Abstract

Entrepreneurial self-efficacy is an important factor in influencing new businesses for the success of woman entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy refers to individual beliefs about skills and abilities in running a business. This research aims to show how women entrepreneurs, policymakers, and institutions maintain new businesses and encourage women's participation or success in entrepreneurship. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling process was carried out using a random sampling technique. Authors are obtaining data using an online questionnaire with a Google form. The filling link was distributed to women business actors in the second week of August 2022. There were 235 respondents as MSME actors. The research results show that: 1) women manage 95 percent of MSME actors. 2) young people manage 96 respondents or 40.85%. From the study results, it can be concluded that: 1) women have many contributions and are driving the wheels of the economy. 2) Women in Indonesia start businesses at a young age to earn income, reduce unemployment and improve people's welfare.

Abstract

This research was conducted as decision-making by the Magelang City Vocational Training Center regarding the sustainability of MSMEs, especially in Magelang City, so that the Magelang City Vocational Training Center can identify entrepreneurial interests, develop open innovation and skill training for MSME business actors. This research is an empirical interpretative design with a quantitative approach. While testing the hypothesis, researchers used multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and test the coefficient of determination. From the results of this study, it is known that interest in entrepreneurship, training skills, and open innovation influence the sustainability of MSMEs. This result of the analysis shows that to increase the sustainability of MSMEs, interest in entrepreneurship, skills training, and open innovation also needs to be increased

Abstract

Langkah atau cara agar terlibat dan memaksimalkan potensi saat bekerja di kantor, dapat dilakukan dengan bekerja sesuai jam kerja, porsi, dan tekanan normal. Meskipun demikian, mentalitas ini masih belum berkembang di kalangan Gen Z, Gen X, Millenial, dan Boomer. Ini dapat menunjukkan bahwa kalangan ini mencerminkan rendahnya organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yang sangat penting untuk kelangsungan hidup organisasi. Karena itu, penting untuk berinvestasi dalam praktik yang meningkatkan kinerja individu, seperti mencapai tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan yang tinggi, yang akan membuat karyawan merasa didukung dan termotivasi untuk bekerja lebih keras lagi. Karena perusahaan yang memberikan nilai kepada karyawannya dapat mencapai tingkat kinerja terbaik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kesejahteraan karyawan yang berfokus pada kebahagiaan di tempat kerja (job satisfaction), menemukan makna dan tujuan bekerja, termasuk perasaan keterlibatan dan komitmen afektif untuk organisasi, dan mengacu pada tingkat keterlibatan dalam pekerjaan dan penyerapan ke tingkat konsentrasi dan keasyikan dalam pekerjaan, yang mengacu pada keterampilan praktis yang harus dimiliki karyawan. Menggunakan struktural kuadrat terkecil parsial pemodelan persamaan (PLS-SEM), studi kuantitatif ini dengan mudah melibatkan 112 karyawan pada Insutri Perbankan di Solo Raya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Job Satisfaction memiliki nilai signifikan secara positif terhadap OCB; Affective Commitment memiliki nilai signifikan secara positif terhadap OCB; Employee Engagement memiliki nilai signifikan secara positif terhadap OCB. Kata Kunci: Job Satisfaction; Affective Commitment; Employee Engagement; dan OCB ABSTRACT To engage and maximize potential while working in the office, it can be done by adhering to regular working hours, workload, and normal pressure. However, this mentality has not yet fully developed among Gen Z, Gen X, Millennials, and Boomers. This may indicate a low level of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), which is crucial for organizational sustainability. Therefore, it is important to invest in practices that enhance individual performance, such as achieving high levels of job satisfaction among employees, which will make them feel supported and motivated to work even harder. Because companies that value their employees can achieve the best performance. The aim of this research is to evaluate employee well-being, focusing on happiness in the workplace (job satisfaction), finding meaning and purpose in work, including feelings of engagement and affective commitment to the organization, and referring to levels of engagement in work and absorption to the extent of concentration and absorption in work, which refers to the practical skills that employees must possess. Using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), this quantitative study easily involved 112 employees in the banking industry in Solo Raya. The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction has a significant positive value towards OCB; affective commitment has a significant positive value towards OCB; and employee engagement has a significant positive value towards OCB.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Sunyalangu Village with the aim of increasing the capacity and ability of residents in preparing cardamom products so that they are ready for export. The background of this activity is based on the village's abundant economic potential for cardamom commodities, but it has not been optimized for the international market. Through the participatory dialogue method, villagers are directly involved in cardamom digital marketing training. The material presented covered four main aspects: product standardization according to the requirements of export destination countries, product certification management, packaging re-branding and product variations, and international market access. Product standardization aims to ensure cardamom products meet strict international standards, while product certification focuses on official recognition that increases added value and consumer trust. Re-branding of packaging and product variations is designed to increase product attractiveness and diversification in the global market. Finally, the market access strategy aims to expand the range of cardamom products through effective distribution and marketing channels. It is hoped that through this activity, the residents of Sunyalangu Village will be able to improve the quality and competitiveness of their cardamom products in the international market, which can ultimately improve the economic welfare of the village.

Abstract

Early entrepreneurship education is one of the strategic steps to shape children's character and skills in facing the development of the times. This paper reviews the entrepreneurship education program at the Asma Nadia Reading House, Tambaksogra Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency, which aims to foster entrepreneurial interest and skills in children. The activities include making crafts from used bottles, making snacks, financial management training, introducing e-commerce, and product photography and graphic design training. The results of these activities show a positive impact on creativity, a basic understanding of entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and children's awareness of the importance of financial planning. This entrepreneurship education program has fostered children's interest in entrepreneurship and is expected to be a reference for children to start entrepreneurship.

Abstract

UMKM Zee Collection, yang bergerak di bidang batik ecoprint, menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola keuangan, kapasitas produksi, dan pemasaran digital. Keterbatasan ini menimbulkan keresahan terkait keberlanjutan bisnis dan daya saing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis dalam peningkatan keterampilan pelaporan keuangan sederhana, optimalisasi kapasitas produksi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kemampuan memenuhi permintaan pasar, serta penerapan strategi pemasaran digital guna memperluas jangkauan pasar dan memperkuat branding produk. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini meliputi pelatihan langsung, pendampingan, dan monitoring perkembangan UMKM. Hasil yang diharapkan dari program ini adalah peningkatan kinerja UMKM Zee Collection dalam pengelolaan keuangan, kapasitas produksi, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran, sehingga mampu bersaing di pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi model pengelolaan yang diterapkan oleh BUMDESMA (Badan Usaha Milik Desa Bersama) dalam menghadapi kredit macet di wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi yang digunakan oleh BUMDESMA dalam mengurangi kredit macet serta mengusulkan model pengelolaan yang dapat diterapkan oleh lembaga keuangan desa lainnya yang menghadapi tantangan serupa. Dengan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola BUMDESMA, penerima pinjaman, dan pemangku kepentingan terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi teknologi keuangan (fintech) secara signifikan meningkatkan pemantauan dan pengelolaan kredit, mengurangi tingkat kredit macet hingga 12% dalam dua tahun. Namun, efektivitas integrasi teknologi tergantung pada pelatihan yang diterima oleh pengelola BUMDESMA dalam manajemen risiko. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengawasan kredit juga berperan penting dalam menjaga tanggung jawab peminjam. Temuan penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa kombinasi adopsi fintech, keterlibatan masyarakat, dan pelatihan manajemen risiko yang kuat merupakan kunci dalam pengelolaan kredit macet di BUMDESMA.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the learning process by MSMEs in Banyumas during the COVID-19 pandemic, which entered Indonesia in early March 2020, as well as develop strategies to support supply chain resilience. This research uses a case study design with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews and observations. The interview results were transcribed and analyzed using an analysis template through the coding obtained. The research results show that each MSME has its way of studying the business situation to maintain the supply chain during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some informants collaborated with online service applications because of government regulations regarding distance restrictions in public places, business environments, and facility changes. Limited external activities force business actors to make supply chain processes effective. Changes in the supply chain process impact supply adjustments, affecting the storage system according to the flow of raw materials in and out. The availability of raw materials and the level of customer demand influence production activities. MSME players are carrying out a learning process to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic by prioritizing profits. MSME players implement several strategies to maintain the supply chain during the learning process. These strategies can be developed based on the results of learning by MSME actors. Strategy development is carried out through credit restructuring, competing through promotions, collaboration between MSME players, product innovation based on learning experiences, improving support services, reducing company operational costs, and focusing on market targets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam konteks Lembaga Pelatihan ABC yang beroperasi di Yogyakarta dengan menggunakan metode Delphi. Melalui tiga putaran survei yang melibatkan 65 panelis ahli, diperoleh konsensus mengenai empat gaya kepemimpinan utama yang dianggap efektif: direktif, delegatif, partisipatif, dan coaching. Gaya kepemimpinan delegatif dan partisipatif mendapatkan tingkat persetujuan tertinggi dari para panelis. Gaya delegatif dianggap efektif dalam memberdayakan staf dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, sementara gaya partisipatif dinilai mampu meningkatkan rasa memiliki dan motivasi staf melalui keterlibatan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Meskipun awalnya gaya direktif dan coaching mendapatkan tingkat persetujuan yang lebih rendah, setelah diskusi dan klarifikasi dalam putaran berikutnya, kedua gaya ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam penerimaan. Gaya direktif dianggap penting dalam situasi darurat atau ketika menghadapi instruktur baru, sedangkan gaya coaching dipandang sebagai investasi jangka panjang dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Hasil penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya fleksibilitas dalam penerapan gaya kepemimpinan. Pemimpin di Lembaga Pelatihan ABC disarankan untuk mengadaptasi gaya kepemimpinan sesuai dengan konteks dan kebutuhan situasional guna mencapai efektivitas maksimal.
