Abstract

Peningkatan kinerja karyawan PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa dilakukan dengan cara rekrutmen pegawai. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan analisis perekrutan pegawai dalam peningkatan kerja karyawan PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa interview, pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perekrutan karyawan di PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa sudah sesuai, karena karyawan yang direkrut mampu menguasai dalam bidang pengetahuan, kemampuan ataupun keahlian. Kata kunci: kinerja karyawan, manajemen, pengembangan SDM, pola rekrutmen ABSTRACT Employee performance improvement of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa is carried out by employee recruitment. The purpose of this study is to describe how the analysis of Human Resource Management (HRM) on employee recruitment to improve performance of employee at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The research was started at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa with data collection in observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the recruitment of employees at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa was appropriate, because the recruited employees were able to master the field of knowledge, skills or expertise. Keywords: employee performance, HR development, management, pattern recruitment

Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil (UMK) merupakan sektor ekonomi yang mampu memberdayakan dan membangun kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan UMK di Provinsi Jawa Barat dan mengetahui peranan UMK terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Jawa Barat selama kurun waktu 2006-2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama tahun 2006 hingga 2016, UMK di Provinsi Jawa Barat mengalami peningkatan. Laju pertumbuhan jumlah UMK tertinggi berada di Kota Banjars sebesar 91% dan terendah di Kabupaten Ciamis sebesar 11%. Dalam hal penyerapan tenaga kerja, UMK di Provinsi Jawa Barat memiliki peranan besar selama kurun waktu 2006 hingga 2016. Tenaga kerja paling banyak terserap pada sektor perdagangan besar dan eceran sebesar 39,86% pada tahun 2006 dan 41,03% pada tahun 2016.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan inflasi, tingkat pengangguran, dan daya beli masyarakat di Kabupaten Bogor. Metode penelitian menggunakan data sekunder berupa data panel pada tahun 2016 - 2018 yang diperoleh dari BPS dan BAPPEDA. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi dan tingkat pengangguran memiliki pengaruh terhadap daya beli masyarakat di Kabupaten Bogor. Hal ini mengandung arti bahwa apabila inflasi dan tingkat pengangguran meningkat maka akan menurunkan daya beli masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan bahwa pemerintah harus tetap mengontrol dan menjaga tingkat inflasi. Ekonomi harus tetap dipacu pertumbuhannya. Tingkat pengangguran harus diturunkan setiap tahun.

Abstract

Developments that occur within the company require the role of employees in order to help improve company performance. In this development, it is necessary to have a commitment given by employees to the company. Of course, it is necessary to have a factor that can affect the commitment shown by employees, namely through the work-life balance and the satisfaction felt by the employees. The method used by the researcher is a systematic literature review that focuses on work life balance, job satisfaction and commitment. The results prove that the role of work-life balance and the satisfaction felt by employees are able to shape the desire of employees to give their commitment. The role of work-life balance and job satisfaction can affect organizational commitment. The commitment given by employees must be based on satisfaction in order to form high loyalty behavior. The more satisfied the employee, the more committed the employee will be to the company.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peranan Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap inovasi UKM melalui orientasi kewirausahaan. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif. Responden penelitian ini yaitu UKM bidang pertanian di Kabupaten Bogor. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada keterkaitan program CSR dengan orientasi kewirausahaan dan inovasi UKM. Ditemukan juga bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan inovasi UKM. Program CSR juga berdampak pada inovasi UKM dengan melibatkan orientasi kewirausahaan untuk memperkuat program CSR pada inovasi UKM. Kata kunci: corporate social responsibility, inovasi UKM, orientasi kewirausahaan  ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to determine the role of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program on SME innovation through entrepreneurial orientation. Research methodology using quantitative. The respondents of this research are SMEs in the field of agriculture in Bogor Regency. The sampling of this research used purposive random sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that there is a relationship between CSR programs and SME entrepreneurship and innovation orientation. It was also found that entrepreneurship orientation was significantly correlated with SME innovation. The CSR program also has an impact on SME innovation by involving an entrepreneurial orientation to strengthen the CSR program for SME innovation. Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, entrepreneurship orientation, SME innovation

Abstract

Globalization has a social impact in the form of poverty. Meanwhile, poverty data in West Java Province, Indonesia, will increase in 2021 by 999,960 people. In addition to education, a country's poverty level shows its citizens' welfare. Therefore the poverty level in that country must be considered. In the Sustainable Development Goals, poverty is the priority scale to be considered. Therefore, forecasting is quite crucial in planning to know in advance what will happen. ARIMA (Auto Regressive Integrative Moving Average) is a modeling approach that can calculate the probability of a future value between two specified limits. This study predicts the number of poor people in West Java Province, Indonesia, from 2022 to 2025. The data used are 15 years from 2007 to 2021 and are processed with the Eviews computer program to see patterns and results in the ARIMA model. The modeling stage starts from data stationarity testing, model identification, model estimation, and model verification to forecasting. Based on the results of this study, the prediction results of the number of poor people in 2022 are 3,618,866; in 2023, it will be 3,512,758; in 2024, there will be 3,406,651, and in 2025 it will be 3,300,543 people. This forecasting uses the ARIMA (Auto Regressive Integrative Moving Average) model (1, 2, 1) as the most accurate method with MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation) error parameters of 1,751,747, MSE (Mean Square Error) of 6,977,202,252. 995 and MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) of 8%.

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji peran inovasi berkelanjutan dan pendekatan kolaboratif nya dalam mengatasi tantangan sosio-ekonomi di Provinsi Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Provinsi ini menghadapi berbagai masalah yang signifikan, termasuk pertumbuhan penduduk yang cepat, infrastruktur yang tidak memadai, pengangguran, degradasi lingkungan, dan ketidaksetaraan pendapatan, yang menghambat pembangunan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian dengan metode campuran, yang menggabungkan survei kuantitatif dan wawancara kualitatif serta kelompok fokus untuk mengumpulkan data. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik inovasi berkelanjutan berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, perlindungan lingkungan, dan inklusi sosial. Mekanisme kolaborasi dan kemitraan yang melibatkan lembaga pemerintah, organisasi sektor swasta, lembaga penelitian, lembaga swadaya masyarakat, dan masyarakat lokal memainkan peran penting dalam memfasilitasi inovasi berkelanjutan. Praktik inovasi berkelanjutan yang berhasil di Provinsi Jawa Barat, seperti proyek energi terbarukan, teknik pertanian ramah lingkungan, dan sistem pengelolaan limbah terpadu, memiliki dampak positif terhadap penciptaan lapangan kerja, kelestarian lingkungan, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya kebijakan yang mendukung, struktur tata kelola yang efektif, peningkatan kapasitas, dan partisipasi inklusif dalam mempromosikan inovasi berkelanjutan. Studi ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk memperkuat kemitraan multi-pemangku kepentingan, mendukung peningkatan kapasitas dan pertukaran pengetahuan, mendorong koherensi dan integrasi kebijakan, mendorong pendekatan inklusif, serta membangun kerangka kerja pemantauan dan evaluasi. Dengan menerapkan rekomendasi-rekomendasi ini, Provinsi Jawa Barat dapat meningkatkan upaya inovasi berkelanjutan dan secara efektif mengatasi tantangan sosial-ekonomi, sehingga membuka jalan menuju masa depan yang lebih berkelanjutan dan sejahtera. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pengetahuan yang sudah ada tentang pembangunan berkelanjutan, manajemen inovasi, dan tata kelola kolaboratif, memberikan wawasan bagi para pembuat kebijakan, pelaku usaha, dan masyarakat untuk mendorong praktik inovasi berkelanjutan dan mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Significant interest and study have been focused on the connection between job stress and employee job satisfaction in organizational psychology. This study uses a multivariate analysis technique to examine the association between workplace stress and job satisfaction among Gen Z workers in Bandung, Indonesia. A cross-sectional survey of Gen Z employees from various firms in Bandung is used as part of the study's quantitative research design. Data will be gathered using a standardized questionnaire that evaluates job stress, job satisfaction, and potential moderating factors within the organizational context. The collected data will be examined using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, and multivariate analytic techniques such multiple regression analysis, mediation analysis, and moderation analysis. The research's results and conclusions will advance our understanding of organizational management and employee well-being while shedding light on the relationship between Gen Z workers' job satisfaction and workplace stress. The study's ramifications will be examined, along with suggestions for how businesses may better control employee stress and boost job happiness among Bandung's Gen Z workforce.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of training and development initiatives on employee productivity in the digital age within start-up companies in Indonesia through a quantitative analysis. A diverse sample of 500 employees from various sectors provided valuable insights. The findings revealed a positive correlation between the effectiveness of training programs and employee productivity, emphasizing the unique dynamics of training in start-ups. The study also uncovered the moderating effect of employee engagement and the mediating role of the perceived work environment. These results contribute to the understanding of how strategic investments in training and development can foster a skilled and productive workforce in the dynamic landscape of Indonesian start-ups.

Abstract

This study looks primarily at the impact of job happiness, organizational culture, and innovativeness on the entrepreneurship of operational managers of small business groups in Bogor Regency. By examining the impact of organizational culture and innovativeness on the entrepreneurship of operational managers and using work satisfaction as an intervening variable, this study seeks to enhance the entrepreneurship of these managers. In Bogor Regency Region 2, data from 270 operational managers of SMEs were gathered for this study. The results of this investigation provide credence to the theory that inventiveness directly benefits entrepreneurship. This study demonstrates how innovation fosters innovation in processes, products, services, and organizations, all of which positively and directly impact entrepreneurship.
