidupan sosial yang dipengaruhi bahkan pengaruh aspek mitologi ini masuk dalam pembentukan pola tatanan tapak yang ada di Kampung Naga. This study is ecpected to be benefit, principle or fundamentals as the reference when designing the pattern of mass order. Particularry it can be used as a reference ro design patterns masses order viewed from the aspect of mythology. The reaserch method that used in this study are survey reasearch method, literature, and interview. Culture factor and belief in Kampung Naga is really strong so the existence of local myths affecting and controling the social life of the people inside. The impact of mithology aspect in Kampung Naga is really close and viscous besides the social life that is effected, even the influence of this mithology aspect is affecting the pattern of mass order at Kampung Naga.   Keywords : Vernacular, Mythology, Mass Order Patterns

Abstract

ABSTRAKPengaruh teknik diskusi serasehanterhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas ix smp negeri 2 unggulan Maros Kabupaten Maros. Bertujuan untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan keterampilan berbicara sebelum menggunakan teknik diskusi sarasehan  siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Unggulan Maros Kabupaten Maros. (2) Mendeskripsikan keterampilan berbicara sesudah menggunakan teknik diskusi Serasehan  siswa kelas IX  SMP Negeri 2 Unggulan Maros Kabupaten Maros. (3) Mengetahui pengaruh teknik diskusi Serasehan terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas IX  SMP Negeri 2 Unggulan Maros Kabupaten Maros. Metode penelitian  yaitu pre eksperimen. Variabel peneltian terdiri dari dua jenis, yaitu variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Desain atau medel penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian yang bersifat pre eksperimen jenis one group design dengan menggunakan pre-tes dan post-tes. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes. Instrumen tes yaitu berbicara, siswa ditugaskan berbicara dalam proses diskusi. Keterampilan berbicara sebelum menggunakan teknik diskusi sarasehan Siswa Kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Unggulan Maros Kabupaten Maros ditemukan tidak terampil karena dari 27 sampel hanya 3 siswa yang mencapai SKM dan mendapat nilai 75 ke atas, dan 24 siswa tidak mencapai SKM dan mendapatkan nilai 75 ke bawah, diklasifikasikan  sangat rendah dengan  nilai rata-rata 48,96. Keterampilan berbicara sesudah menggunakan teknik diskusi sarasehan Siswa Kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Unggulan Maros Kabupaten Maros ditemukan terampil karena dari 27 sampel  16 siswa mencapai SKM dan mendapat nilai 75 ke atas, dan 11 siswa tidak mencapai SKM dan mendapatkan nilai 75 ke bawah, diklasifikasikan  sedang dengan  nilai rata-rata 73,62. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara keterampilan berbicara sebelum dan setelah menggunakan teknik diskusi sarasehan siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Unggulan Maros Kabupaten Maros karena hasil perhitungan statistik inferensial jenis uji t  diperoleh t hitung > t tabel dengan nilai 10,636 > 1,705.Kata Kunci: Pengaruh, Teknik diskusi, serasehan, terhadap Keterampilan, Berbicara.

Abstract

One of the efforts to create quality human is to improve the quality of education. Needs of the learners to get an international quality education occurs in primary education to higher education. Even now, many senior high school (SMA) which is developing itself into an international school or have international standards. With the application of international school expected students will eventually be able to compete and mempunnyai strong intellectual foundation. The purpose of this study to try to accommodate the demands of school that can develop in accordance with the times, which in this case is focused into the provision of physical infrastructure building to support the activities therein. Literature, field studies as well as studies banding. From this project is expected to create a school for the future. Both in terms of science and green building design. Abstract

Research on anger management has been widely carried out, especially in Indonesia, so it is necessary to re-evaluate the psychometric characteristics of the anger management scale made by researchers using the Rasch model method. This study aims to analyze the psychometric characteristics of the anger management scale which is used to measure students' ability to manage anger emotions using the Rasch model approach. Respondents in this study were 103 respondents consisting of 35 men and 68 women with an age range of 15-19 years. This study shows that the discriminatory power of items ranges from 0.57 to 0.72. This study also shows that there are three items that are invalid in terms of the validity of the content of the anger management scale, and are classified as valid in terms of construct validity and rating scales which indicate that the answer choices given are understandable and can be differentiated by research respondents. This study also shows that the overall anger management scale is relatively reliable (α = 0.89). Therefore, the anger management scale has good quality psychometric properties and is in accordance with the Rasch model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi promosi pemasangan iklan di Radio Venus FM Makassar, penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan solusi terhadap masalah yang sedang dihadapi berdasarkan informasi yang ada saat ini. Lokasi pelaksanaan penelitian terletak di Radio Venus FM Makassar, yang terletak di Komp. Permata Hijau Permai Blok L Nomor 9 Kota Makassar, pada hari Kamis, 14 Desember 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Radio Venus FM Makassar menerapkan strategi promosi untuk mempertahankan segmentasi iklan dengan menciptakan konten yang menarik bagi segmen pendengar utamanya, yaitu anak muda Venus. Inovasi program baru & pendekatan kepada klien, termasuk melibatkan pendengar & masyarakat dalam kegiatan langsung, menjadi salah satu metode efektif untuk menyampaikan pesan merek. Dalam usaha untuk meningkatkan pemasangan iklan di Radio Venus FM, faktor-faktor yang berperan meliputi format program acara yang mencakup segmen pendengar dari remaja hingga dewasa. Selain itu, kerja sama yang baik dengan bermacam jenis pihak & penyelenggaraan beragam acara oleh Radio Venus FM diharapkan bisa memberikan dampak positif tidak hanya bagi masyarakat umum tetapi juga untuk radio itu sendiri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami relasi ekonomi media dan kepentingan politik pemilik media di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam, analisis dokumen, dan observasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa relasi ekonomi media dan kepentingan politik pemilik media di Indonesia sangat erat. Pemilik media menggunakan media massa untuk mempromosikan kepentingan politik mereka, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.

Abstract

Sentra allow children to manipulate various objects, engage in role playing conversations with their friends, explore, interact physically, emotionally, socially and cognitively as well as other interesting varied activities. Sentra provide opportunities for children to play individually, in small or large groups and even classically. Children are allowed to choose activities that interest them and will eventually make children active and interactive learners. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method in the case of Al Azhar Kindergarten. The mapping results show that there is a tendency for students to use mattresses in carrying out activities. The lack of furniture makes students look for a comfortable position when doing activities. Space elements can create an atmosphere that suits the character of the child.  The use of soft foam mattresses as a base with bright colour can provide a sense of security because it suits the character of active children.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of communication, job satisfaction, and organizational culture on employee performance at the Medan Amplas Sub-district Office. The research used a quantitative method with a survey approach, involving 50 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that communication, job satisfaction, and organizational culture partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Communication has the greatest influence compared to other variables. The determination coefficient shows that 75.4% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these three variables. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of improving the quality of communication, job satisfaction, and organizational culture in order to improve employee performance in the government environment.

Abstract

The problems faced in this study include (1) How does the service quality component influence in terms of direct evidence (tangibles) on the satisfaction of KUR product debtors at PT Bank BNI (TBK) KC Bandung? (2) How does the service quality component influence in terms of reliability on the satisfaction of KUR product debtors at PT Bank BNI (TBK) KC Bandung? (3) How does the service quality component influence in terms of responsiveness on the satisfaction of KUR product debtors at PT Bank BNI (TBK) KC Bandung? (4) How does the service quality component influence in terms of assurance on the satisfaction of KUR product debtors at PT Bank BNI (TBK) KC Bandung? (5) How does the service quality component influence in terms of empathy on the satisfaction of KUR product debtors at PT Bank BNI (TBK) KC Bandung? (6) How do the service quality components consisting of direct evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy influence the satisfaction of KUR product debtors at PT Bank BNI (TBK) KC Bandung? The purpose of this study is to study, find out, and analyze the influence of service quality components consisting of direct evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on the satisfaction of KUR product debtors at PT Bank BNI (TBK) KC Bandung. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis, namely validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Direct evidence (tangibles) has a positive effect on debtor satisfaction. This means that if direct evidence (tangibles) is increased, then debtor satisfaction will also increase. (2) Reliability has a positive effect on debtor satisfaction. This means that if reliability is increased, then debtor satisfaction will also increase. (3) Responsiveness has a positive effect on debtor satisfaction. This means that if responsiveness is increased, then debtor satisfaction will also increase. (4) Assurance has a positive effect on debtor satisfaction. This means that if direct evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are increased, then debtor satisfaction will also increase. (5) Empathy has a positive effect on the level of debtor satisfaction. This means that if empathy is increased, then debtor satisfaction will also increase. (6) Direct evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a positive effect on debtor satisfaction. This means that if direct evidence (tangibles), reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are increased, then debtor satisfaction will also increase.
