Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki kontribusi penelitian dalam pengembangan produk pertanian inovatif melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Dengan memanfaatkan data bibliometrik dari basis data Web of Science atau Scopus, analisis ini mengidentifikasi tren penelitian dominan, kontribusi peneliti terkemuka, dan peluang penelitian selanjutnya dalam pengembangan produk pertanian. Hasilnya memberikan wawasan mendalam kepada para pemangku kepentingan di sektor pertanian, termasuk praktisi, peneliti, dan pengambil kebijakan, yang dapat digunakan sebagai landasan untuk pengambilan keputusan strategis, pengembangan kebijakan berbasis bukti, dan stimulasi kolaborasi untuk inovasi yang berkelanjutan dalam pertanian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dinamika tren dalam pengelolaan sampah melalui analisis bibliometrik menggunakan VOSviewer, menyoroti pergeseran fokus dari teknologi daur ulang ke peningkatan kesadaran akan dampak lingkungan dan respons terhadap isu global seperti pandemi COVID-19. Melalui visualisasi jaringan kata kunci, kami mengidentifikasi klaster utama yang berkaitan dengan polusi plastik, daur ulang, dan dampak lingkungan. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa, meskipun ada penelitian yang ekstensif mengenai pengelolaan plastik dan daur ulang, masih terdapat peluang penelitian signifikan dalam pengelolaan bahan seperti kaca dan logam, yang relatif kurang dieksplorasi. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya pendekatan yang lebih holistik dan berkelanjutan dalam pengelolaan sampah, yang tidak hanya efektif secara teknis tetapi juga mendukung keberlanjutan sosial dan ekonomi serta responsif terhadap perubahan kondisi global.

Abstract

Penelitian kuantitatif ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja guru, kebijakan sekolah, dan efektivitas manajemen pendidikan di sekolah menengah pertama di Jawa Tengah. Sampel sebanyak 300 pendidik berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini, dengan memberikan informasi demografis dan tanggapan terhadap instrumen survei terstruktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menganalisis hubungan antara konstruk-konstruk utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja guru dan efektivitas manajemen pendidikan. Selain itu, kebijakan sekolah memediasi hubungan ini, menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan yang dibuat dengan baik berkontribusi dalam memperkuat dampak positif dari kepuasan kerja guru terhadap manajemen pendidikan yang efektif. Model ini menunjukkan indeks kecocokan yang kuat, yang menekankan validitasnya. Temuan studi ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para pembuat kebijakan pendidikan, administrator, dan praktisi yang ingin meningkatkan kualitas manajemen pendidikan di Jawa Tengah.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the use of people analytics and talent management in improving the quality and productivity of human resources in manufacturing companies in West Java. The rapid development of digital transformation and Industry 4.0 has encouraged manufacturing organizations to adopt data-driven human resource management practices to enhance operational efficiency and workforce competitiveness. This study uses a quantitative research approach involving 150 respondents from manufacturing companies in West Java. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 3 software. The variables examined include people analytics, talent management, human resource quality, and human resource productivity. The results indicate that people analytics has a positive and significant effect on human resource quality with a path coefficient of 0.381 and a T-statistic of 5.842. Talent management also positively affects human resource quality with a path coefficient of 0.472 and a T-statistic of 7.116. Furthermore, human resource quality significantly influences human resource productivity with a path coefficient of 0.844 and a T-statistic of 18.527. The findings demonstrate that the integration of people analytics and talent management contributes significantly to improving workforce competency, professionalism, and productivity in manufacturing organizations. This study provides theoretical contributions to human resource management literature and practical implications for manufacturing companies in developing data-driven HR strategies and sustainable talent development systems to improve organizational competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze tourists’ interest in visiting destinations around Ubud through perceptions of overtourism, preferences for alternative destinations, and the search for authentic experiences. The increasing concentration of tourists in major tourism destinations has generated various issues related to overcrowding, environmental pressure, and declining travel comfort, encouraging tourists to seek alternative tourism experiences outside mainstream destinations. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 250 respondents consisting of domestic and international tourists who had visited or planned to visit destinations around Ubud, Bali. Data were collected through questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings indicate that overtourism perception significantly influences tourists’ preference for alternative destinations and authentic experience seeking. Furthermore, preference for alternative destinations and authentic experience seeking were found to positively and significantly affect tourists’ visiting interest. The results suggest that tourists increasingly prefer destinations that offer lower crowd density, environmental comfort, cultural immersion, and meaningful tourism experiences. This study contributes to sustainable tourism literature by explaining the behavioral transformation of tourists in response to overtourism conditions in popular tourism destinations. The findings also provide practical implications for tourism destination managers and policymakers in developing sustainable tourism strategies through destination diversification and preservation of authentic local experiences in Bali tourism.

Abstract

Behavioral finance has emerged as a prominent research field that challenges the traditional assumption of investor rationality by incorporating psychological, cognitive, and emotional factors into financial decision-making. This study aims to map the intellectual structure, research trends, and collaborative patterns within behavioral finance literature through a bibliometric analysis. Data were collected from the Scopus database and analyzed using VOSviewer to examine keyword co-occurrence, overlay visualization, density visualization, co-authorship networks, institutional collaboration, country collaboration, and citation performance. The results reveal that behavioral finance, finance, and decision making constitute the core themes of the field, with strong associations to investor sentiment, behavioral biases, financial literacy, risk perception, and investment behavior. Overlay visualization indicates a recent shift toward technology-oriented topics such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and data mining, reflecting the increasing integration of digital technologies into financial research. The co-authorship and collaboration analyses demonstrate that research activities are concentrated among a limited number of influential authors, institutions, and countries, particularly the United States, China, the United Kingdom, India, and Australia. Citation analysis highlights the enduring influence of seminal works on investor behavior, financial literacy, market efficiency, and social media sentiment. The findings suggest that behavioral finance has evolved into a multidisciplinary and globally connected research domain with expanding opportunities in fintech, digital finance, sustainable investing, and artificial intelligence applications. This study contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the development and future directions of behavioral finance research.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan pesat ekonomi digital telah meningkatkan persaingan antar startup, sehingga organisasi perlu terus beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi dan menerapkan strategi inovatif untuk mempertahankan kinerja bisnis dan daya saing. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meneliti peran adaptasi digital dan strategi inovasi dalam memengaruhi kinerja bisnis dan daya saing di antara startup di Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode survei yang melibatkan 150 pendiri startup, manajer, dan pemilik bisnis yang beroperasi di berbagai sektor. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur menggunakan skala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi digital secara signifikan dan positif memengaruhi strategi inovasi, kinerja bisnis, dan daya saing. Strategi inovasi juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis dan daya saing. Lebih lanjut, kinerja bisnis secara signifikan meningkatkan daya saing startup dan berfungsi sebagai mekanisme penting di mana adaptasi digital dan strategi inovasi berkontribusi pada keunggulan kompetitif. Model struktural menunjukkan daya penjelas yang substansial, dengan adaptasi digital, strategi inovasi, dan kinerja bisnis menjelaskan 70,3% varians dalam daya saing. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa startup yang berhasil mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dan mengembangkan strategi berorientasi inovasi lebih mungkin mencapai kinerja yang unggul dan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Studi ini berkontribusi pada literatur tentang transformasi digital, manajemen inovasi, dan kewirausahaan dengan memberikan bukti empiris dari ekosistem startup Indonesia dan menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi para pemimpin startup dan pembuat kebijakan yang berupaya memperkuat daya saing bisnis di era digital.
