Abstract

Abstract The phenomenon of sexuality and adolescent reproductive health is very important to understand, but there is still a lack of information about these reproductive health issues because discussing them with adolescents is still considered taboo. The problem of promiscuous sexual behaviour in adolescents must be addressed by providing health education and education, as well as the effects of diseases that can be caused. In addition, efforts are needed to control premarital sexual habits. The problem of free sex is a major concern that we must prevent in the adolescent environment, because the impact will interfere during the life cycle of the teenager until he/she becomes an adult. the purpose of this community service activity is to increase Knowledge about Free Sex Prevention and have a positive attitude towards sex and activities that can divert attention from sexual needs in adolescents. Literacy improvement is carried out in the form of delivering material about the dangers of free sex on adolescent reproductive health. The implementation is in the form of providing material as a form of soft skills so that sexual behaviour that occurs among students can be controlled and does not have bad consequences for students. . Abstract

ABSTRACT Activity Objectives The purpose of this educational activity is to increase the knowledge of SDN 010 North Samarinda sub-district students about clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) and to teach clean and healthy living habits both in the school environment and in the family environment. The method used to achieve the objectives of community service activities is counseling or health proportions in the form of an explanation of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS). The results obtained after the community service activities were carried out, namely increasing students' knowledge about the principles of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS), are expected to be able to change the attitude of students towards the importance of applying the principles of clean and healthy living behavior, students are able implementing clean and healthy living behaviors in the school environment as well as in the home/family environment, UKS supervisor teachers know more about how to teach PHBS principles to students and how to create a healthy environment at school, including canteens that meet health requirements and at later stage students are expected to be able to set an example PHBS behavior and as an agent of change to spread knowledge about PHBS in the family environment and the wider community. Abstract

Various advances in various fields have occurred to date, these advances encourage people to continue to innovate. One of the advances that occurred in Penajam Paser Utara Regency was in the field of transportation. The progress that has occurred can be seen with the Jamride application (Penajam Ride) initiated by Penajam young people. However, based on conditions in the field, there are still many Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) who do not know and understand the benefits of joining as a partner of the application. Based on these considerations, it was initiated to carry out socialization regarding applications in Nenang sub-district. In addition, in order to increase brand value for the general public and UMKM in the region, a business logo design training webinar and a tutorial module for loggingo were also conducted, in the field of education and literacy, a reading corner activity was also created with the aim of increasing reading interest in children, besides that a video was made Education about anti-hoax campaigns and coaching videos in drug-prone areas. Jalso carried out other work programs on the environment, namely the implementation of community service work in the environment around the river and the installation of banners and videos appealing to protect the land and water environment, and educational videos on the use of narrow land as agricultural land with verticulture techniques for local residents

Abstract

Dalam lingkungan sekolah, edukasi atau pendidikan Kesehatan, upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian penyakit masih diperlukan, hal  ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya kesadaran siswa tentang perilaku hidup sehat dan bersih serta kurangnya menjaga lingkungan sekolah. Edukasi. Edukasi dalam bentuk penyuluhan (penyampaian informasi secara terstruktur) serta tanya jawab kepada siswa-siswi kelas 4,5 dan 6 sebanyak 124 anak dengan diakhiri praktik melakukan cuci tangan 6 langkah dilakukan Bersama-sama tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat. Hasil pengukuran  tingkat pengetahuan sebelum dilakukan edukasi  diperoleh hasil tingkat pengetahuan baik sebanyak 78 Siswa (62,9%), tingkat pengetahuan cukup 33 siswa (26,6 %) dan tingkat pengetahuan kurang 13 siswa (11,5%), setelah edukasi hasil pengukuran tingkat pengetahuan diperoleh hasil tingkat pengetahuan baik  meningkat menjadi 33 siswa (83%), pengetahuan cukup 14 siswa (11,3%) dan tingkat pengetahuan kurang lebih sedikit menjadi 7 siswa (5,7%).  Untuk mencegah penyakit, kebiasaan mencuci tangan harus diterapkan secara konsisten. Selain itu, guru dan unit kesehatan sekolah (UKS/M) harus memberikan instruksi tentang cara mencuci tangan yang benar dengan cara yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Salah satu faktor yang mendukung kemampuan anak untuk mencuci tangan pakai sabun adalah ketersediaan lingkungan fisik yang mendukung, seperti sarana dan prasarana. Perilaku contoh dari tokoh masyarakat dan petugas kesehatan juga diperlukan untuk mengajar anak mencuci tangan Kata kunci: Edukasi, cuci tangan,  pencegahan, Penyakit Infeksi
