The research aims to investigate and examine effect of training on employees' organisational based self-esteem, in the context of organisational commitment at privat organization. It is expected that the result of the research will provide an account to human resources management literature with regards to training, organisational based self-esteem, and organizational commitment issue. The research is a survey which attempts to examine and describe the variables using cross-sectional data analysis. Quantitative approach was employed in this research. The research population consists of employees of product retailer organisations. Total number of the respondents are 81 (response rate is 45%). Multiple regression analysis was employed for data analysis purpose. The result shows that organisational based self-esteem has mediating effect on the relationship between training and organisational commitment.

Purpose: The research aims to investigate and examine the dimension of transformational leadership on the private and public organization. Methodology: Total number of mailed questionnaires was 150, and the total number of returned questionnaires was 110, but there were only 100 complete questionnaires; thus, the response rate is 73.3%. Confirmatory and cluster is performed for data analysis purpose. Findings: The result shows that all transformational leadership dimensions are confirmed loading on the right places. The result provides an account in establishing a dimension of transformational leadership that will give more evidence of MLQ questionnaire can adopted on public and private organization. The result also showed that the private and public have differences on transformational leadership dimension that has more important. Keywords: transformational leadership, confirmatory analysis, cluster analysis, private organization, public organization.

The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of work-leisure conflict, workoverload, work-family conflict on job embeddedness using perceived supervisor support asthe moderating variable. The number of respondents in this research were 81 employees ofBank Mandiri, Fatmawati. Purposive sampling method is used to determine sample of thisresearch. Based on result of the research and data analysis using Moderated RegressionAnalysis techniques with the help of SPSS software to ran the data, it was revealed that: (1)work-leisure conflict has a negative and significant effect on job embeddedness, (2) workoverload has no effect on job embeddedness, (3) work-family conflict has a negative andsignificant effect on job embeddedness, (4) perceived supervision support did not moderatethe negative effect of work-leisure conflict and work-family conflict on job embeddedness (5)perceived supervisor support moderate the negative effect of work overload to jobembeddedness.

The research aims to investigate and examine the mediating effect of organizational commitment on employees' performance, in the context of organization-based self-esteem at public organization. It is expected that the result of the research will provide an account to human resources management literature with regards to organizational commitment issue. The research is an explanatory study which attempts to examine and describe the variables using cross-sectional data analysis. Quantitative approach and in-depth interview are employed in this research. The research population consists of employees of public organization in Banyumas Area (Banyumas, Purbalingga, Cilacap, dan Banjarnegara regency). Total number of the respondents is 102 (response rate is 51%). Proportional random sampling is employed as the sampling technique of the research. Multiple regression analysis is performed for data analysis purpose. The result shows that organizational commitment has mediating effect on the relationship between organization-based self-esteem and employees' performance

The Educational Internship Program is a form of self-actualization for those who have received various educational theories ranging from codes of ethics and the teaching profession, classroom learning planning, making learning instruments, classroom management to learning evaluation. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to analyze the implementation of Educational Internships Economic Education students at Jenderal Soedirman University in Senior Highschool and Islamic Senior Highschool in Banyumas Regency in terms of (1) Study Program Readiness in the Implementation of Educational Internships (2) School readiness in implementing Educational Internships (3) Students' readiness in implementing Educational Internships. The subjects in this study were Lecturers in the Economics Education Study Program, students who had carried out educational internships, teachers and students from SMA and MAN in Banyumas Regency which became the internship places for economic education students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The research respondents included 8 civil servant teachers, 8 principals, 7 supervising lecturers, 48 students participating in educational internships, and 40 students who had been taught by practical students. Data was collected using in-depth interview, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) observation and documentation techniques. The results of data collection were then analyzed using interactive model analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data quality testing, and drawing conclusions. In addition, the data obtained were analyzed using the CIPP model analysis (context, input, process, and product) which is a comprehensive evaluation mode based on its components.

Various technological approaches have been developed in order to help those people who are unfortunate enough to be afflicted with different types of paralysis which limit them in performing their daily life activities independently. One of the proposed technologies is the Brain-Computer Interface (BCI). The BCI system uses electroencephalography (EEG) which is generated by the subject’s mental activity as input, and converts it into commands. Some previous experiments have shown the capability of the BCI system to predict the movement intention before the actual movement is onset. Thus research has predicted the movement by discriminating between data in the “rest” condition, where there is no movement intention, with “pre-movement” condition, where movement intention is detected before actual movement occurs. This experiment, however, was done to analyze the system for which machine learning was applied to data obtained in a continuous time interval, between 3 seconds before the movement was detected until 1 second after the actual movement was onset. This experiment shows that the system can discriminate the “pre-movement” condition and “rest” condition by using the EEG signal in 7-30 Hz where the Mu and Beta rhythm can be discovered with an average True Positive Rate (TPR) value of 0.64 ± 0.11 and an average False Positive Rate (FPR) of 0.17 ± 0.08. This experiment also shows that by using EEG signals obtained nearing the movement onset, the system has higher TPR or a detection rate in predicting the movement intention.

This paper describes a novel method for controlling active prosthetics by integrating surface electromyography (sEMG) and electroencephalograph signals to improve its intuitiveness. This paper also compares the new method (RTA-2) with other existing methods (AND and OR) for controlling active prosthetics. Based on analysis, RTA-2 features higher true positive rate (TPR) and balanced accuracy (BA) than AND method. On the other hand, the new method (RTA-2) yields lower false detection rate (FPR) than OR method. Analysis also shows that RTA-2 possesses equal TPR, FPR, and BA with the detection of movement intention using sEMG-based system. Although the RTA-2 method shows equal performance with the sEMG-based system, it presents an advantage for driving active prosthetics to move faster and to reduce its total time response by generating more movement commands.

Era digital saat ini telah membuka banyak peluang penggunaan media digital guna membantu pemasaran produk maupun jasa. Banyak manfaat dan kemudahan yang ditawarkan oleh media digital. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat pengaruh penggunaan media digital guna membantu memasarkan produk dan jasa usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah khususnya yang tergabung dalam Koperasi Berkah Rindang Kinasih (BRK) Kabupaten Banyumas. Pengambilan data kepada responden melalui wawancara singkat dan pengisian kuisioner skala likert 5 tingkat diperkuat dengan studi literatur terhadap penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. SmartPLS digunakan sebagai alat Analisa data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi manfaat dan persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh terhadap sikap positif pelaku usaha dan akan mendukung keberlangsungan usaha. Implikasi manajerial penelitian ini adalah semakin efektifnya penggunaan media digital untuk memasarkan produk dan jasa UMKM sehingga akan menunjang keberlangsungan usaha pelaku UMKM.
