Abstract

Ritual kaago-ago merupakan ritual musim tanam yang dilakukan oleh petani padamasyarakat Muna. Desa Marobo sebagai salah satu desa yang masih melaksanakan ritualkaago-ago. Ritual ini masuk dalam kategori warisan tak benda yang masih eksis hinggasekarang. Pelaksanaan ritual kaago-ago yang dimaksudkan ketika memasuki musim tanamagar tanaman dapat tumbuh dengan baik hingga panen. Salah satu nilai kehidupan yangterkandung dalam kaago-ago adalah aspek ekologis. Adapun aspek ekologis dalamkeberlanjutan lingkungan dan hubungan timbal balik. Hubungan ritual kaago-ago dan strategiyang dilakukan menuju Indonesia FOLU Net Sink 2030 agar kontribusi budaya dan mitigasiperubahan iklim melalui pengelolaan hutan dan lahan yang berkelanjutan. Nilai ekologisdalam budaya dimaksudkan sebagai bentuk efisiensi dan kearifan lokal dalam penggunaanlahan. Pengelolaan lahan gambut yang berkelanjutan dengan menggunakan teknikpengelolaan air yang tepat pada lahan gambut dengan membuat saluran air yang dapatdimanfaatkan dengan tujuan pengendalian keberadaan air tanag sesuai dengan kebutuhantanaman. Penggunaan air secara tepat guna dimusim kering (kemarau) namun tidakmengalami genangan pada musim hujan (kelebihan air). Pengelolaan restorasi lahan gambutyang mengalami kerusakan serta memanfaatkan ketersediaan lahan gambut untukkepentingan perkebunan bagi masyarakat sekitar. Adapun dalam penelitian ini diharapkanmampu memberikan edukasi terhadap masyarakat sekitar terkait keberlanjutan lahan gambutdan pengendalian perubagan iklim secara global.

Abstract

Various advances in various fields have occurred to date, these advances encourage people to continue to innovate. One of the advances that occurred in Penajam Paser Utara Regency was in the field of transportation. The progress that has occurred can be seen with the Jamride application (Penajam Ride) initiated by Penajam young people. However, based on conditions in the field, there are still many Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) who do not know and understand the benefits of joining as a partner of the application. Based on these considerations, it was initiated to carry out socialization regarding applications in Nenang sub-district. In addition, in order to increase brand value for the general public and UMKM in the region, a business logo design training webinar and a tutorial module for loggingo were also conducted, in the field of education and literacy, a reading corner activity was also created with the aim of increasing reading interest in children, besides that a video was made Education about anti-hoax campaigns and coaching videos in drug-prone areas. Jalso carried out other work programs on the environment, namely the implementation of community service work in the environment around the river and the installation of banners and videos appealing to protect the land and water environment, and educational videos on the use of narrow land as agricultural land with verticulture techniques for local residents

Abstract

Latar belakang: Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit sistemik yang dapat mengakibatkan risiko penurunan sensasi suhu pada telapak kaki. Neuropati perifer merupakan komplikasi yang paling sering terjadi pada pasien DM dan mengenai 50 % pasien DM tipe 2. Deteksi dini adanya gangguan sensasi pada neuropati diabetik dapat dilakukan melalui pemeriksaan kaki menggunakan monofilement test. Deteksi dini penting dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya luka pada telapak kaki. Tujuan: Pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk mendeteksi adanya kehilangan sensasi nyeri pada kaki. Metode:  Pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Segiri Samarinda dan Klinik Media Farma Samarinda. Tahapan kegiatan terdiri dari pendidikan kesehatan deteksi dini risiko kaki diabetik dan senam kaki diabetes dengan metode demonstrasi dan pemeriksaan sensasi nyeri dengan monofilament. Evaluasi pendidikan kesehatan melalui observasi gerakan senam kaki diabetik dan hasil rata-rata pemeriksaan monofilament. Hasil: Masyarakat 95% mampu mengikuti gerakan senam kaki yang didemonstrasikan. Test monofilament hasil positif sebesar 96,5 % (55).  Kesimpulan: Hasil  pemeriksaan monofilament test mayoritas positif  dan diperlukan perawatan kaki lanjut untuk mencegah luka diabetik Kata kunci: diabetes mellitus, monofilament, sensasi nyeri

Abstract

The heutagogy learning method is effective and efficient for improving the learning process. The onslaught of globalization and the era of society 5.0 has its challenges. This method is expected to be able to foster a sense of interconnectedness between not only teachers and students but also involves local wisdom amid society. There is a need for local knowledge that can improve welfare and create peace. The aim of the heutagogy learning method in okapande is a learning component based on the local wisdom of the Muna people. Okapande provides its dimension in terms of modern learning and can foster cultural values in the Muna community. Local wisdom that exists amid society can be a source of forming national character. The existence of local wisdom is an ancestral heritage that contains values and norms as character builders. Learning is not only to increase knowledge but also to make people wiser. Okapande, which is a learning media, not only emphasizes knowledge but closeness to God. This research was qualitative research with the use of a literature study. The study results show that the heutagogy learning method can provide skills to communicate, adapt, collaborate, and play a role in the human characteristics forming process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of dysphagia education through knowledge level videos, dysphagia screening, and nurse self-efficacy. The method used descriptive method of analytic entitle True experimental with pretest and posttest control group design. The number of respondents 35 nurses selected using purposive sampling. Data collection used Self-Administered Questionnaire instrument, Questionnaire Modified Nursing Dysphagia Screen, and Generalized Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE-10) and analyzed using T-test dependent samples. The result was significantly the level of dysphagia knowledge in the control group (p value = 0.017), the video group (p value = 0.002). Significant results also occurred at the knowledge level of dysphagia screening in the video group. Meaningless results occurred in the control group at the knowledge level of dysphagia screening and self-efficacy of nurses, as well as self-efficacy in the video group. As shown in educational research dysphagia through video can affect the level of knowledge and level of knowledge of dysphagia screening but is not able to influence the self-efficacy of nurses.

Abstract

Background: A non-communicable disease whose incidence continues to increase every year is cancer. Cancer is the second leading cause of death worldwide. Chemotherapy is a medical treatment that cancer patients must undergo. Chemotherapy causes many effects for cancer patients. This condition can affect the quality of life of cancer patients who do chemotherapy. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the quality of life in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Method: The research design used was a quantitative descriptive method with a survey approach. Taking 30 respondents with a consecutive sampling technique based on the inclusion criteria of cancer patients who are undergoing chemotherapy. The quality of life measurement instrument used the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire with univariate data analysis. Results: The results showed as many as 16 respondents (53%) with poor quality of life, and 14 respondents (47%) had good quality of life. Conclusions: Cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy at the Etam Cancer Shelter and Samarinda City Cancer Shelter have a poor quality of life.
