Abstract

With the increase in tourists visiting the city of Bandung either locally or foreigner provide a very positive impact for the development of the tourism industry. Researchers highlight the culinary tourism because tourism product still very rare to be studied, which in fact provide tremendous value to the image formation. The purpose of the study was to describe the perception of tourist to the city’s image from the aspects of cognitive Bandung culinary, travellers describe the perception of the image of the city of London seen from the affective aspects of culinary tourism in Bandung, also explains the perception of tourists to the overall image of the city of Bandung as a culinary tourism. Results are expected to assist stakeholders in developing the availability of facilities at the site of a culinary tour of Bandung city, so travellers can further increase the desire to revisit the city of Bandung. Bandung city government should continue to improve and develop the potential of the attractiveness, uniqueness, and diversity of the typical culinary offerings in the city in a structured and focused, which in turn can make the city of Bandung as a superior culinary tourism destination.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi terhadap tingkat hunian kamar di Favehotel Cimanuk Garut. Hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah promosi berpengaruh terhadap tingkat hunian kamar, menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana karena dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yaitu Promosi sebagai variabel independen (X) dan Tingkat hunian kamar sebagai variabel dependen (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan asosiatif.  Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang yang merupakan tamu yang pernah menginap di Favehotel Cimanuk Garut, dimana sampel ini diidentifikasi menggunakan rumus populasi yang tidak diketahui dan teknik non-probability sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan tools IBM SPSS ver 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi berpengaruh terhadap tingkat hunian kamar di Favehotel Cimanuk Garut karena setiap kenaikan 1% dari promosi akan meningkatkan tingkat hunian kamar sebesar 34,8%. Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat hunian kamar. Semakin tinggi upaya promosi, maka tingkat hunian kamar akan semakin progresif.

Abstract

Berlokasi di Jalan Cimanuk No 38,Garut. D’Anclom memiliki lokasi yang strategis. Penelitian yang dibuat bermaksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel dining atmosphere dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Data dalam penelitian didapatkan melalui internet, rujukan artikel dan kuesioner yang disebar melalui link Google form. Setelah melakukan beberapa uji dalam aplikasi SPSS, data menunjukkan jika dining atmosphere dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasil uji tersebut menjadikan para konsumen D’Anclom datang secara berulang (langganan), karena unsur yang terkandung dalam kedua variabel saling memiliki hubungan untuk keberlangsungan usaha satu ini.

Abstract

Pengujian antara pengaruh usia terhadap aktualisasi diri pada karyawan Usaha UMKM Kerajinan Kulit Garut dilakukan pada penelitian ini, dimana variabel moderasi digunakan pada lingkungan kerja. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan UMKM Kerajinan Kulit Garut dengan sampel berjumlah 96 orang. Dari data yang fundamental hingga data minor digunakan pada penelitian ini. dari penelitian dan pengujian menunjukan bahwa gender dan usia memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan bagi aktualisasi diri, penyebab perubahan penting dalam mengaktualisasikan diri adalah dari lingkup kerja. Moderasi pada lingkup tersebut dapat memperkuat pengaruh usia terhadap aktualisasi diri, namun memperlemah pengaruh gender terhadap aktualisasi diri. R-Square yang didapat nilai sebesar 0,870, menunjukkan kaitan antara variabel gender, usia, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap aktualisasi diri sangat kuat dan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 87,0%. Adanya hasil yang signifikan ini dapat membantu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan UMKM Kerajinan Kulit Garut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hasil Analisis Kebijakan Pembangunan Pariwisata Berkelanjutan di Taman Wisata Alam Gunung Papandayan Pasca COVID-19. Metode penelitian memakai metode deskriptif yang bersifat kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data memakai data primer dan data sekunder, data primer penelitian ini berupa hasil wawancara dengan Staf TWA Gunung Papandayan dan data sekunder bersumber dari buku, jurnal ilmiah, bahan referensi dan sumber lainnya yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Teknik dalam menganalisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam menganalisis data memakai teknik wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah TWA Gunung Papandayan mempunyai kebijakan pariwisata berkelanjutan dengan melakukan kewajiban pembangunan sesuai RKT (Rencana Kinerja Tahunan), yaitu melakukan perbaikan fasilitas, membuat fasilitas baru dan membuat objek baru yang menjadikan hal tersebut sebuah inovasi baru yang menyebabkan keberlanjutannya pariwisata.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the noteworthy impact that tourist experiences and unauthorised charges have on the inclination to return to the tourism region of Cipanas.The sample consists of 100 respondents, which were collected using purposive sampling technique. The type of research conducted is quantitative, where the researcher distributed interval-scaled questionnaires to visitors and the data was subjected to analysis through the application of multiple linear regression using SPSS. as a research tool. Based on the discussion and analysis, the regression model in this study is Y = 4,443 + 0,041X1 + 0,05X2, where the regression model has a positive value, indicating that the influence of tourist experience and illegal fees on the intention to revisit is positive. Based on the partial test results, it can be inferred that the tourist experience has a notable and affirmative impact on the willingness to revisi, as seen from the results of the tourist experience variable with T-count (3.680) > T-table (1.661) and sig value < (0.05). However, the illegal fees variable has T-count (0.190) < T-table (1.661) and sig value > (0.05), which means that the illegal fees variable has no significant impact on the willingness to revisi. The simultaneous testing results indicate that both variables have a significant impact on the willingness to revisit, as seen from the F-count value (7.599) > F-table (3.090) and sig value (0.001) < (0.05). The analysis of determination shows that the contribution of tourist experience and illegal fees on the intention to revisit is 0.118 or 11.8%, which means that visitor satisfaction does not depend on tourist experience and illegal fees alone. he remaining 88.2% can be attributed to other factors that were not examined in this study, such as tourism attractions, ease of access, accomodation, and others. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of instagramability and social media on the decision to revisit tourists at the Situhapa Rose Garden tourist attraction. The analysis of this study uses the decision to visit as the dependent variable, by combining instagramable and social media variables as independent variables and using multiple linear regression tests as data analysis assisted by IBM SPSS software version 20.0. The data collection method used in this study was to distribute questionnaires to the research sample, namely tourists at the Rose Garden tourist attraction with a total sample of 100 respondents who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The regression model in this study is Y = 2.709+0.954X_1+1.631X_2. This study shows that instagramable and social media variables simultaneously influence visiting decisions. Furthermore, the instagramable variable has a partial effect on the decision to visit, then the social media variable has a partial effect on the decision to visit. The ability to observe instagramable and social media variables in explaining their relationship to the visiting decision variable statistically is 74.5% (D) and the remaining 25.5% is determined by variations in other variables that are not examined. Abstract

This research evaluates the impact of tourism on environmental sustainability at Situ Bagendit, a natural tourist destination in Garut Regency, West Java. The increase in tourist numbers has led to both positive and negative environmental impacts, such as water pollution, waste accumulation, and ecosystem degradation. The mixed-methods approach used in this study involved field observations, interviews with local stakeholders, and surveys with tourists and residents. The findings indicate significant challenges, including pollution from motorized boats and inadequate waste management, but also highlight increased community awareness and sustainable initiatives. The study recommends improvements in environmental regulations, waste management systems, and educational programs for tourists.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the picture related to instagrammable, memorable tourism experience and revisit intention, as well as examining the impact of instagramable and memorable tourism experience on revisit intention at Situ Bagendit after revitalization using descriptive and verification quantitative methods. The data collection technique was carried out through distributing questionnaires and then the data was analyzed using the structural equation model partial least squares (SEM-PLS) with statistical tools in the form of SMART-PLS version 3. This research resulted in an overall picture related to instagrammability, memorable tourism experience and revisit intention. in Situ Bagendit after revitalization it is in the good category. Apart from that, it was found that there was a positive and significant influence of instagrammable and MTE on the intention to revisit Situ Bagendit after revitalization.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what factors drive the decision of Umrah pilgrims to choose PT.Intan Raudah Madinah (IRM) Tour and Travel and the most dominant factor. The research method used in this research is exploratory factor analysis. Data collection techniques used are literature studies and field studies such as surveys, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were Umrah pilgrims who had already departed for IRM tour and travel in 2022. The sample used in this study was the purposive sampling method of 131 respondents. The data was tested using exploratory factor analysis with the help of IBM SPSS version 26. Based on the results of this study, the decision rate of Umrah pilgrims choosing PT. Intan Raudah Madinah (IRM) Tour and Travel is in the very high criteria. In factor analysis, of the 20 indicators determined after the correlation test was carried out, they were reduced to 18 indicators. After carrying out the factoring and rotation processes, 5 factors are formed correctly according to their correlation values, namely responsive and friendly factors, trust factors, service factors, responsibility factors, and safety and location factors. Of these 5 factors, the most dominating are responsive and friendly factors consisting of being responsive to needs, friendly, safe transportation, and affordable hotels.
