Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada uji pengaruh biaya promosi dan Kuantitas SDM Terhadap Jumlah Mahasiswa Baru Di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Galuh Ciamis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh digunakan Korelasi Pearson Product Moment (PPM), Korelasi Ganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Regresi Sederhana, Regresi Ganda dan Uji Hipotesis menggunakan Uji Signifikansi (Uji t dan Uji F). Hasil dari penelitian dan pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa 1). Biaya promosi memiliki hubungan sangat kuat (r = 0,81), mempunyai arah yang positif dan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap jumlah mahasiswa baru di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Galuh Ciamis karena dimana t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 2,41 2,353. ; 2). Kuantitas SDM dalam hal ini dosen, memiliki hubungan kuat (r = 0,70) dan mempunyai arah yang positif namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah mahasiswa baru di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Galuh Ciamis hal tersebut dikarenakan t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel yaitu 1,70 2,353. ; 3). Biaya promosi dan kuantitas SDM secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan sangat kuat dan mempunyai arah yang positif ,namun tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah mahasiswa baru di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Galuh Ciamis dan hal tersebut terjadi karena F hitung lebih kecil dari F tabel yaitu 4,88 19,00.

Abstract

Pemberian ASI membantu bayi memulai kehidupannya dengan baik, kolostrum yaitu susu jolong atau susu pertama mengandung antibodi yang kuat untuk mencegah infeksi dan membantu bayi menjadi kuat. Masih banyak ibu yang tidak memberikan kolostrum pada bayinya. Data Riskesdas 2010 diprovinsi Lampung kolostrum yang diberikan semua 75,8%, dibuang sebagian 17,7% dan yang dibuang semua 6,5% Tujuan penelitian diketahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan pemberian kolostrum di BPS Suratmi, Amd.Keb Pringkumpul Kabupaten Pringsewu 2015. Desain penelitian analitik, serta menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Tehnik sampling yang digunakan total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 22 ibu nifas. Uji yang digunakan chi square dengan derajat kepercayaan 95%.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan ibu nifas dengan pemberian kolostrum 31,8% berpengetahuan baik, 40,9% cukup baik, dan 27,3% kurang baik. Bayi yang diberikan kolostrum 45,5% dan 54,5 % tidak diberikan. Tedapat hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan ibu nifas dengan pemberian kolostrum. Disarankan bagi ibu melahirkan hendaknya memberikan kolostrum pada bayinya.Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, ibu nifas, dan pemberian kolostrum

Abstract

The incentive system at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital is not optimal in terms of proportionality, that is, there are quite significant differences in the receipt of incentives for nursing staff for the same item and in the same month. Apart from that, employee performance is not yet optimal in terms of work quality, namely there is still a lot of work that is not completed on time, employee attitudes are less friendly towards visitors, and employees are not quick and agile in serving patient wishes. Furthermore, working time is not optimal because there are still complaints, especially doctors' hours which are sometimes not on time and nurses have not been able to make good use of working time so that their work is not fulfilled according to the schedule set by the hospital. The research was conducted using a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative design. The data analysis techniques used are Data Reduction, Data Presentation, Conclusion Drawing, and Triangulation. The results of the research show that (1) The service incentive system at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital is not optimal, this is because the indicators in the service incentive system are not running optimally, namely proportionality, but the indicators of performance, professionalism, distributiveness and teamwork are running optimally. (2) The performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital is not yet optimal, this is because the performance indicators have not been optimal, namely the quality produced and working time, but the quantity produced and cooperation has run optimally. (3) The service incentive system can improve employee performance at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital. This means that the better the service incentive system, the higher the employee performance at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital.

Abstract

Overall patient satisfaction at the Pandega Hospital Inpatient Installation, Pangandaran Regency may be considered less than optimal in terms of suitability and consistency. Concerns regarding appropriateness arise from the lack of services provided by physicians and nurses in a timely and consistent manner. In particular, nurses were not adept at adequately explaining the necessary steps to patients. The level of patient satisfaction is influenced by the standard of service provided, and it is proven that Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital is still lagging behind in terms of reliability and responsiveness. The reliability of nurses is still lacking in providing comprehensive, thorough and fast services in accordance with the timeframe and responsiveness that has been determined, with nurses showing reluctance to handle patient complaints. This research was conducted using an explanatory survey method with quantitative methodology. The data analysis methodology used includes instrument testing to assess validity and reliability, research model testing using the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using the t-test. The research results show that the level of service provided at the Pandega Pangandaran Hospital Inpatient Installation is of a high standard. Has the highest score on the empathy indicator and the lowest score on the responsiveness indicator. The level of patient satisfaction at the Pandega Pangandaran Hospital Inpatient Installation is quite high. Has the highest score on the aesthetic indicator and the lowest score on the suitability indicator. The research results found that service quality has a strong and beneficial influence on patient satisfaction at the Inpatient Installation of Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital. Thus, there is a direct relationship between the level of excellent service and patient satisfaction at the Pandega Pangandaran Hospital Inpatient Installation.

Abstract

Employee performance is not optimal, this can be seen from the level of punctuality which gets the lowest score. Based on the results of an interview with the head of the civil service section at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital, punctuality has decreased because there are still employees coming and going home not according to the specified schedule. The level of quality (quality) is not yet optimal, this is because employees are not doing their work on time according to the predetermined targets. Employee performance is influenced by training and work motivation. Overall, it can be concluded that the training at Pandega Hospital, Pangandaran Regency has not been fully effective. Employee responses to the implementation of training education in 2023 show that there is a lack of achievement. This is because the training materials and techniques are not appropriate to the objectives and cannot be understood by participants. Overall motivation at Pandega Hospital, Pangandaran Regency can be said to be mediocre. This can be seen from the employee's response to the existence indicator which is the lowest indicator. The monthly salary provided is not enough to meet the daily needs of employees, while the health insurance offered by the company functions as a motivating factor for employees. This research uses a descriptive and case study approach, with a quantitative design. The data analysis techniques used include testing instruments to assess validity and reliability, testing research models using the coefficient of determination, and testing hypotheses through t tests and F tests. The results of the research show that (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at RSUD Pandega Pangandaran. This means that if training is improved, the performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital will also increase. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital. This means that if work motivation is increased, the performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital will also increase. (3) Training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital. This means that if training and work motivation are improved, the performance of employees at Pandega Pangandaran Regional Hospital will also increase.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of organizational effectiveness using the Mc Kinsey 7s Framework Model Approach on Employee Performance. The problem formulation proposed in this research is How Organizational Effectiveness with the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach Influences the Performance of Karangpucung State Vocational School Employees. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method with a questionnaire distribution method. Data collection techniques in this research are literature study and field study. Meanwhile, the technical data analysis used by the author in this research is by distributing questionnaires. From the research results it was found that: The results of the research on measuring organizational effectiveness using the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach have a positive and significant effect on performance, meaning that if measuring organizational effectiveness using the McKinsey 7S Framework Model Approach increases, it will have an effect on performance.

Abstract

The problems faced in this study include (1) How does work discipline affect the work ethic of PT Panjunan Tasikmalaya employees? (2) How does commitment affect the work ethic of PT Panjunan Tasikmalaya employees? (3) How do work discipline and commitment affect the work ethic of PT Panjunan Tasikmalaya employees? This study aims to study, find out, and analyze (1) The effect of work discipline on the work ethic of PT Panjunan Tasikmalaya employees. (2) The effect of commitment on the work ethic of PT Panjunan Tasikmalaya employees. (3) The effect of work discipline and commitment on the work ethic of PT Panjunan Tasikmalaya employees. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis, namely validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression (Multiple Regression). The results of the study inform that (1) Discipline at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya is very high. With the highest value on the responsibility indicator and the lowest value on the obedience indicator. Discipline has a positive effect on employee work ethic at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya. This means that if discipline is increased, then employee work ethic at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya will also increase. (2) Commitment at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya is high. With the highest value on the sense of belonging indicator (sense of belonging) and the lowest value on the sense of passion for work indicator. Commitment has a positive effect on employee work ethic at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya. This means that if commitment is increased, then employee work ethic at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya will also increase. (3) Employee work ethic at PT. Panjunan Tasikmalaya is very high. With the highest value on the indicator of interpersonal skills and the lowest value on the indicator of reliability.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several problems, including the low effectiveness of employee work at the University of Struggle Tasikmalaya, this is thought to be caused by the suboptimal implementation of SOPs carried out by the university so that employee work results are not in accordance with the provisions set. In addition, the quality of work life is less supportive so that there are still employees who have not been able to complete a job according to the time that has been set. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of standard operating procedures and quality of work life on work effectiveness at the University of Struggle, Tasikmalaya City. This study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The respondents in this study were 132 employees at the University of Struggle Tasikmalaya, so the author took samples using the simple random sampling technique so that the number of samples in this study was 57 people. Analysis was carried out on data collected from observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis stage began with validity tests, reliability, transformation of ordinal values ​​to intervals, and data analysis in a verifiable/quantitative manner. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Standard operating procedures have an effect on work effectiveness at the University of Struggle Tasikmalaya. This means that the better the implementation of standard operating procedures for all employees in the University of Struggle environment, the more effective the employees' work will be. 2) Quality of work life has an effect on work effectiveness at the University of Struggle Tasikmalaya. This means that the better the quality of work life at the University of Struggle, the more effective the work will be. 3) Standard operating procedures and quality of work life on work effectiveness at the University of Struggle, Tasikmalaya City. This means that the better the implementation of standard operating procedures and the better the quality of work life at the University of Struggle, the more effective the work will be.

Abstract

Employees of the Cilacap Tengah District Office, Cilacap Regency often receive criticism from the public. The District itself certainly considers the criticism to be an encouragement and motivation to make the institution's performance even better. This performance improvement can be done through job analysis and career development of each member of the Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. This study aims to determine 1). Analysis of the influence of positions on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees, 2). The influence of career development on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees, and 3). Analysis of the influence of positions and career development on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. Therefore, this study uses quantitative research which then interprets the data to produce descriptive data. While the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that job analysis and career development have a positive effect on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. If job analysis and career development are better, then the performance of the members will also be better, and vice versa if job analysis and career development are worse, then the performance of the Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees will also decrease.
